Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Das Personal toll. Die Zimmer sauber und wir beschrieben.
Leider war die Lage nicht so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Daher haben wir bei der Rezeption darum gebeten in das Schwesterressort Desaru Beach Ressort umbuchen zu dürfen. Das Hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Danke dafür nochmals.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The beach is perfect for swimming and relaxing. The accommodation area was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was great, with a spacious dining area and a wide variety of delicious food to choose from.
The only downside was that the water heater was not working, and the water pressure was quite low, which made showering less enjoyable. I hope these issues can be improved.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025I used to stay here on a long term basis during my work assignment, hence staying again for the night brought me back to the hotel tranquility and memories. I personally love the location and the swimming pool location (right in front of the room). If you stay near the pool and gym, it will be a bit of walking to the cafeteria but I don't mind that short exercise.
The food varieties had gone slightly below expectation. I guess during our long term tenure for me and my colleagues, many customers are there, hence the hotel provided ample breakfast choice at that time.
