This was our first visit to Udaipur .Our stay at Sterling was very comfortable, the resort is in a traditional haveli,our room was pretty big included a dresser with all modern amenities. They have a good spread of food n the decor is quite richly done up. All the servers and front desk staff are warm n very helpful in guiding us about the city n it's sights.Special mention to Komal for her suggestions about sweet shops n places to visit. Overall we definitely would like to come back again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. A true value for money. Great location and accessible to all tourist places. At reception desk, Komal ma’am was really cooperative and suggested a very comfortable room at ground floor considering my parents age. Whenever I asked for assistance, she always tried her best. Even Mr. Hamendra was polite, always eager to help and cared for our discomfort. We stayed in the Royal suite; it was spacious with great decor, a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm, well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Hygiene is maintained throughout the hotel. Staff service- all were attentive, efficient and helpful. Whatever was needed, was provided quickly Food- Breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options. Chef Chaman singh personally took care by visiting each table and making sure we require any help. Even at dinner, they served as per our request. It was indeed delicious. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and hope to be back again.

Accomodation and faculties were very good. Kishor was very friendly at reception. Room was comfortable and clean. However I was disappointed that the fridge and hot water jug did not work.

We stayed in a huge heritage room with the comfiest bed and pillows in India. All the staff were exceptional a special mention to Komal on reception who was amazing and very kind also to Akita in the restaurant who was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Sterling Jaisinghgarh, Udaipur is a very nice place to stay. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The Restaurant is also very nice, food quality is very good and tasty. The staff at Reception, Restaurant and the helping staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall experience is excellent. I wish that I may come next year also.

Nice rooms. Komal is a great person with a warm human touch. Food was average. Quality and price can be better. Corridors and lobbies are dark, no sunlight, no fresh air.

Divya Bharathi from Sterling Reservation Network team helped us a lot sharing info about the location of hotel, rooms, restaurants and nearby places to visit. She gave us all the instructions for the advance booking and on arrival check in process. We checked in to hotel Sept 28th and were welcomed by Kishore ji and Komal ji. They played excellent host and ensured that our check in and stay was good and memorable. The Royal Suite room which we stayed was very beautiful and gave us a feel of staying in a palace. The rooms and the hotel were clean, well maintained. The staff showed lots of hospitality in the traditional style. We enjoy the stay and would definitely be happy to come again here. A true value for money stay in an excellent location near to all attractions and sight seeing places.

I had a pleasant and memorable stay at Sterling Jaisinghgarh with family. Loved the room, the service, breakfast and the whole ambience. My kids aged 5 and 3 also enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Very satisfied overall.

The property itself is beautiful with amazing artwork inside. Rooms are huge and the bathroom shower was excellent! The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Kishore at the reception. We were however disappointed that they did not have a liquor license which is so strange in a tourist hotel! We therefore did not have any meals in the hotel. The TV also did not have any English programs apart from the news. This is not really good enough!

We have very good service in the restaurant from Sudeshina. Helpful for non-Hindi speaking guests. The housekeeping lady was very responsive to our needs in the room. Not many Western tourists in this hotel but they went out of their way. ….

We were placed on the 1st floor and it had poor privacy (e.g. we could hear the reception take phone calls in the morning and at night). Rooftop cafe was nice. Staff was friendly.

The Hotel has good, calm and relaxing environment. The Restaurant on rooftop is amazing and has great food variety. Kudos to the whole team ( Amit , Kritik , Sudeshna, Nutan, Dungar) Chef ( Amit, Bhupendra, Rajkumar) has served us one of the finest traditional Rajasthani food during our dinner. Music enhanced the ambience around the restaurant at the dinner time. Kudo to the whole team. We are thankful and grateful for their hospitality and service.

One of the better tie up properties of Sterling. Sterling Jaisinghgarh is a medium sized hotel with a small pool and rooftop terrace restaurant. Rooms are decently appointed, large in size and offer most amenities any traveller will need. The restaurant is easily the jewel in the crown of this hotel and we'll worth paying for even if they need you to prepay for meals in advance. A special shout out to Amit and Kritik for making our dining experiences so much more special with their customized service. We enjoyed our study here thoroughly and would recommend this hotel to others with a couple of suggestions. Some minor issues included a roach and a lizard in the room, and being offered a room in a separate wing at the end. We suggest insisting on getting a room on the first floor of the main building as these are the best rooms in the hotel. Pro tip - If you have prepaid for your meals, make sure you call the restaurant in advance. Speak to Amit or Kritik to organize a special meal for you like Dal bati churma, etc and they will do so. Their dal bati was the best we've had in the city and a good option to consider if you are dining at the hotel.

The palace is excellent, amazing food and hospitality I would credit the entire Sterling staff at this resort for providing a lovely experience. The kitchen staff provided us great options and buffet spread was great. This is first in Sterling we experienced live music which is truly great

It is a nice place in a secluded garden and the room are spacious and in old style. Breakfast is good and the roof terrace is excellent for the breakfast. What lets the hotel down is - first of all - wi-fi. This is the worst one we have encountered in many, many years. Could not send a photo on WhatsUp, could not do the check-in for a flight. The other problem is that you cannot get any alcohol, not even beer or wine. Last but not least, dinner food was very ordinary but rather pricey.

Not value for money, poor WiFi, bad food. Stayed for 3 nights in peak winters and the property ran out of hot water in the morning on 2/3 days. WiFi never worked. Cheap boutique hotel that is trying to look like a premium stay but failing across all aspects. Would not recommend this to anyone visiting Udaipur.

In terms of hospitality, no question they are good. Food was good, priced same as US. Overall good everything except hot water problem. I hope they fix it because it was very inconvenient for us. Service should have been better for the price we paid.

The hospitality of the restaurant staff is unparalleled. I probably ate the best food at the hotel than at any other place recommended by Google/zomato. Chef Ajay’s dal Mewari, shev tamatar ki sabji, kofta was to die for. The icing on the cake was the gatte ki sabji. It was a combination of great culinary skills and pure love for food. My two big bowls homemade gulkand icecream probably says a lot for how much I really enjoyed the food! The staff- Kritik, Amit, Sudeshna are probably the most delightful people i have met. The way they have taken care of me and my family during our stay speaks volumes of not just their training but the lovely people that they innately are. 10/10 would recommend :)

Loved the resort. It was a great stay for us. It's just off the main road, so it's close to anything you might need, but the lane is very peaceful. The food is definitely the high point. We didn't have a single bad dish across breakfast and dinner for 5 nights. On the last night, we even got Laal Maas whipped up for us specially. Shout out to Suresh, Prabhu and Dungar for being super attentive at all meals. They also have a lovely ambience through the hotel. They had live musicians for dinner which added a wonderful vibe to the dinners. Salman and Hussain were a great santoor-tabla duo and even played audience requests. The only thing I would suggest is you should be careful while booking your rooms. They have a wide variety, so you could end up with a very different room configuration than your party!

Spent 4 days at Sterling Jaisingharh Udaipur in late October 2024. The property is located in a quiet area away from the crowds, yet quite close to the old city. The room is reasonably ok with basic essentials. All the staff members are extremely courteous and welcoming. Special mention is to Kirthik and Nutan, at the restaurant who went out of the way in terms of service and hospitality. Kishor at front desk was also very helpful. All in all we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay at Jaisingharh.

the staff made all the difference. the charming Komal at the front desk and Sulabh in the restaurant The building is in a quiet area a little removed from the old city but accessible. The room I had was a bit expensive considering the amenities in it - simple bed, very basic tea/coffee and bathroom toiletries et.c. the public rooms are a delight.
