Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel

The location was perfect because it was close enough to the madness of New York City, but far enough to have its own peaceful feel. The staff was amazing always ready to help with my needs or questions. The view from my room was amazing. There were several modes of transportation to the city. Has several food places near by to get anything you may need.

The in restaurant hotel was pretty bad, the food was bland, overpriced, and just not overall not good. The pillows were a little annoying because they didn’t provide any support, but I was still able to sleep.

Abbiamo avuto problemi per pagare con tutte le carte di credito, non accettano bonifici immediati, meglio pagare su Booking che fare il pagamento direttamente in struttura, potrebbero esserci dei problemi, il personale ha risolto la questione solo quando stavo per chiamare l'assistenza di BOOKING.

We fell in love with the location; the views of Manhattan were amazing, and it felt nice being able to "escape" from the craziness of the city. Hoboken was fun to explorer too. A Whole Foods and several restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. Both EWR airport and Manhattan very easy to reach. The NY waterway ferry was a fun and scenic way to get into town. Leaves directly from the hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was very big. Eventhough it was a standard room, it felt like a junior suite. Views from our city view room were amazing. We booked early and got a great deal (sub 200€/n) - great value for money. There is a small gym with quite a few cardio machines, free weights up to 50lbs and a dual cable pulley machine. Enough for some holiday grade workouts. Nice that there was also a pool. Strong AC in the room. Comfy beds We would 100% stay here again the next time.

The hotel is starting to show its age and could use a large scale refresh - the decor felt dated, but everything was still clean.

Good location for the ferry to manhattan but only on week days as it doesn’t start until 10am on weekends. Staff on reception very nice. Breakfast expensive & poor quality and they don’t sell a single draught beer. Nobody will offer to help with your baggage either.

Very outdated. Paint peeling off the ceilings. Bathrooms all chipped and old. About 30 years behind today’s standards.

La proximité du bus pour New York qui permet d’être en 15 mn à la station Port Autority qui dessert la plupart des lignes de métro .

Personnel peu souriant, ne nous a même pas indiqué comment profiter de la piscine. La climatisation très bruyante.

Quarto amplo, vista espetacular, facilidade em pegar o ônibus e rapidez qie ele chega em mamhatan. Localização bonita com opções de mercado e padarias. Pessoal atencioso, apoiou em guardar as malas pós check out e fizeram o possível para nos receber bem.

Beaucoup d'aspects sont positifs, notamment le personnel, qui est très sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement 10 minutes de New York. Un bus passe juste à côté de l'hôtel pour s'y rendre, à moins d'une minute de marche. La vue est très belle lorsqu'on sort de l'hôtel.

Le réfrigérateur de la chambre était beaucoup plus petit que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Je savais qu'il serait de petite taille, mais il était vraiment trop petit. Il était très difficile d'y ranger ne serait-ce que deux plats.

Location across from Manhattan was lovely to get away from NY hustle and bustle. The view of the skyline across the Hudson is beautiful and the hotel is set right on the river. A really beautiful walk along the promenade to Hoboken which is the closest shops and cafes. Great wee gym and bonus of an indoor pool of needed. The bus trip across to Manhattan took about 10 minutes and you are right on the heart of the city.

There aren’t many cheaper option restaurants or coffee shops near by. Had to walk a couple of km to either Hoboken or Union city which has lots of food options . Could bus there too. Bus to NY central cost around $4-5 US each way so does add up.

No me dieron información de la piscina si no la pedía. Podrían incluir un hervidor de agua en la habitación, y algún refresco aparte de agua, de cortesía.

The rooms were very nice. I didn't pay for a room with the view but our room on the 10th floor had a decent view of the city. The location right next to the ferry is a very big plus. The place was very clean and staff was excellent. Being able to park on site and leave my car there for my whole trip was excellent.

L’établissement est au bord de l’Hudson, c’est agréable de se promener sur le quai, un bus et un ferry juste devant pour aller à Manhattan en 10-15 min, piscine et salle de sport bien appréciés , le personnel est super, restaurant de l’hôtel et à proximité, il y a aussi un super marché pour y faire ses courses, vue sur la Sky Line de la chambre magnifique, idéal séjour au calme sans avoir le stress de la ville bref je recommande

In 10 giorni sono venuti solo una volta a rifare la camera e cambiare la biancheria. Al check-in per un problema loro che non prendeva la carta di credito (non mio) ho dovuto lasciare la franchigia in contanti pagando il doppio, nonostante avessi anche già saldato il conto prima del mio arrivo

Die Lage und das Hotel sind klasse. Personal war nett. Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten gemütlich. Der Pool war für die Kinder toll.

