Me gustó la ubicación, las vistas a Gibraltar y las instalaciones estaban bien.

No me gustó el pésimo trato de las recepcionistas María y Genoveva. En la hoja de queja y reclamaciones que pusimos viene detallado. A parte no le iba a dar importancia a los 6 emails que me mandó Maria para que hiciera el check-in online, cogí 2 habitaciones pero no tenía los DNIs de las 3 personas restantes, y tampoco le iba a dar importancia a que la limpiadora nos despertó pegando y abriendo habitación a las 9:15 de la mañana cuando nos habíamos acostado tarde por un evento...

Dicht bij Gibraltar daar was het ons om te doen, makkelijk bereikbaar en parkeer gelegenhied aanwezig. Ontbijt was fantastisch alles wat je maar kon wensen was aanwezig. Kamers schoon.

El hotel es de 4 estrellas pero las instalaciones ya están un poco obsoletas para mí no sería de 4 estrellas,y el servicio de limpieza pasaba demasiado tarde para no ser plena temporada como si hubiera sido a primeros de agosto y la piscina un poco pequeña y poco doleada

Nice standard hotel. Couldn’t fault it.

Las camas son super cómodas. Nos dieron una habitación de la parte renovada y la habitación era muy espaciosa con una terraza grande pero sin vistas, me dieron la 2° planta. Tenía plato de ducha que yo lo valoro mucho, las bañeras están obsoletas. Está a 10 minutos de centro y a 10 minutos de la aduana de Gibraltar. Eso es genial, aparcamos en coche un la calle sin problema, íbamos andando a todos los sitios.

Los ascensores no tienen memoria y tardaban muchísimo. Son pocos ascensores para un hotel tal grande.

La habitación un pelín justita de espacio aunque se compensa con la terraza. Se oyen demasiado las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas y las de las terrazas.

The food in the restaurant. was a bit cold but I have experienced this throughout Spain. Coming from Scotland I do like my food piping hot.

Super accueil de Diogo recptionniste à l’écoute et de bons conseils. J’ai apprecié qu’il parle français. Diogo nous a parfaitelent cinseillés sur la visite de la ville et de Gibraltar.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec Gibraltar et son Parking. Tout était parfait . Nous avons pu profiter d'une chambre immense avec sa grande terrasse face au soleil couchant. Le restaurant buffet à volonté nous a régalés. Le même principe pour le petit déjeuner avec la liberté de décider ou non d'en profiter sans être obligés de réserver à l'avance. La piscine a fait des heureux avec de nombreuses chaises longues à disposition. Tout le personnel était très agréable, souriant et serviable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel .

La primera habitación estaba sucia, no cambiaron las sábanas. El personal muy amable me cambiaron de habitación y mas grande. pero el problema es que en el baño había un olor muy desagradable (habitación 546)

las vistas eran espectaculares la habitación super amplia mas de lo esperado ,limpieza de 10 y el trato espectacular gracias a la recepcionista del dia despues por la noche que nos pudo ayudar a encontrar el coche que tuvimos que reservar un dia mas ,sin mas volveria a repetir sin ninguna duda tanto el lugar como el hotel

que no pudiera sacarme el cafe en vaso a la terraza,pero por la seguridad de la piscina me parecio razonable.

Big hotel with a nice pool. The room was nice with a great view. Location was pretty good for walking across the border to Gibraltar.

The lifts were a bit slow with it being a big hotel. We had breakfast ... the food was ok but the restaurant was loud and echoed a lot.

Nearest hotel to stay in if you want to walk in to Gibraltar. Very large smart hotel with comfortable rooms and lovely swiming pool area. Very good value. Breakfast was amazing with such a huge choice of food. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to visit Gibraltar.

Hotel was good but not much to do in the town of La Linea.

Our room, the family room was wonderful, we couldn't believe the size of the balcony! Also liked how close it was to the border, making it easy to go between the two countries quickly.

Al requerir cambio de habitación, sin haber llegado ahacer uso de ella, por una con vistas hacia el Peñón el recepcionista que nos atendió dijo que no había disponibilidad, sin embargo un rato después hablando con otro de los empleados nos dijo que si había varias habitaciones disponibles.

Location was great. Parking lot in the building was convenient and worth the extra fee. Price was right! Breakfast, which we paid an extra €12 pp was a decent buffet.

Checking in at 2:00pm was fairly chaotic and the lines were very long and then once we got a room, getting an elevator up to our room from the parking lot level with our bags was tricky. We hoped for a room on a higher floor with a better view, but the “family” rooms are all on low floors. Also, the pool was super crowded and no towels were provided in the pool area.

We were in one of the refurbished rooms that was very good.

