Complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, cleanly mopped floors and a clean shower. Reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. Fresh and ironed bed linens were also good and expected.

The fourth floor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, the lift was very small and limited in capacity - me and my partner with two standard check-in size luggages were already barely managed to shut the lift door. There were two or three lifts and was confusing at times which one takes you where - if in a rush you could be thinking you're going to ground floor reception only to meet a dead end that says emergency exit.

I have stayed at La Línea de la Concepción on numerous occasions, and I have always been made welcome. I will certainly be staying there again.

Stay with family of 4 for one night, reception and checkin was welcoming, friendly and supportive with info. the hotel seems a bit dated but it is well maintained, the staff very friendly and helpful. the area is quiet, and feels rather safe. walk for 15 minutes and you'll be in the town centre or Gibraltar airport. Breakfast was included and it offered variety of good quality food. Will think of staying here if I come back

Las señoras de la limpieza eran muy amables

Todo en general, muy viejo, muy caro para lo mal que está conservado, con hormigas hasta en la cama, las bañeras te resbalabas, muy mal, no se parece en nada al de las fotos.

La habitación era limpia, cómoda y funcional. Tenía lo suficiente. La cama era muy cómoda. La ubicación no era centrica, pero suficientemente cerca y zona tranquila.

Que la piscina estaba en reforma, pero lo entendemos.

Nada, no volveremos

Está muy viejo, había hormigas, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, comprar insecticidas, pero seguíamos igual, el bidet pegado a la ducha y no se podía utilizar, la televisión a más de 5 metros de la cama imposible verla, porque era diminuta, de 32” o así, la cama con la forma de otros cuerpos, las almohadas olían a saliva de otras personas, tuvimos que comprar unas nuevas en el bazar. Las fotos que tienen puestas son de hace 30 años por lo menos, porque ninguna habitación se parece a la de las fotos, son totalmente diferentes, con bañera todas en la que cuesta un huevo meterte y salirte y las TV pequeñas, el ascensor se atascaba y sin servicio muchas veces. No es un hotel cómodo, está todo muy muy viejo. Por otro lado en recepción se hicieron un lío con el cobro y nos cobraron 1 habitación de más y para recibir el reembolso estuvimos 3 días…no nos gustó nada, no es recomendable. A parte el barrio y en general La Línea está abandonada por su ayuntamiento y da miedo dejar el coche en cualquier barrio.

Unser Zimmer hatte ein modernes Bad anbei. Wir konnten zu Fuß nach Gibraltar laufen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack.

Eines unserer Auswahlkriterien war eine Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort gewesen. Das Hotel teilte uns bei der Ankunft jedoch mit, die verfügbaren Parkplätze seien schon alle belegt, und wir mussten uns einen Parkplatz an der Straße suchen. Das Hotel ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, der Fahrstuhl ist winzig, und der Poolbereich war geschlossen.

Buena ubicación, excelente trato del personal, atentos a cualquier duda que teníamos sobre restaurantes, playas, etc... Limpieza excelente y la chica de la limpieza muy maja, nos ayudó incluso a pasar las maletas a la habitación. Totalmente recomendable

La habitación en general estaba bien. Especialmente destacable la impecable profesionalidad del Sr. Miguel Ángel de recepción, le doy la gracias.

El aire acondicionado del dormitorio no se podía regular o/y no funcionaba bien.

O pequeno almoço não era mau.

A piscina está fechada em agosto, há muito barulho porque deixam os hóspedes serem barulhentos, o hotel está muito envelhecido e a zona circundante é muito feia e longe dos pontos mais atrativos.

Hi, I would like to file a complaint regarding my stay at the hotel. The pool has been closed throughout our visit, which was a key reason for our booking, and our room has not been cleaned at all since our arrival. We have approached the staff multiple times, but they have provided vague responses about the pool and mentioned that cleaners are unavailable after 5pm. Could you please assist us with this issue and let us know about the possibility of reimbursement? Thank you for your help.

Wonderful people working there, very kind and helpful. The room was very nice.

I have no complaints. It's a little further from the centre of La Linea than I expected but a taxi into town was very low cost. And Reception ordered it for me. Very good value.

La piscine est fermée, pas de restaurant en Août , le lit est très petit et pas très confortable, si le conjoint bouge, vous bougez avec lui, et ça grince fort😂 la douche fuit, c’est l’inondation à chaque fois!!!! Pas de balai WC, le balcon est très sale de fientes d’oiseau , sur le sol et sur les rembardes. L’hôtel est excentré, pas de restaurant à proximité, il faut marcher au moins 20 minutes pour trouver où dîner.

L’hôtel est ennuyeux, et rien n’y est vraiment agréable, à part la gentillesse du personnel.

