Room was comfortable but needed a good wall to wall cleaning. Corners had stuff in them and lots of cobwebs on ceiling when the morning sun came in. I removed a few that had egg sacks attached. I know its usually a rush to turn rooms around but a few extra minutes would make this a better hotel.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Watch out, we had a problem with their booking system, we called right away so that they fix it, they promised they will. Next day we called for the resolution, they changed the version and refused. We, then asked to talk with the manager (Cynthia, Sangeeta, Annie) they did not do anything, and kept playing around, then we had no choice other than contacting the general manager named: Vinny, of this hotel since managers did not want to help at all. They did not bother answering at all, that was their strategy: ghosting the client. Be aware of this specific hotel management tricks, they take your money and won't answer you.
