Reviewed Sep 14, 2026酒店离市区有点距离，所以酒店有准备专门的接送服务，可以从新北投地铁站接送到酒店，也可以送到市区中心，超级方便，很值得！接送司机也很热心推荐附近有什么好吃的。 房间整体很大很干净舒服，床个人觉得很好睡。有点后悔只住了一个晚上，私人温泉很舒服！

無電梯，早餐太過簡單，配菜很鹹，菜色可以豐富一些，例如果醬可以多種口味，只有單一項很單調，選擇性不多。

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026服務人員都超級親切，在上山前就有提醒要把吃的先買起來~ 結果我們自己忘記買，叫了外送又忘記帶餐具，還好貼心的服務人員有發現，還幫我們準備餐具（超感動） 房務整潔的時候也超級細心，看到我們忘記拔的手機充電線有幫我們拔起來（大感謝） 平日去住，人比較少，隔音雖然有待加強但也沒有像網評寫的那麼差！ 早餐出乎意料的又精緻又好吃！！！ 是好看的九宮格餐盒+白粥+湯 有肉、有菜、有甜點、有水果 算是這次住宿的最大驚喜（？） 之後冬天如果要再來玩，也會考慮住這邊！

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026I really liked the old look/style of whole hotel. Our room was cozy and nice in Japanese style with tatami and overall had a really nice vibe. Onsen was amazing with semi open roof, it was what we needed.
Bed was so small, I mean yeah, I am huge, but we barely fit in it. AC is blowing right on you legs and without it is super hot. My main problem was with modem right next to the bed shining whole night.
