Desa Selatan Resort Pengerang

Semua okay je best, tenang je , mknn pon sedap staff pon baik2 semuanya. .

cuma tak tahu laa kenapa banyak lipas nak tido malam pon keje ketuk lipas .

Selesa tempat baik

Quiet environment that allows me to rest well

The floor of the room was flooded with the pouring rain. Staffs mentioned that they unable to change room for me but they send staffs to clean up the room soon after that. There are pieces of rubbish under the sink in toilet and below the fridge: wonder if the housekeeping is done properly Wifi: can’t be used

affordable

Bilik kemas , rapi , laman cantik , parking ada , kemudahan semua ada , staff Semua okay 🥰

Malam pertama menginap kami di ganggu 🪳 Bukan 1 tp lebih .. nak tido pun takut2 Kene tido lampu terbuka ..

The facilities

Wifi need to improve

1.Silent Place (Privacy). 2.Soundproof very good. 3.Parking near to Room easy access. 4.Pool (My son and daughter enjoy it). 5.Room Price Honestly as Ex-Hotelier for Department Houseekeeping Overall is Good.. Just a little bit surprises that this resort has a Gym..

I just didn't see any security during Check- in or out.. Which worries me a bit because of the kids.. the second thing is the room key, I thought it would be the key like the ones city hotels use, but it's turned out a traditional villa key that's not very convenient to handle 😄..

Facilities

5 times check in here

pelbagaikan menu sarapan

The staff attended well to some minor issues we encountered. After the issues were resolved, we slept like babies. Thanks for this! And the breakfast was enjoyable too.

Nothing in particular. Kind of hoping they would develop it better because of how peaceful and calm the area is. Would be great to be able to sit outdoors at night.

Bersih . Selesa . Staff baik and mesra . Makanan makin sedapppp . Dah beberapa kali pergi and it will be my fav place . Nak tenang2 datang lah sini

Tenang , staff pon baik, reception pon bagus 👍. Sarapan pon Okay not bad .

What I liked: The room was spacious and comfortable for a small family. The location was quiet and good for relaxing/me time. The bathroom was clean and modern. The bed and mattress were very comfortable.

What I didn’t like: The parking area was too dark at night and hard to see the parking lines. The swimming pool was too far at the end of the resort. The swimming pool was too small for the number of guests. There was no kid-friendly swimming pool. The gym was very small. Many wooden boards near the swimming pool were broken and dangerous to walk on. The staff were not friendly, not smiling, and not welcoming. The room key was difficult to use/open the door. Towels were not prepared inside the room. The room was not soundproof; noise and movements from nearby rooms could be clearly heard.

WIFI CONNECTION TOO SLOW

Everything perfect, they have gym, also ruang solat outside, the room space big, the toilet clean, everyhting in order, rezeki dpt merasa mini buffet, the food good too!

if they have mini shops or restaurant, bcs other shops/restaurant are like 30 minutes away

the gym is well equipped than most condo. brilliant idea to have parking at front door bcs its easy to pickup luggage aircond HP is big enough for room size breakfast portion was big and they even sent to front door

breakdast bit spicy for kids

I booked for king bed but I got queen bed and the room got few cockroach.. The tiles a bit damage and hit my foot when stepping on the floor

Although the location is quite remote, the price is very affordable and it’s not too crowded. Breakfast is included for free, and it was better than expected. There were nasi lemak, fried noodles, fried chicken, sausages, sandwiches, toast, fruits, orange juice, coffee, and tea. The space is large, and overall the food was really good. There is a swimming pool, a gym, and BBQ facilities. The pool is a bit small, but when it’s not crowded, kids can still enjoy themselves without worrying about disturbing others. Overall, the environment is quite nice, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The front desk staff were polite, and both check-in and check-out were fast and hassle-free.

The only downside is that my room didn’t have stable internet access. Although there was internet available, the WiFi signal in my room was very weak—only one bar—and it kept coming and going The TV reception was also not very good and kept cutting off. There were local and Singapore channels available, which were quite suitable.
