Beautiful hotel with many ammenities. Nice pool and pretty oceanview. However, they do have problems with the breakfast that is too slow, this is a suggestions for future impovements. If you don’t feel that it is working for you, you should speak out. Another point is the bed, for whatever reason the bed in queen size, making the experience less confortable that it should be

Location and Atmosphere: This is a perfect place for me and my family. I have a toddler and a 6 yr old that was able to play freely in the pool, sand and beach safely. The life guard on site is very attentive to us. Rooms: I booked a family room that has 3 beds. We felt very comfortable with the beds. Bathroom is clean with modern look. We got the garden view. You can hear the insects when you open the patio door especially at night. Service: Amazing! The people are very attentive, accommodating, and honest. I booked a same day spa treatment that they were able to fulfill. Sampaguita Hot stone massage is a must! Amenities: Pool is big enough and warm. Paddle board, kayak, life vest and beach chairs available on the beach with no additional pay. Hotel is by the beach which makes it very convenient after a beach day.

Huni Lio is an excellent choice if you're looking for a relaxing beachfront stay in El Nido. It offers a more laid-back atmosphere than El Nido town while still providing plenty of dining and leisure options. The proximity to Lio Airport also makes arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The location is in Lio Beach, and this is part of the Ayala Estate. Good atmosphere, laid back and quiet. Good for couples on honeymoon or families wanting to bond, as well as corporations to go for a teambuilding. ROOMS are good, sizeable and comfortable. All the necessary toiletries are provided. Cleanliness is also very good! Noise level, quiet and endearing especially if you want a laid back atmosphere. Value for money if used for business and a little bit high end, but superior for guest arrangements. SUPERB service. Amenities such as pool, function room, etc. are basic and would be good to have a GYM as an addition.

Location is stunning, beach is very clean and maintained daily. The hotel was excellent. Although I was here for business purposes, I was on stand-by, in case I was required. so had a nice short break instead.

It was our first time visiting El Nido, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless and very well maintained. The hotel’s location was also perfect, just a short walk from many great restaurants and attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to El Nido.

The hotel is right on Lio beach where you can easily walk to nearby restaurants. Lio beach has a nice laid back vibe. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel serves filtered water which is a great plus to our stay. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend this hotel.

Very good food with a wide variety of choices.

We cannot praise this hotel enough, we stayed for a week end of May. The hotel was almost empty (slow season I guess). Beds were good, the hotel was quiet at night, breakfast buffet was great, service exceptional (attentive, polite and always welcoming you with a big smile). Pool area is beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs on the beach and in the shade for us to choose from. Lio beach is one of the best beaches in El Nido. It is actually part of Lio estate which has guards 24/7, crews raking the leaves and cleaning the beach every day. Beach is spotlessly clean, no garbage, no plastic and no seaweed! There are many restaurants right on Lio beach so we had plenty of choices for lunch and dinner, some items on the hotel menu were also very good like the chicken wings and margaritas. The beach has fine sand, hard packed in some areas so it was ideal for playing sports ( ball/frisbee). We have travelled all over South East Asia and our Huni Lio beach vacation was the best we ever had ! Phil and Cora from Vancouver, Canada

What I enjoyed the most was the super comfortable bed and the pool. I also loved the convenience of having pop-up bars and shops near the resort, which made the experience even more fun and relaxing. I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the bacon. During my first stay, I already remembered how good the bacon was, so on our second visit, I really looked forward to having it again. Overall, it was another wonderful and memorable stay for us.

Lovely Hotel right next to the airport, great beachfront. We only stayed one night as we were moving to stay at a private island for a few days. Huni Lio was great & suited our needs, food & services were good

This place is beautiful it's right on the beach and all staff and very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. small hotel, friendly. Not over accomodating for guests. had to ask for things like drinks round the pool for example when lots of staff working.

Location is fantastic. One of the best “omelette”. Restaurant and bar staff are attentive. Free airport shuttle and what a beautiful place to watch the sunset from their beach area. Will certainly come back and stay with them again.

I believe there is a strong opportunity to improve several key aspects of the property. Firstly, the quality of the mattresses should be upgraded, as this has a direct impact on guest comfort and overall experience. In addition, accessibility for guests with disabilities should be significantly improved. For example: * Better access to the swimming pool, such as ramps or assisted entry systems. * Improved bathroom accessibility to ensure ease of use and comfort. * Innovative solutions that allow guests with reduced mobility to enjoy the beach, such as accessible pathways or specialized mobility equipment designed for sand. Implementing these improvements would not only enhance the overall guest experience but also make the property more inclusive and aligned with modern hospitality standards.