Buffet breakfast was manic and the coffee was sub-standard.

It was great as always. I have stayed many times when i visit Gibraltar. Its convenient has a great breakfast, parking is easy and the staff are very nice.

The new rooms(745) are fantastic. Huge. Massive balcony with super views. A couple of issues to start with that were taken care of quickly.

Bardzo polecam hotel, fantastyczna lokalizacja, czyściutko, w pokoju czajnik elektryczny, lodówka, klimatyzacja działa. Mialam urodziny i dostałam butelkę szampana. Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś będzie okazja to chętnie się tu zatrzymam ponownie

La cama muy cómoda, que se agradece para poder descansar. También muy grande, creo que unos 2 metros de ancho. La habitación está bien aislada, no se escuchan ruidos del exterior. Muy cerca de Gibraltar, pudimos ir a pie los días que estuvimos. La terraza amplia, con vistas al puerto. La habitación tiene una hervidora y café y té para poder prepararte por la mañana.

El baño no estaba limpio, olía mal y tanto en el grifo como en la bañera se notaba la falta de limpieza. El ventilador no parecía funcionar, por lo tanto al ducharte se empapaba todo. Los ascensores muy lentos, hay dos, pero funcionan súper lento.

Il manque à l' entrée une fontaine avec de l'eau citronné pour se désaltéré. Il manque des indications pour la direction du numéro de chambre, (par exemple, nous étions à la 648 , en prenant l' ascenseur proche de l' entrée, notre aile de bâtiment s' arrêtait à 641, il fallait en fait prendre un autre ascenseur non indiquée pour accéder à la nouvelle aile de l' hôtel) Aucune indication dans le hall d' entrée !!

It's very close to Gibraltar border, so we visited it just by walk! It's close to the beach, few minutes, and it was nice! Clean, convenient, friendly stuff. Parking was helpful. We liked our stay there

We have used this hotel before with our young child and it is perfect. The breakfast is exceptional and great value for money. The pool area is lovely too.

La limpieza regular. No han cambiado las sabanas en 5 dias. La terraza llena de cucarachas, no podíamos ni salir a sentarnos un ratito. La comida escasa, muy seca la mayoría y muy repetitiva. No tiene la calidad de un 4 estrellas.

Nothing apart from basic things that need to be attended such as a broken bottle for the shower gel in the shower and shower hose that’s needed to be sorted.

El hotel nos gusta mucho, llevamos hiendo 5 años. Está bien ubicado y limpio

Nos nos gustó el buffet estos dos últimos años deja mucho que desear no tiene apenas variedad, es muy repetitivo. Ya no sé si porque han cambiado de gerencia, que es septiembre y tiene otro tipo de comida..la verdad nos hemos llevado un poco de decepción con respecto al buffet. Y otro tema es la piscina demasiado pequeña para lo grande que es el hotel.

I couldn’t fault this hotel. I didn’t have meals there, but every other aspect of my short stay there was faultless. It was perfectly located for the town centre and Gibraltar. I will definitely stay there again when I visit the area.

The only thing that was a minor problem was the shower design. It was almost impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry, as the overhead shower fitting was too close to the entrance to the shower cubicle. Other than that it was a very good shower 😁

Bañera con cortina de plástico

Tuve la suerte de tener unas vistas maravillosas frente al Peñón con balcón incluido. Levantarme y ver eso es un verdadero reset. El personal es muy amable, las camas son súper cómodas. El personal nos dejo tener las maletas incluso después de hacer el checkout para poder pasear un poco más por la playa.

Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran planchas a disposición si el servicio de planchado no estaba disponible. Pero es algo más de recomendacion...

Good value for money; good location with great Rock views; clean rooms; nice pool area; responsive when the electricity went out in my room! It was 23:30 and they offered me an alternative room.

The car park garage door closed on the side of my friends car as we were entering the garage! It caused a lot of damage and frightened us. The hotel staff did not apologise or accept any responsibility. The garage door was left open for the 4 days we remained there. The hotel manager was away (for 4 days!) and the staff were not empowered to help resolve the situation. Spectacularly unhelpful staff. Plus very slow service in the cafe (had to ring the hotel reception to get someone!)

Localização excelente para quem quer visitar Gibraltar, dá para ir a pé. Existe estacionamento no hotel 15 euros por dia.considero uma mais valia.

Quanto à minha experiência o serviço de refeições é confuso, forma filas escusadas. No primeiro dia fui jantar cedo e estava uma autêntica selva. Julgo por estar lá uma excursão inteira. Os funcionários são poucos para o número de hóspedes. A limpeza precisa de melhorias. Os elevadores são insuficientes. Julgo que o hotel tem potencial para melhorar, para ser digno de 4 estrelas.
