On a bénéficié d'une chambre plus grande avec balcon qu'initialement prévue (geste très apprécié) et remerciements sincères à la directrice. Le personnel est très sympa, souriant, à l'écoute du client. Le petit déjeuner est copieux indispensable pour bien débuter la journée. . A recommander.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026De ontvangst was prima. De locatie was erg fijn. Uitzicht over Alpe d'Huez en de achterliggende bergen. Dicht bij een aantal restaurants en de finishlocatie van Alpe d'HuZes! Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd.
De parkeermogelijkheden waren een beetje beperkt! Onder het hotel vond een verbouwing plaats, maar daar hebben we eigenlijk weinig of geen last van gehad.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Staff were brilliant , friendly and approachable, room was cosy but acceptable in size, good view of the mountain and 'basket' lift. Location was super with basket lift to main ski lifts literally over the road and when I was there possibility to ski back to the hotel. There is a spacious lounge/bar area and ski rental in the basement. Breakfasts were good and for evening dining there are many restaurants within 5 mins walk. Definitely would stay again if in Alp d'Huez
No parking but there is short term outside for dropping bags and relatively easy street parking 2 mins walk away.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026The hotel has a perfect location : free transport lifts to the main ski area are right across the street. We had a room on the second floor, and the balcony gave us a perfect 180° spectacular view of the mountains, while sitting in the sun from 8h00 until 17h00! The staff is very friendly, bathroom is OK, lots of cupboards for your stuff.
Breakfast: nice fresh bread, but the offer is exactly the same every day - some variation would have been nice. The room was a bit dusty - I do not blame this on the cleaning staff, but on the carpet on the floor and an rather old vacuum cleaner, it seems.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Joli chalet, très bon emplacement, proche des commerces et des remontés, très bon accueil, très bon petit déjeuner. Grande chambre triple. Le lit simple est dans un emplacement séparé de celui du lit double ce qui est appréciable.
Toute petite fenêtre. La salle de bains mériterait d'être plus grande et plus moderne. Le chalet est un peu bruyant, la personne dormant dans le lit simple a été dérangée par les bruits dans le couloir.

La serviabilité de Karim qui complète le buffet petit déjeuner même si on arrive très tard. j’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, à la fois proche des boutiques , retour ski au pied et départ avec le centre.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Avec mon copain, nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons adoré. Le personnel est très sympa et honnête. Les chambres sont très agréables et propres. L’emplacement est excellent car l’hôtel se trouve vraiment en bas des pistes : juste à côté, il y a des télésièges gratuits qui vous ramènent au pied des pistes en 5 minutes. Nous reviendrons sûrement !!
