Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Breakfast is ok, typical for a hotel like this, but honestly does not meet expectations for this price point. In-room onsen and park view are the key selling points. Room is a bit old, but clean and well maintained. Giant TV screen! Good soundproof.
Afternoon tea is mediocre, honestly can just skip it. Bathroom is very small and there's no separate area for shower, meaning you have to use the same bathtub for both showering and the onsen. Didn't expect this. Bath tub wall is almost at hip-length, not suitable for elderly people and children to get in and out. Water pressure is quite weak. Only the hotspring tap has strong pressure. In early morning, you could smell the sulfur in the room. It was so strong that you don't need an alarm to wake up in the morning. A hand soap dispenser or bottle would be greatly appreciated. The shampoo and body wash feel rather cheap and low quality, so I’d recommend bringing your own.

Our car was parked inside the hotel and they requested our keys. Without any explanation , they had placed our car outside on the street to park other car of guests inside . After complaining about it ,they parked our car again inside .

床有點小，泡澡池跟淋浴水龍頭在一起，泡澡前要清潔淋浴，得越過已放滿水的泡澡池，滿奇怪的體驗。

Reviewed May 21, 2026部屋に温泉があり、歩き疲れた脚を癒すのには有難かったです。新北投から徒歩圏内で、坂道の多い温泉街のなかで急傾斜を経ることなく到着できます。駅前にマクドナルドやケンタッキー、スターバックスなどのチェーン店もありますし、博物館や図書館、ローカルなお店もほどよくあります。北投駅からなら台北市駅へ電車で一本、士林夜市へも一本です。 スタッフの多くは英語を話しませんが、翻訳機を使って障害なくコミュニケーションが取れます。滞在の最終日に思わぬトラブルがあったのですが、フロントにいた女性スタッフが諦めずに助けてくれました。彼女の対応には心を打たれました。ここに書ききれないくらい感謝しています。
客室のドアがきちんと閉まらなかった、コツを掴めば施錠されるが、気をつけていないと未施錠になる。エレベーターが1台なので朝食やチェックアウトの際は時間に余裕を持った行動が必要。

空調聲音很大，隔音比較差可以聽到走廊的音樂。床有點硬。

La vasca era un pochino sporca dove c’è il silicone, è una struttura un pochino datata e il check in molto tardivo (a noi hanno fatto entrare alle 16 e non alle 18, perché non era una giornata busy e ne siamo grati!).
