This was my second time staying here. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, and the location is extremely convenient, just across from the train station.

This time, I booked three apartments. For one of them, the check-in process was the same as last year: we could simply use the key from the key box at the apartment entrance. However, for the other two apartments, the check-in procedure had changed. We had to walk quite a distance—at least 10 minutes—to another location to collect the keys, and then walk all the way back to the apartments. This was extremely inconvenient, especially for guests traveling with large luggage or arriving by train. I strongly suggest that this key collection arrangement be clearly stated in the property information before booking. It would be much more convenient if the keys could be collected directly at the apartment building. In addition, the facilities and amenities vary somewhat between the apartments. The apartment I stayed in did not provide basic cooking essentials such as salt or sugar, which made it quite inconvenient when I wanted to prepare food.

Appartamento in un palazzo nuovo e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. L'appartamento è ampio e ben illuminato. La cucina è fornita di tutte le attrezzature e gli elettrodomestici necessari. All'interno del bagno è presente la stanza della sauna, molto gradita.

La cosa peggiore è stato dover recuperare le chiavi di casa in una zona della città che si trovava in direzione opposta a quella in cui avremmo dovuto dormire. Se si cerca un alloggio prossimo alla stazione ferroviaria, significa che si vuole evitare il disagio di trasportare con sé i propri bagagli

Sauna war toll zu haben. Ansonsten auch alles da.

Leider haben wir für unsere Mopeds einen Strafzettel bekommen, da keine Möglichkeit besteht sie auf einem passenden Parkplatz zu stellen 😞

The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the train station, which was super convenient. It’s on the sixth floor, with a nice view and a huge balcony to chill out. There’s also a sauna, which is a super bonus after a long drive

Always in Kotimaailma Apartments I face the same problem - basic tea and coffee. A pack of coffee or tea costs only a few euros, and adding some long-life coffee creamer would be a nice touch for your guests. One more thing to keep in mind: the curtains don’t block out all the light. In June-July the sun barely sets in Rovaniemi, so if you’re not used to the midnight sun, it can be difficult to sleep. Blackout curtains would make the apartment much more comfortable.

Se oli pieni näppärä asunto. Siisteys oli erinomainen.

Would have been nice if we were made aware of the big construction behind the property. And some tips on how to find a way in, since the access tiad was closed due to construction. We had to drive on the sidewalk to get out because the construction crews were blocking the road.

Bardzo dobre wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka. Czysto. Dobra lokalizacja. Apartament godny polecenia.

Problemy z parkowaniem. Pełno prywatnych parkingów, na które nie można wjechać.

Nært jernbanestasjon. Vel utstyrt. Rent. Fikk ha hund med.

Pidin asunnon siisteydestä, ja että sieltä löytyi kaikki normaaliin asuntoon kuuluva, sekä joustavasta sisäänkirjautumisesta, joka oli vielä klo 23 oli mahdollista.

Muuten oli tosi hyvä, mutta sain pysäköintisakot majapaikan edestä tienvarresta, jossa oli pysäköntikielto päättyy -merkki!! Moni muukin sai, jopa minuutissa, kun jututin ihmisiä kadulla. Lisäksi olin valinnut paikan enne kaikkea siksi, että raskaiden tavaroiden kantaminen junasta olisi mahdollisimman lyhyt matka. Yllätyksekseni avaimet piti kuitenkin hakea kauempaa, josta tuli 1km ylimääräinen kävely, ja se selvisi vasta tulopäivänäni kun minulla oli 40 kg tavaraa mukana.

Erinomainen sijainti, todella siisti ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Hyvä sauna.

Good Sauna (as a Finnish person i can confirm) and the views from The balcony was stunning.

The fact that the key needed to be picked up in a different location was super annoying. Also the host replied to my messages super slow (the next day).. i would be more satisfied if it was cheaper

Makuuhuoneessa ei ollut pimennysverhoa ja se oli valoisa. Television kaukosäädin ei toiminut.

Astioista sen verran että ei ollut yhtään ehjää syväälautasta kaikista oli paloja pois.

Parkkipaikasta lisämaksu ja se oli kerrostalon oma parkkipaikka.

Appartamento vicinissimo alla stazione, al centro e ai supermercati. Ottima base d'appoggio

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde (sesongin ulkopuolella).

Siisti ja rauhallinen huoneisto, joka vastasi omia tarpeita ( yhden yön kisamatka koiran kanssa ) täydellisesti. Hyvä sauna. Paikoitus löytyi myös helposti.

Ir a recoger las llaves a una taquilla bastante lejos del apartamento. Lo que supuso coger taxi para ir a la taquilla y taxi para ir al apartamento

Wenn ich eine Frage an den Gastgeber gestellt habe, hat er sofort geantwortet. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Sauna war der absolute Renner.

Es dauert ca. 20 Min zu Fuß zur Innenstadt. Aber wenn man im Apartment selber kochen möchte, wäre es kein Problem.