Leider gab es laut dem Hotel Kommikationsprobleme zwischen Booking.com und dem Hotel, weswegen mir das Hotel das Zimmer ein zweites Mal berechnet hat. Zu meinem Ärger musste ich als Kunde dafür Sorgen, dass ich durch mehrere Gespräche und Telefonate mit Booking und dem Hotel die Aufklärung übernehme. Hätte mir gewünscht, dass das Hotel und Booking das intern klären. Als Kunde sollte man davon nichts mitbekommen. Letztlich habe ich mein Geld wieder.

The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for accessing public transport and getting into New York City, with a good selection of local restaurants and cafés nearby.

There was nothing significant to dislike about the property during our stay. If I was being picky the facilities are a bit dated and the lifts are a bit temperamental, we had to use the service lift a few times. But it didn’t affect our overall stay.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. L'hôtel est magnifique et son emplacement est très pratique, à seulement un arrêt de Port Authority à New York. Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place, mais il y a un restaurant à l'hôtel ainsi que plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

La climatisation faisait un peu de bruit, mais cela restait tout à fait supportable.

Veldig bra beliggenhet og fantastisk utsikt mot NYC skyline. Kort vei til midttown med båt eller buss. Veldig rolig område, flotte parker i nærheten av hotellet og kjempefint å gå/jogge langs Hudson river.

Las vistas de Manhattan desde la habitación eran espectaculares. La conexión con el autobús a 2 minutos del hotel es súper cómoda y la conexión con el ferry es muy bonita, aunque más cara como para hacerla cada día. Los consejos de Jonathan fueron muy buenos y el tener un supermercado cerca da mucho juego si se quiere volver temprano a la habitación. Si volvemos a NY buscaremos alojarnos aquí de nuevo.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti in questo hotel. La struttura è tenuta molto bene, in una zona tranquilla. La camera che ci è stata fornita era molto grande e con una vista pazzesca sulla città. Se dovessi tornare a New York tornerei sicuramente qui!

L’unica pecca riguarda i mezzi per raggiungere Manhattan, purtroppo non c’è una metro ma solo degli autobus a cadenza non fissa che il weekend hanno meno corse. Basta saperlo per organizzare meglio gli spostamenti. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto.

The location is great for days in Manhattan. The ferries and buses from the doorstep made life easy. There are also excellent eateries (shout out to Alessio’s and Boogie Woogie) very close by. The facilities were great, especially the complimentary Starbucks drip coffee. We enjoyed booking the pool for some down time. The staff, particularly Rhey were superb and very helpful.

Location is superb, exactly at the ferry. The hotel looks like an old high quality hotel that is running out of form, but still absolutely OK. Very kind staff at the restaurang/bar.

The staff at the reception was incompetent and/or did not care at all. It was required to book the pool in advance - it was logical as it was relatively small. Despite of booking, they eventually let in 10 people without booking, who did not leave the pool, and the receptionist seemed not to understand the problem at all and claimed that he had nothing to do with that, and no information on what is going on in the pool, that sound strange and unsafe. On the other morning the water automat was disconnected at the gym and no disinfectant was available.

Location was peaceful, ferry or bus stops are very close even you can wait ferry in the lobby. Rooms are big enough and clean.

Having the Ferry right there

The website misled us saying Free Airport Shuttle. I called the number on my reservation and it's Bot confirmed it but upon arrival & waiting 2 hours at airport was told no shuttle. Then lobby receptionist argued with me about it. I had booked through Club Wyndham with did not follow through with their contracted promises also

Beds where lumpy and woren down, we had to turn the mattres around.

In und um New York ist alles sehr teuer. Frühstück für 2 Erwachsene + Kinder locker 80€.

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. La ubicación te permite moverte rápido y llegar a Manhattan en muy poco tiempo.

Stunning view of Manhattan Skyline at night. Ferry terminal is right outside the hotel. Safe area and 5 min walk to bus station with just one stop to Midtown (Times Square). Short taxi ride to Newark Airport.

Price was high at the time of my stay due to FIFA World Cup which is understandable.

Great location right by the water, view was amazing. A ferry right outside going to new york, and a bus also right around the corner taking you to port authority nyc in 10-15 min. The pool was very clean for being an indoor pool, the staff was really nice and it was overall a great experience. Will definitely come back.

Would have liked a microwave in the room, the AC was a bit off and noisy but not enough to take any points off my rating.
