Nous avons du changer de chambre et la chambre suivant nous avons du changer les draps. Aucune présence dans l’établissement ( dans un autre endroit seulement cameras de surveillance) d’autre visiteur on fait du bruit jusqu’au petite heure du matin, claqué les portes.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The room had a comfortable bed and had hot drink making facilities. One of the rooms had kitchen facilities but not had any bad feedback from my friends from their room.
The room I was in, in the rear block overlooked the truck stop next door so I was kept awake or I was awoken by lorries parking late and starting early almost right outside the room. Breakfast room only had a handful of tables.

Beaucoup de bruit durant la nuit( des gens couraient dans e passage .Insonorisation nul on entendait tout de l'autre coté de la chambre . Le déjeuner médiocre ( le grille-pain or d'usage ) On est parti sans demander notre reste et oui j'ai perdu 1 nuit ..pu capable trop de côté négatif. Alors on a quitté en leur disant que nous n'étions pas confortable .. aucune réaction de leur part .

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Friendly staff, great location (on hwy 11 but 5 minutes to the Polar Bear Habitat, and less than a 3 minute drive to restaurants, grocery, and shops. Good breakfast, large, comfortable room and beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Some minor maintenance needs to be done. The shower curtain rod is loose a d one of the towel racks was missing. Outside the door to the lobby has a trip hazard- steel pins in the concrete need to be cut off to prevent an injury.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Old section of the hotel this time. Headboard got traces that you don’t want to see in an hotel room. Internet not working at all in my room. In the new section it was working a tiny bit but not enough to do work. Not even get my emails, forget using the VPN to connect to your work office. They said to connect to the office one but as soon as you are 1 minute in your room it says no internet connection again. All the good hotels in Cochrane are always full now.

I made a mistake and thought I was reviewing a different place and gave a negative review and the manager phoned me to ask what was wrong. This tells me they are very serious on the review they get, I deleted the negative one on booking. Com but it wouldn’t allow another review so this is why I went to trip advisor. Let me be clear I would not hesitate to stay here the price is very good and again the place very clean with friendly staff

Reviewed May 1, 2026NOTHING! This location does not follow legal rules about people with disabilities act. I was denied accommodation due to them not accepting my doctor's letter which identifies my dog as a service dog. They want an id card, which isn't legal. The argument that ensued caused me to have a trip to the hospital in an ambulance because my whole reason for having my dog was triggered.
The need for proper accommodation for people with service dogs. They have a sign saying they allow service dogs, but do not follow the proper way to prove it is a service dog. I did not like having to find different accommodation on short notice during peak snowmobile season.

Appreciated extra shelf to store more bags and miscellaneous. Thanks to Jamon who was able to store our ice paks in the kitchen freezer. We had a great breakfast of warmed boiled eggs, potatoes and sausage and good coffee from a Keurig coffeemaker.
No problems and liked everything.

Steps to main building for check in weren't cleared of snow till late evening. The entrance to our section of hotel wasn't cleared of snow the 2 days we were there. The door knob to bathroom was almost falling off, and shower rod was bent, hardly held the curtain closed while taking showers. Building
