It felt safe Nancy was very helpful in getting us a room when everything was booked full. It was also nice to have good shampoo and conditioners in the shower.

There was 3 of us travelling together and there was only 2 towels in the room

The only positive things I can say about our stay are that the bed linen and bathroom were clean. And comfortable beds.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was not comfortable. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the pillows smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was especially unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel clean or welcoming, and we did not feel particularly comfortable or safe staying here. We understand that this is a budget hotel, but basic cleanliness, maintenance, and a smoke-free sleeping environment should still be expected. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Rooms could use a refreshing. The cleaning staff used some sort of perfume to freshen the room and I’m allergic to synthetic scents.

I paid for a suite... granted I made a mistake on the booking date... so they gave me a standard room 2 dbl beds... promised me my suite for saturday night that I had originally paid for... that did not happen... different worker didn't know wtf was going on... so back to the standard dbl beds... Also the washroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned before we got there... toilet paper on the floor, someone else's used soap bar still in the tub, hair in the tub... Ac was basically just white noise as it barely blew any cold air out... and it was leaking... looked like they knew and decided to just put the shoe mat under it to pick up the water... fire hazard now that I think about it... hahahaha...

Absolutely nothing to like there. It was a terrible place to be it smelled very bad and dirty with lots of clutter outside other rooms and noisy so I canceled the room saying I couldn’t stay because of my allergies so I canceled and checked out but they wouldn’t give my refund The number they gave to call would not answer so I went back into the office told them to cancel they said no they can’t. So we left the property without a room and no refund .

Room not done, dirty, garbage on the floor and more. Opened the room door a decided not to stay.

As soon as we got there we had to cancel our lengthy stay. The front desk lady was kind enough to accept the cancellation at no charge.

First hitting the parking lot, we knew something was off. The parking lot had belongings piled outside multiple doors, clearly from long‑term tenants, and it gave the place a rundown feel. None of this was shown in the photos. The pictures online looked bright, clean, and welcoming, but the actual hotel was the complete opposite. It felt misrepresented, neglected, and uncomfortable to stay in.

The girl at the front was pleasant, Quick and efficient. Our TV didn't work and she had it fixed within 10 minutes. For our 1 night stopover, it was perfect!

Terrible everything. Room was next to people with garbage thrown into the parking lot. Incredibly unsafe, tv Im room still has wrapping. People staying monthly next to you. Smell was terrible. Worst hotel I have ever been in

I travel for work and frequent a lot of motels. This motel was awful, Exceptionally dirty room. Stain left in the toilet bowel from previous occupant that wasn’t removed, urine stains around the toilet, an old lid from a soft drink was left in the garbage, some type of residue on the night stand, the room was muggy and stunk.

it looks like a refugee camp you see on TV - run down and seems like people live their full time. had issues with people sitting out front of rooms in dark. would never take a family to this place.

The breakfast wasn't as good as photos There were no eggs, you had to ask for coffee it wasn't on the table The room smelled funny I don't recommend it at all

Dirty, people living in the motel full time, very chaotic. No hot water had to wait almost three hours to go to bed waiting for them to fix the hot water.

How about this…. There wasn’t a thing I enjoyed about this place.

Few breakfast choices. There were missing floor tiles in the bathroom. Faucet in kitchen sink did not work. The parking lot and steps were extremely icy and dangerous. We left after one night although we booked for 2.

Smelt pretty bad in there, wasn’t dirty but definitely not clean enough, bed sheets were so smelly and the carpet dirty. Very dated

Staff was friendly, we got clean towels every day and it was overall clean and tidy

The room was a little too warm but we fixed that. And small window in the bathroom didn't have a curtain but we figured that out as well.

It took quite a long time for the plow to come. I had to abandon my car and hitch a ride with another guest to make my train. Then had to walk in winter weather back to my hotel room...
