Go Hotel Østerport

Property was close to centre and was clean and tidy, staff friendly on arrival and check out too. We only stayed for a day

we had nothing negative about the hotel, if you can’t sleep with noise it’s not a suitable hotel as it’s next to a train line (which is mentioned).

Vlak naast het spoor, kleine kamer, geen koelkast en kluisje, kleine badkamer met weinig bergruimte en geen kledingkast!

Room seemed clean and there was good water pressure in the shower. Hotel is adjacent to the metro stop which was convenient. On checkout day we were able to leave our bags for a few hours for a small fee.

If you can possibly afford it, choose a nicer hotel and feel happy when you return at the end of the day. It's a little out of the way, not near a restaurant which was inconvenient on the evening of arrival. The hallway smells stuffy. Our window looked onto the train tracks, maybe 20 feet away and the trains run ALL NIGHT. If you are a light sleeper this should be a red flag. The bed is not comfortable but the pillows were the worst. They were lumpy and dreadful to try to sleep on.

Habitación muy básica, el baño también. Estuvimos 3 noches y el segundo día, pese a dejarlo indicado no nos hicieron la habitación.

Very good location, right in front of Østerport station. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is delicious with many options. The trains are passing by and normally I’m sensitive to the noise but the isolation was really good.

Rooms could be cleaner. The mattresses are really thin. Also, I didn’t like the fact that luggage storage service is available only for payment.

Es war die ganze Nacht nicht nur extrem laut,trotz Ohrstöpsel, sondern der ganze Raum vibrierte bei jedem Zug der vorbeifuhr. Wir sind extrem übermüdet in den Urlaub gestartet!!!

Emplacement pratique

Chambre très proche de la voie ferrée, les trains circulent la nuit et même avec des bouchons d oreille on les entend passer et on sent les vibrations. Le parking est vite saturé et l accès n est pas bien indiqué, heureusement on peut se garer pour un prix similaire a l extérieur de l hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est un peu pauvre au niveau du choix, pas de reel petit déjeuner continental (pas d oeuf brouillés déjà...)

Omgivelserne er meget lidt indrettet til dårligt gående, med mange trapper og ingen elevator der dækker alle etagerne. Bare det at forcere indgangen er uden handicapvenlige tiltag.

Hotel per giovani o famiglie con basse aspettative. Rinfrescato da non molto offre un servizio abbastanza basico. Le stanze vengono adattate da due a tre posti ma hanno tutte la stessa dimensione ed in tre, pur con un ragazzino, sono troppo piccole. Anche la toilette è piccola e poco attrezzata. Il prezzo è comunque significativo e il parcheggio, non prenotabile, altrettanto caro per essere all'aperto ed a 200 m. dalla struttura. Colazione cara (meglio andare alle bakery nella stazione dei treni di fronte). Quando si arriva, per scaricare le valigie è necessario sostare sulla strada occupando la zona taxi. Insomma, un posto per giovani senza pretese.

Gleich neben Zug und Metro was super war. Frühstuck ist gut. Personal sehr nett.

Kaffee oder Tee muss man selber bezahlen am tag/Abend. Parkplatz ist mit steinen und leider wann es regnet schmutzig. Auch leider wenig Parkplätze, Mann muss eigentlich gleich am Check in Zeit da sein wann Mann parkieren wöll. Betten waren nicht bequem, immer mit hinlegen das Gefühl das Mann durch das Bett geht und es kaputt macht. Leider wegen dem Zug ist es laut. Auch hörst du gut Leute von andere Zimmer.

stanza angusta, letti non comodi, al secondo giorno non ci hanno rifatto la camera nonostante abbiamo rifatto quella a fianco. cosa grave la mancanza di ascensori o almeno di un lift per i bagagli, fare le scale con le valigie ti ammazza.

Very close to the station, which is convenient to take both trains and metros. The rooms are clean. Good value.

The room was a bit old, the bathroom had no shelf space for toiletries. The bedside tables were also very small.

Hinter dem Hotel verlaufen ca. 6-8 sehr stark befahrene Eisenbahntrassen. Dieser Umstand war vor der Buchung bekannt. Bei geschlossenen Fenster war der Lärmpegel auch gut zu ertragen. Allerdings hielten sich an drei Tagen auch 1-2 Schulklassen im Hotel auf, die sich teilweise sehr lautstark, vor allen in den Abend- und Nachtstunden, verhielten. Die Kinder topten auf den Gängen herum, die Zimmertüren krachten ständig. In unserem Zimmer viel sogar mal ein Bild von der Wand. Unsere Beschwerde beim Hotelpersonal brachte keine Verbesserung.

Located close to Osterport train and metro station. Handy for my work office. Good size room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Pokój całkiem duży, wygodny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Obsługa miła i dostępna.

Pokój z widokiem na tory kolejowe. Spodziewałam się hałasu, ale był on dużo większy niż zakładałam, dodatkowo wszystko w pokoju delikatnie drżało, gdy przejeżdżał pociąg. Warto brać to pod uwagę. W nocy i w weekendy pociągi jeżdżą rzadziej. Ale w godzinach szczytu jest to uciążliwy hałas.

The side our room was located. Last time we had a room on the left side. This time ate ground floor and on the side of the train. It gets to noisy.

Η τοποθεσία άριστη! Ποδήλατο, τρένο, μετρό και λεωφορεία σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Όσον αφορά στην καθαριότητα οπότε ήθελες μπορούσες να ζητήσεις να καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο και το έκαναν. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό.

