The family room are spacious dan all bedrooms are good. Buggy sentiasa ada untuk bawa kami ke mana2 area dalam resort.

The living room aircond and the fridge are not function. Pam tandas luar perlu ditukar kerana tidak berfungsi dengan baik.

The restaurant staff are very attentive and helpful.

Facilities need some facelift.

The location far from beach, too crowded, the water park too crowded, buggy service limited despite of too many people have to park far away from the room. I believe they never change the shower curtain, it's filthy, so disgusting.

Breakfast spread was good. Had lots of choices. The porridge condiments was however very limited. Could have improved it with more choices to go with my porridge.

Our block E was too far from the lobby and the beach. When our room door lock was faulty we had to walk to and fro 3 times to get it fixed. Initially we were told it was ok, only to find out when we walked back to the room that it was not. The immediate beach area would do with a few beach chairs. Would do with injection of funds to spruce up the dated and old feel of the hotel.

Good for kids. Lot of activities to keep everyone in the family engaged. The staff is courteous and best time to visit is weekdays when there is less crowd.

Breakfast buffet items can be less oily. We also saw some people entering pool in regular tshirts and pants that raises question on hygiene. The dress code policy should be strict to enter the pool, and splash area.

Good value for money. The waterpark was included with the hotel ticket and it was fun for my kids.

Could have been cleaner. Good location as just next to the beach. There was no sejadah (prayer mat) and no sign to the qiblah.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Went & paid for the BBQ buffet which was disappointing.

The duplex room was spacious and it was a peaceful stay on the highest floor. The room was clean and tidy. The staff we met outside the rooms were friendly and nice.

We didn't take breakfast as we expected huge crowds in the dining room, and the dining room was a bit of a distance away from our room.

Good water park for small kids. Excellent breakfast. Beach is very clean. Everything is at a place, just go for relaxation.

Ok the beach and sea were clean and bed was comfortable.

Safety is poor. First of all, if you are traveling with young kids below 7-8yo, just simply don’t book it. If you have elderly parents with you I believe it’s also a no. The staircase can kill anyone or injure. My toddler fell down. Secondly, we accidentally discovered when you close your door, it’s not being locked. Anyone can come into your room while you are away. Wow. Thirdly, it was the most stressful vacation in my life. The crowd there is like a Tokyo mrt in rush hour. Food is just bad wherever you go. Very bad. I couldn’t stay another night and ran away after the first one.

I like all of it. Kids and family friendly. The food was nice and variety. Both my kids were very tired after playing and swimming at their watersplash. So we just have dinner inside which the seafood restaurant food was excellent and the service was super fast. I really love this place.

Conveniently located close to the Ironman Village, making it an excellent choice for athletes and supporters. The beach is clean and well maintained, there is a convenient tuck shop on the property for snacks and essentials, and the resort offers a good range of activities for families and leisure travellers.

At approximately 10:30 PM on my first night, I discovered a live cockroach in my bed. While Housekeeping responded promptly, I had to request that the bed linen be changed, something that should have happened automatically. What followed was far more disappointing than the incident itself. There was no courtesy call, no apology from management and no follow up the next day. When I raised the matter with the Front Office Manager, she was completely unaware that the incident had even occurred. The Hotel Operations Manager later acknowledged there had been a breakdown in communication, yet the proposed solutions were food vouchers and a late departure, despite my explaining that I had lost most of a night’s sleep. When I requested that the first night’s room charge be refunded, I was told this was not possible because the reservation had been made through Booking.com. I asked to speak with either the Hotel Manager or the General Manager. Both declined. Even after Booking.com intervened, the property’s response was simply to increase the percentage of compensation rather than meaningfully address the failure. After more than 30 years in hotel operations, I understand that operational failures can occur. What defines a hotel is how it responds. Unfortunately, the greatest failure during my stay was not housekeeping. It was leadership.

The location, the easy access to the beach, the choice of restaurants and the friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was great with many choices of foods and a good supply of them.

I have arthritis in both my knees and didn’t like going upstairs to the bedroom as it’s painful to my knees. Having to climb into the bath tub for a shower was also painful to my knees.

Spacious for a 3 bedroom apartment. Buggy service was efficient and frequent for our. Lock that is far from the reception/restaurants.

The double bed in the small room was very uncomfortable, sinks In and does not provide support. Dine in options from resort restaurants are very limited so quite disappointed for those lazy days to dinner outside.

The beach is limited access, need to go down and enjoy the beach side (very limited area). It js not an open area of beach that we imagined. We are from terengganu and get used to the beach .. this one not met pur expectation. Everything else was good.

Lage direkt am Strand, mehrere Restaurants, sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer und gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt.

The beds should be upgraded to be more comfy, the windows along the corridor should be tinted or opaque windows. The AC should be upgraded as well because it was noisy and sleep distributive.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and relaxing environment.

There were a few minor light bulbs was dull yellow colours. However, these did not significantly affect our overall stay

Almost everything, added services are at genuine price. I asked to change electric kettle and it was changed in minutes.

Splash pool for kids can be maintained more. I saw some dirt floating throughout the pool.

The facilities were in very bad and poor condition. The air conditioner was not working properly and made loud noises. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout all three bedrooms. My daughter experienced itchy skin when lying on the bed and was unable to sleep comfortably.

酒店房间卫生管理很差，床单不干净有污渍，地上也打扫不清洁，脚底都变黑了，设施老旧，卫生间的热水器还是无法出热水的，不像4星级酒店，像3星级酒店，3点不能准时check in, 员工说没有房间，等了1小时多才有房间check in，只补偿了增加2小时check out。体验感差。

Breakfast and location of the hotel are the best features.

Towels in the room were very old, clean but heavily used and obvious need of replacement. A/C's were working great, but they were too old and noisy; again, need to have an update.