La posizione, proprio sulla splendida spiaggia di Lio, e la struttura in sé sono notevoli

L’accoglienza al checkin é stata piuttosto fredda.l e sbrigativa. A cena ci é stato portato uno starter pochi minuti dopo il piatto principale, per cui abbiamo dovuto mangiare tutto insieme (devo dire che era tutto buono) Abbiamo un prenotato un massaggio e quando ci siamo presentati all’orario stabilito, ci hanno informato che a causa di un disguido avremmo dovuto attendere un’ora, per cui abbiamo dovuto rivedere un po’ i nostri programmi.

Everything closes in the hotel at 9pm. I would have expected drinks to be served until later if you were staying there. The rooms were not cleaned really well each day. Our balcony wasn't wiped down every day which i expected it to be.

I'd say Huni has been one of the best place my wife and I had stayed at in the Philippines in terms of perfect balance of price and what you can get from the accomodation. Having the ability to just walk out of your accomodation and straight to Lio beach (which in my opinion one of the best beaches in El Nido) is just priceless. The whole area is very quiet and serene and perfect for a good get away from the hustle and bustle of life but still having all the nice amenities to use like good cafes and restaurants. Lio beach also has one of the best sunsets in El Nido so really really beautiful place to stay at. Even though you're away from the El Nido town, there's a free shuttle that Lio provides (though it starts at 1pm) but i think that's a very good perk. In our week long stay at Huni we just ended up just enjoying our stay here and just occasionally went on boat tours and visited Nacpan and El Nido town. The staff at Huni are super friendly and accomodating. Always willing to help and assist. A big shout out to Love and her team for providing amazing customer service, i can't remember all your names but you all have been amazing. Keep it up! Huni also has a decent pool that they always maintain well if you need to do a get away from the heat of the sun. Rooms and the whole area are always clean and well maintained. I highly highly recommend this place and can't wait to come and visit this place again.

Breakfast options were rotated daily during our 4 day stay which we appreciated. The staff are so accommodating and professional. Really made us feel welcome. The location itself is unmatched -- uncrowded spaces with several eatery choices a short walk away.

On the beautiful Lio beach....the beach beds outside the restaurant and they serve you good drinks and food right there only on the beach. Airport drop is free.

Huni Lio resort hotel is a smaller, quaint type. Very quiet location. Our room faced the pool which was nice. Located in Lio (next to the airport but not noisy at all) in a newish tourist hub with lots of restauarants, bars and supermarket. ATM as well. 15 mins from El Nido town by Tuk Tuk for the island tours. Would highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Huni Lio! The place is so peaceful, clean, and relaxing, and the staff were all very warm and accommodating. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Kris and I truly enjoyed every moment here. From the cozy rooms to the delicious food and calm atmosphere, everything made our stay extra special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in El Nido. We will definitely come back! 💚🌴

Honestly i m still in shock for the price versus quality standard..never paid almost 400€ per night for a family of 4 (two kids of8 and 11) for such a 3 star hotel quality…Paying a very bad coffee late 7€ is also something should revise.. Basically price should be half..there is a 3 star hotel so prices should adjust accordingly to the level of quality standard…now just alert people to be aware of that…no complaints about hotel..just price vs quality

Great stay at Huni Lio, El Nido. The location is perfect, right by a beautiful beach with stunning views. The pool was lovely and a great place to relax after a day out. Breakfast was also good and if we needed anything else the staff and chef came to help! The highlight was definitely the staff — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay in El Nido.

Huni Lio Hotel is a great choice to stay in! Will definitely go back whenever we visit El Nido again! The staffs were very accommodating and friendly, especially the front desk staffs Ms. Chelle and Ms. Kim, were very welcoming! They attended to all of our requests and made sure all our needs were met throughout our stay, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Everything you need is easily accessible, and the good food and coffee made the whole trip even better.

We had an excellent stay at Huni Lio. The hotel is located in an idyllic location, just 15 minutes away from El Nido town. We loved the immediate access to the Lio beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The premises were kept clean throughout our stay. The pool offered the perfect opportunity to cool down after a long day under the sun. What we like the most, however, was the attentive and kind staff. They were always happy to assist us. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it for your stay in El Nido.

We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and rooms are modern and very comfortable with lovely view of the ocean. Staff all really helpful and even helped me source an Ube to bring home! Lots of nearby restaurants on the beach and the most amazing sunsets. Definitely recommend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Lio Beach was ein absolutes Highlight ist. Der Strand ist wunderschön, man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und viele gute/westliche aber auch recht teure Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Mitarbeiter:innen im Hotel waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit und der Hotel-Pool ist sehr groß und schön. Es muss einem nur bewusst sein, dass das Hotel außerhalb des Touristen Zentrums ist und man immer ein Trike benötigt.

