Just a great location with secure parking and omg what a view from the roof top restaurant. And a great location to take ferry across to NYC

Secluded not so busy.

Second time location had someone pull the fire alarm. Once at 400 am and the second time before the fireworks display while the wife and I was at the bar.

It was very neat, clean, updated, and our room was very spacious!

The hallways were not air-conditioned. You had to pay for parking at $22 per day. What we paid in parking we could’ve stayed another night.

Ferry au pied de l hotel pour midtown puis navette gratuite.. Bus pour NY a 100 metres 158 . Tramway pour Hoboken ..Newport. Ex change..Paulus hock... World trade center etc...a 200 metres ..tres belles vues sur manhattan... Belles balades a faire...et tres calme. .Toujours trouvè de la place petit dejeuner a 6h30 ou 8h30...le matin .

I would like to thank Christopher from the front desk as he he was very proactive and changed our room due to a wedding happening in the hotel that night and he wanted us to be away from the noise.

Karla at the front desk is an amazing person with great customer service skills, she provides quick solutions to guest inquires. She is mastering her role, and very helpful in providing information.

Hotel was perfect! Close to ferry, gorgeous view of NYC, great breakfast, customer service was top tier.

Horrible. You have to pay for parking when I already paid 800 dollars to stay at the hotel. You can't leave the parking garage without paying. The sign says if you park there for 15 minutes it is free. Well it's not. We put our stuff in the room and was there for less than 15 minutes and still had to pay 22 bucks to get out. The living room was burning up hot and the air didn't work. So at night my kids were burning up. Our view in the room was a construction site because they were building a new hotel probably next to the Marriott. And the front desk girl had on way too much blush and she was rude. It made me not want to stay. The elevator situation is just plain stupid. The bartender was also rude at the hotel bar. My husband and I sat down at the bar to get a drink and he never came to us. He stood there talking to some other customers while we sat there waiting. So we left and went to the restaurant The Highlife I believe which was great. The parking garage was a mess we could not even throw our trash in the can because it was full. My family and I will NEVER be staying at another Marriott Bonvoy. This is why I only choose Hilton's. At the Hilton parking is free and the breakfast is better. Lesson learned NEVER again.

It was clean and new, with good size suites for New York area

The manager and the staff whoever controls the bookings have been intentionally dodging my request for change in checkout date to one day earlier due to change in travel plans so that they don’t have to refund me the amount for one night. Booking.com confirmed that they sent the request many times and called the property many times to allow this change due to change in my travel plans. Booking.com mentioned that I would get the refund as soon as property replied. But this hotel kept dodging all calls and emails from booking.com. Even when I checked in, I reminded the person at the counter to reply to my date change request. And the reply I got was “it is totally up to the manager to accept or decline”. Assuming it is that flexible to make the change, for the manager to not reply to booking.com until 5 days later, really leaves a bad taste overall and tells me that he value 1 night’s room revenue over a long term business from a guest. I don’t think the hotel manager represents the Marriott hospitality values well.

Al principio nos asignaron una habitación , que estaba muy bien , grande y cómoda pero las cortinas de las ventanas no funcionaban . Esperamos casi una hora para que vengan a ver y al final nos asignaron otra . Sugerencia deben tener mejor control de calidad y supervisión de que todo funcione en las habitaciones . No es un hotel barato

The set up of the apartment is nice and family friendly

No restaurant nor bar on premises. And the pricing of the rooms are quite high. The front desk manager Egin kandaz was not customer friendly he was rude and arrogant. He said for me if I don’t like the allocated rooms I should cancel and go to another hotel knowing fully well we just arrived from London that evening and I made the reservation for months. Very disappointed. And he doesn’t smile

Breakfast was good. Great dining area, very well kept. Excellent staff, and coffee bar as well.

Some of the breakfast sandwiches were cold. However it was getting close to 10:00 when we were there.

Convenience with space and kitchen.

3 adults. 1 handicapped adult. Room not set up for 3 adults. No linen for sofa bed etc. although when called they came pretty fast.

Because of a plumbing issue our room was upgraded. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We wachten inmiddels al meer dan drie weken op de terugbetaling van onze borg. Daarnaast is er automatisch geld van onze rekening afgeschreven, waardoor het hotel uiteindelijk twee keer werd betaald. Ook dit extra bedrag is na meer dan drie weken nog steeds niet teruggestort. Er staat ook nergens een email adres om contact met ze op te nemen. Tijdens ons verblijf ging bovendien het brandalarm af en moesten we het gebouw verlaten. Onze koffers lagen overal op de grond, omdat er onvoldoende ruimte was om deze netjes op te bergen of op te hangen. Ondanks deze punten hebben we verder een goed verblijf gehad.