Το δωμάτιο για 4μελη οικογένεια ήταν μικρό. Ο μπουφές ήταν κάθε μέρα ίδιος, χωρίς καμία παραλλαγή.

Leider versprachen die Fotos auf der Buchungsseite ein ansprechendes schönes Hotel. Wir wurden enttäuscht. Der Antritt noch relativ passabel, jedoch nicht Fotoentsprechend. Der Erstkontakt mit der Rezeption äusserst freundlich willkommen. Folgend desinteressiert. Folgend verschmutzte/fusselige Teppichtreppenstufen und Flure. Es erwartete uns ein langgezogener Flachdachbau entlang der Bahnlinie mit elend langen nüchternen Fluren mit Zimmern rechts und links, über drei Stockwerke. Einfache Zimmerausstattung. Keine Hausschuhe. Sauber. Durchgelegene Betten/Kuhle. Einfaches Bad, lediglich Duschgel. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung wird zusätzlich mit Schließfächern in Rechnung gestellt.

La posizione è davvero ottima, proprio di fronte alla stazione di Østerport e con un comodo accesso alla metropolitana, ideale per spostarsi facilmente in città. La colazione è abbastanza completa e varia, con una menzione speciale per il pane: davvero fantastico, fresco e con un sapore che sembra quello del pane fatto in casa. Un altro grande punto di forza è la palestra, spaziosa, ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per potersi allenare seriamente anche durante il soggiorno.

La camera è molto spartana e poco funzionale. Il bagno è ridotto all’essenziale: ci sono soltanto lavabo, specchio, doccia e WC, senza alcun ripiano, mobile o spazio dove poter appoggiare anche solo i prodotti per l’igiene personale. Di conseguenza, si è costretti a lasciare tutto in camera oppure addirittura per terra. Un altro aspetto negativo è la posizione praticamente a ridosso della ferrovia: il passaggio dei treni si sente chiaramente a tutte le ore, con conseguente disturbo soprattutto durante la notte. Inoltre, la struttura non dispone di ascensore. Anche se si sviluppa solamente su due piani, è comunque necessario trasportare le valigie a mano su e giù per le scale, cosa piuttosto scomoda soprattutto con bagagli pesanti. Nel complesso, la sistemazione risulta davvero molto essenziale e avrebbe bisogno di qualche accorgimento in più per garantire un soggiorno confortevole e funzionale. Le bici sono a pagamento come anche gli armadietti per custodire le valigie per il giorno della partenza. Tutto sommato è un semplice hotel di stazione.

We had a wonderful stay at Go Hotel Østerport. The rooms were very clean, and our towels were replaced daily. The location is excellent, with a train and metro station right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get around Copenhagen. The hotel also offers bicycles for rent, which was a great option for exploring the city. It is also located in a safe and pleasant area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Konumu toplu taşımayla ve yürüyerek gidilebilecek bir çok yer için gayet uygun bir yer. Gece saati ailenle ve çocuklarınla rahatlıkla yürünebilecek bir konumda. Karşısında market ve tren istasyonu var. Kahvaltı bizim için yeterli ve lezzetliydi.Yatakları rahattı. Odalar ve banyo her gün temizlendi. Genel olarak düşünülürse kalmak için bir çok açıdan normal standartlara sahip bir yer.

Odalar küçük, rayların bulunduğu tarafta kalıyorsanız, ve gürültüye karşı çok hassas iseniz, az da olsa buna katlanmak zorundasınız. Oda içinde hiç dolap yok. Ranza merdiveni kullanışlı değildi. Otele giriş de resepsiyondaki ilk karşılamayı önemseyen biriyimdir. Keşke işini severek yaptığını yansıtan ve az da olsa gülümseyebilen birini görebilseydik, daha iyi olacaktı.

It wasn’t very clean. We asked housekeeping to come to our room every day but they never wiped down our sink. It seemed like they just did surface level tidying up. Also the carpeted floors in the main areas were ALWAYS dirty

-Mancanza dell’ascensore per raggiungere i piani -Distanza dalla rotaia del treno: noi eravamo a meno di 10 metri, anche se ti danno in dotazione i tappi per le orecchie, senti i treni fino botte tarda e mattinata presto! - se non esponi il cartello dí richiesta del riassetto della camera non te la rifanno

La recepcionista pellroja era encantadora, molt útil, franca intel·ligent i servicial. Ens va instruir de com fer servir el transport públic del pais (abans d'apropar-nos-hi ja sabíem qui ens emetria els bitllets i quan s'esperava que sortís el tren en una o altra direcció. També ens va informar de com utilitzar el metro de Copenhaguen, entre d'altres serveis).

La ubicació de l'hotel. Massa aprop de les vies del tren. És una llàstima perquè la qualitat -preu és òptima!

Good size room, clean, well decorated. Shower water pressure was quite low although temperature ok. Best of all was the great breakfast!

Quite dark, a central light or standard lamp would have been useful. Bed matress was quite soft.

Posizione, ottimi servizi e mi è piaciuto la velocità di risposta alle richieste di aiuto. Non avevamo delle asciugamani pulite e l' asciugacapelli ed hanno subito soddisfatto i nostri bisogni.

Materassi un po' troppo sottili ed il fatto che si sposino troppo facilmente dal letto ti rendono scomodi a girarti nel sonno. Alcuni momenti mi trovavo il materasso spostato tantissimo. Cercate il modo di mantenerlo stabile e che non si muova troppo.