L appartamento era molto spazioso e a 2 minuti dal centro e dalla stazione dei treni

ロヴァニエミ駅から徒歩圏内で、バスもサンタ村まで行くために利用できる立地。食器も人数分揃っていて、食器用洗剤やバスアメニティーも揃っていた。

洗濯機が脱水できずに困った。結局手絞りで対応。滞在中メッセージを送ったが対応するようなメッセージは返ってこなかった。

位置非常好就在火车站的对面 阳台可以看到很好的风景 公寓生活设施齐全

清洁度需要增加特别是餐具厨具等

The kitchen's equipment are complet

I love how close it was to the city centre. The only thing that lacking is a long full mirror so you can look at yourself before going out, it is a must for any apartment. But overall our stay has been very pleasant and will return again.

El apartamento se encuentra equipado con todos los electrodomésticos. Situado frente a la estación de tren y limpio.

Apartamento muy alejado del centro. La cafetera no funcionaba. Tiene una sauna privada pero no funcionaba. Lo peor es que no ha nadie a quien preguntar y que lo solucione.

La casa si presentava sporca con lenzuola macchiate, i piatti in lavastoviglie erano tutti incrostati (utilizzati da altri ospiti e mai lavati). Forno e microonde sporchi all’interno. La confezione delle pastiglie della lavastoviglie era piena di resti di cibo. Tutto questo non ci ha permesso di utilizzare la cucina. Inoltre non ci sono state fornite indicazioni chiare sullo smaltimento dei rifiuti.

The location is perfect - near the railway station. It was clean and equipped with everything you need.

Está cerca a la estación y a lugares para hacer compras. Esta super confortable y limpio.

Me quedé decepcionada al ver comentarios sobre un sauna y no encontrar uno en el apartamento.

The only good thing about the apartment that we stayed in was the location as it was in the city centre.

The TV and wifi didn't work. This is not ideal when travelling with kids. Our plans was to chill in the evenings and watch Christmas movies after being out all day but that wasn't possible. I reported the problem many times - by email, text and at reception. They apologised and advised they would compensate us for the facilities not working. However, when I followed up on this they did not respond! Reception is also an information desk/check-in for tours so you have a long wait if you wish to speak with someone - I gave up waiting once after 30 minutes!! They also did not provide toilet paper each day. When paying €375 p/n I don't think its asking too much to expect these basics to be provided. There was no instructions in English on how to use the sauna. The heating did not work properly. It was always either too hot (mornings) or too cold (evenings)!! The pull-out sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were really bad. There was only one extra pillow in the wardrobe and there was no cover on it. They also asked for rubbish to be taken out when leaving. We would have happily done this to make the cleaners life easier but there was no instructions on where to take the rubbish. I was not willing to walk around the streets in -14c looking for bins while dragging cases!! Overall a bad experience and a total rip off! I would not recommend staying here to anyone. There has to be better out there. In fact I would skip Rovaniemi all together and just go to Levi. We had a much better experience there and better value for money.

En general el condominio es tranquilo pero está cambiando como a 20 min de centro.

Que había restos de comida en la tarja de la cocina como de un cliente anterior. No servía la lavadora y salía mucho olor a humedad de la misma. Reporte el mismo día y nadie contesta los mensajes. Si algo pasa nadie te resuelve nada.

We liked the location and the heating was great.

We found sink dirty, dish cloth dirty and on the day before last we were given a clean one. We stayed for a week. We also found other people's rubbish on the balcony. This makes me wonder if it was cleaned before we arrived.

Very big apartment right next to the railway station and just 20 mins away from the city center on foot. Everything was very well mantained and clean.

Bardzo dobry kontakt, bardzo atrakcyjna lokalizacja, zgodna z opisem. Kilka przydatnych przedmiotów w mieszkaniu i w kuchni.

brudne naczynia, słabe wyposażenie kuchni, jak brak soli w zmywarce, zużyta patelnia, niewygodna kanapa.

L'appartement est idéalement placé, à seulement 4 minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire et des bus pour se rendre au centre-ville, au village du Père Noël, à l'aéroport, et à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Era muy confortable y caliente teniendo en cuenta los -22 grados que había en la calle. También la ubicación pues estás justo en frente de la estación de tren y parada del autobús para ir a Santa Claus Village y Santa Park y a 15 minutos andando del centro de Rovaniemi.

No diría nada que no me gustase.

La ubicación está muy bien cerca de la estación y puede agarrar el bus para todos lados

Property was perfect sized for a couple. The dining table had plenty of room and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to eat or have a takeaway. We had a car which was not easy to park locally as most spaces are permit. We were told on day 2 that there was a space we could use but there was someone else already parked there. Communication was clear albeit a little slow but we muddled through. The sauna off the bathroom was lovely to use though we couldnt work it initially. The TV did not work at all. Blinds were good enabling us to sleep when daylight was so long (end of May) but the balcony did not feel like a place we wanted to sit out. Overall, the property was ok and value for what we paid.