Bei etwas genauerem Hinsehen, war das Zimmer doch recht abgenutzt und es war nicht wirklich sauber. Für das Hotel und den Preis war das Frühstück sehr enttäuschend. Für philippinische Verhältnisse war der Preis schon sehr hoch und unserer Meinung nach überteuert.

Śniadanie - zaskakująco słabe w takim hotelu. Czystość w pokoju mogłaby być lepsza - brudna chromowanan armatura łazienkowa. Prysznic walk in bez żadnej szyby - w efekcie zalana podłoga. Panele podłgowe w naszym pokoju kłapały. Nie doleciał nasz bagaż na pobliskie lotnisko. Chyba to dość częsta sytuacja, bo personel wykazał dla nas zero empatii.

O atendimento era excelente, todos os funcionários eram extremamente prestáveis, educados e muito simpáticos. O quarto era muito bom tal como as restantes instalações do hotel. O pequeno almoço era ótimo. Gostámos muito da localização com acesso direto à Lio Beach e com uma zona muito confortável com espreguiçadeiras para os hóspedes. Vale a pena ficar nesta zona, fugindo um pouco á confusão do centro mas ainda assim bastante perto. Os restaurantes perto do hotel também são muito bons. Durante este viagem estivemos em Manila, Bohol e Siargao e este foi definitivamente o melhor hotel da nossa estadia nas Filipinas!

The hotel is on Lio beach which is gorgeous and popular for sunsets but you can take a trike to El Nido town (300pesos 15 mins). There are restaurants, bars and food trucks on the beach. The resort has a nice open air restaurant providing a good breakfast with plenty of options. Beach is clean and good for surfing and swimming/snorkelling. Rooms are great, beds comfortable, staff helpful and can help with tours etc.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but if you intend to spend a lot of time in the town or out on trips you may find the location is less ideal having to take the trike to town.

Lio Beach was nice spot to stay, very clean and modern beach. Breakfast was good and many options. Room was nice.

The room was ok clean but for example the sofa was full of spots. Our balcony door didn’t close properly so they needed to fix it. Bottle of water costs 200 per 0,5 litres which is diricilous.

Our family of 23 stayed at Huni during peak season in December. The staff was very helpful and attentive during our stay-- 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just wrapped up a fantastic holidays with girlfriend stay here 4 nights, The location is perfect-within p in the front amazing Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and quiet. The real standout was th aft, from check-in to concierge. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful the Barma umer!? Fand will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! he restaurant was very good food up and great quality and tasty. e rooms are very clean hard to find in Philippine after 22.00 ist very quiet nice to sleep he breakfast was good can get some improvements in my view.

We stayed at Huni Lio for 3 nights and had a relaxing, great time. All the staff we interacted are super helpful, always have a friendly smile. Breakfast buffet is great with variations everyday. Special call out on the bacon, super yummy. Not a bacon eater usually but their bacon is one of the best - right amt of crisp. Rooms are good for family set up too.

We had the most incredible experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The rooms were spotless and comfortable – exactly what you want after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight every morning! They switch up the menu daily, so it never gets boring, and everything was absolutely delicious. When one of our family members came down with a stomach bug, the staff truly showed what hospitality means. They went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed (Meoks is the the best!). We’ll never forget their kindness! The location in Lio beach is fantastic – clean, laid back, and so many amazing restaurants nearby (don’t miss Wantusawa!). The free shuttle service to both the airport and El Nido town was super convenient and made getting around stress-free. We booked all our boat and land tours through the hotel, and they knocked it out of the park. Everything was seamlessly organized and so much fun! We can’t recommend it enough!

Great place to stay. Staff was amazing and the room was clean, nice and spacious. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, felt like the food was undercooked half the time.

We only stayed for 1 night, as we transferred to the surrounding islands the next day - for this purpose it was okay, however some things to keep in mind: - Hotel is nice overall, but the rooms need a bit of renovation. In our case there was moldy smell in our room and the furniture incl. sofa covers looked very used - Breakfast choices were limited especially if you look for Western style

Hotel was exceptional- beautiful and clean. Our favorite part is it is in front of the amazing Lio Beach and so close to restaurants, commercial area and the airport. Staff called us by our first names, which never ever happened. They were friendly, accommodating and very helpful.