I have been a loyal Marriott customer and have never had a stay like this one, where there was a damaged cracked stove top, AC pulling away from the wall. Corner beam wallpaper cracking but the main issue was my girlfriend who has eczema and has to be careful with her skin, pointing out to me the shower head had mold as a property manager I can tell you that is a health code violation, not knowing what is hitting your skin or face; she refused to use the shower the next morning. I took photos of all these items. Staff was nice and accommodating but the site needs repair. And someone got away with firing fireworks in the adjacent lot keeping us up till well past 2am. Something I don't blame the hotel for, but it just exacerbated the situation with lack of sleep. Definitely not my best stay especially on the 4th of july weekend.

The suite was very clean ...the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I cannot think of anything I did not like about my stay...

Прекрасное расположение прямо рядом с портом, откуда раз в двадцать минут отплывает паром в Манхэттен: отличная возможность изучить остров. Предоставляется хороший завтрак. В гостинице есть только номера с одной большой кроватью, но при этом есть и раскладной диван, и комната с диваном отделена дверью от комнаты с кроватью, что удобно. Так что номер большой и ещё и с мини-кухней!

Нет тапочек, зубной щётки и пасты. Стоянка гостиницей не предоставляется, но она есть в этом же здании, просто принадлежит другой компании. Станций зарядки электроавтомобиля там нет, поэтому описание у гостиницы в этом месте некорректное.

Struttura Pulita, calda, appartamento bello e completo di tutto. La colazione è prettamente confezionata ma secondo me con ampia scelta. Proprio di fronte al nywaterfront, si raggiunge midtown 39 in 20 minuti di battello.

Materasso un po’ troppo molle, ma si può dormire ugualmente.

The staff had no idea of what they were doing, and were confused by the reservation made by Booking.com and they didn’t have a room for us and they send us to the neighbor hotel

Frühstück überfüllt, weil Gäste aus dem Nachbar Hotel rüber kommen und sich bedienen… Ab 9:30 Uhr werden die Türen schon leicht geschlossen, obwohl bis 10:00 Uhr Frühstück bereitgestellt werden soll… Das sieht sehr nach Rausschmiss aus… Um 10:00 Uhr wird die Kaffeemaschine weggeräumt

La struttura esternamente è bella, i ragazzi alla reception educati e professionali. Letti comodi ed ottimo bagno. Si trova proprio di fronte al porto dove prendere traghetti per Manhattan e Battey Park (attenzione 10 dollari a tratta a persona!) Abbiamo mangiato molto bene sia al ristorante dentro la struttura che nel Pub al piano terra

La pulizia generale è da rivedere, la moquette molto datata e sporca. La colazione è assolutamente inadeguata, al limite della decenza. Solamente un ascensore e tra l'altro molto lento e sporco.

Breakfast was convenient to have right there. Selection was not as good as I would have thought. Took a long time to make toast. Maybe better to have a rotating toaster.

We needed to use the pullout sofa and it took over an hour to get the bedding and it was getting late, approaching 11 pm and we were tired. My husband went and got it himself from the desk as the person there said they were short staffed. You would think that at holiday time you would have planned for more staff. The window shade in one of our rooms was broken also. After paying over $1000 we were disappointed.

Comportamento dos funcionários e confusão com duração da estadia, minha reserva estava com checkout para dia 27/12 fiz o pagamento na entrada, no dia 26/12 3 funcionários bateram na porta do quarto informando que a reserva iria até dia 26/12 e que eu teria que pagar um valor para prorrogar a estadia, acabei tendo que efetuar um pagamento de US$950,00 a mais fora o constrangimento.

Good location, close to ferry that takes you to NYC

Very weak breakfast all things considered. Small variety of foods, no vegetables, nothing really felt fresh. 100% Not worth the money. After first day of our stay one of two elevators stopped working and wait time for elevator was way too long at certain parts of the day. This was not fixed nor addressed at all during the remainder of our stay (4 days) Construction site with heavy machinery is directly across the road, some days it became increasingly annoying and disturbing - especially in the mornings. At the day of our arrival we randomly overheard conversation in the lobby that the water won’t be running in the morning hours of next day. If we didn’t overhear this, we would have never known.

The location was perfect to use the ferry into NYC! The rooms were large and very clean! The hotel is in a location with walking distance to restaurants, coffee and the free!

We loved the location which had quick easy access to the ferry. Loved that it was close to a few restaurants. The room was quiet, clean and had a nice modern updated feel to it. Staff was also very helpful at the front desk.

We were disappointed with the breakfast options. We ended up going to the Dunkin nearby. Definitely breakfast could be improved!