Franchement, il ne mérite pas le nom d’hôtel : on se croirait presque dans un cimetière.

Le personnel est absolument adorable, qu'il s'agisse de l'accueil ou des femmes de chambre qui font un travail top. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien et la chambre offre une très belle vue sur la mer. De plus, le prix payé reste très raisonnable et attractif pour un mois d'août dans la région. Parking souterrain.

Malgré la gentillesse de l'équipe, l'hôtel ne correspond pas aux normes de l'enseigne "by Marriott". L'établissement est vieillot, la piscine était fermée et il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place. De plus, le lit de la chambre est vraiment très petit. À réserver pour le prix et l'emplacement, pas pour le standing de la marque.

O pequeno almoço muito fraco, cheio intenso a detergente nos quartos, falta de serviços ( piscina desativada, restaurante não funcionava, o telefone do quarto não funcionava), pavimento do quarto desgastado danificado, hotel antigo e muito desgastado. Necessita de remodelação

Наша ошибка была выбрать этот отель для поездки в Гибралтар, пешком это оказалось утомительно. Отель неплохой, но несколько подуставший.

La piscina no estaba disponible durante nuestra estancia. El ascensor estaba estropeado a las 2 de la mañana y tuvimos que subir 4 plantas andando. Nos encontramos una cucaracha en el baño.

Муравьи в номере в огромном количестве. Неудобный въезд в гараж и очень маленькие парковочные места. WIFI не работает вообще. Система душевой устроена так, что все льется на пол. Check-in в 15 часов, что очень поздно. Отель позиционирует себя как близкий к Гибралтару, но до границы около 40 минут пешком. Персонал не очень приветливый.

Quarto com limpeza impecável, pequeno almoço muito bom com bastante variedade. Tem umas almofadas extremamente confortáveis e a localização é boa.

Me gustó mucho el detalle de poner cápsulas de café Nespresso en la habitación. Me encanta la elección de productos que proponen para asearse (Korres). Son detalles que marcan la diferencia. Me gustó mucho la tranquilidad del hotel en general y la amabilidad del personal de limpieza.

La piscina y el patio no estaban listos y disponibles desgraciadamente.

The 3 staff members I spoke to were pleasant and friendly. The air con was very good. The local beach is only 5/ 10 mins walk away

The pool was closed with no reason given. The bar was closed, again no reason given. The bar is apparently closed till the end of Aug 2026. There were no evening meals provided only breakfast and that was expensive for what it was. Due to this I was required to eat in the town centre about a mile away and walk back in the dark on my own. I'm a female in my 70s and felt vulnerable on the walks back in the evening.. I feel the hotel took my money under false pretences as they did not provide the facilities advertised.

Mis-sold. Nothing like pictures I had. I was expecting 26m2 it was about 10mt2 It said sea view that was not true. I was bitten by a mosquito in bed my room was covered in ants. I could not sleep. I showed videos of the ants carrying the mosquito but the hotel was full. This room is more for workers not for tourists it’s old and needs revamping. I have photos and videos available. I am not happy to pay what I paid.

In a decent zone. You can find parking pretty close.

Old furniture. The room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom door is made of glass and has about 1 centimeter of space to the wall so don’t expect privacy. The bed is wobbly and makes a lot of noise.

Todo correcto, quizás que alrededor en el barrio hay pocos servicios, pero el hotel está muy bien.

V ubytovaní boli mravce. Pri check oute sme túto informáciu spomenuli, ale bolo nám len povedané, či sme nenechali jedlo na stole. Podotýkam, mravce boli všade v izbe, aj na podlahe. Po tomto zážitku neodporúčam návštevu.

Großes Zimmer, super Betten, Parkplatz für unser Motorrad in der Garage. Lage ist sehr gut für den Tagesausflug nach Gibraltar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch fußläufig.

Two km away from Gibraltar. You can see many ships anchored opposite the hotel. You can buy drinks and chocolates at the reception. Also there is a complimentary bottle of water waiting for you in the fridge. The staff is really nice. You can park your car in the garage of the hotel. If you plan on going to Gibraltar park your car at Santa Barbara.

We booked two rooms and they were quite far apart. The doors are difficult to close (could use renovation). The elevator wasn't working.

The location is very good, close to Gibraltar. The staff was helpful.

Some rooms have balconies, some don't. For the same price (same type of room), you can get a balcony or you can have a room without a balcony. We didn't have a balcony.

Nice room, comfy beds. Free coffee between 11am and 9pm.

Only booked as it is advertised with an outdoor pool, is still advertised with one, but it is no longer in use… The pool has been crossed off on lift. The outdoor area has no loungers out to chill on, again shown on photos. Would not stay there again.

It seemed as if the hotel was very central but when we went on a walk it was as if we were in the suburbs. Nonetheless, the location was good.
