Our room had a few issues that we had to report. The power went out (I'm sure not the fault of the hotel though). The outside garbage cans were overflowing. The outside ladies' bathroom at the pool was clogged.

La posizione è comoda per chi vuole fare il tour e proseguire poi fino a key west. Inoltre è possibile fare il bagno e vedere il tramonto dalla spiaggia dell’hotel.

Personale poco disponibile. Prima volta che non abbiamo trovato l’asciugacapelli in camera e il personale in reception ci ha risposto che non ne aveva nessuno.

The location of the property had that tropical feel with a water view. The room was great and spacious.

Fantastic location with its own little beach where you could swim - much more pleasant than expected. My sons loved the free paddleboards and used them several times. I loved the proximity to the sea/beach and the relaxing atmosphere there. Could park next to our room. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water all day. Lots of wildlife around. Restaurants and bars to walk to. We used snooks next door (10% off with hotel), which was amazing, high tides across the road which was lovely, and Mrs Mac's which was great too.

No laundry facilities which was an issue at the end of our road trip, plus clothes did not dry at all in the room and there was nowhere to hang them. Lots of mosquitos, we were covered in bites!

Room was large. Shower powerful. Air con kept room cool. We switched it off whenever we were out and over night and it was still cool enough. We had a room with a juliette balcony. View was amazing, especially at sunset. Lady on reception was super helpful. Free coffee in reception. Free use of paddle boards. Chairs by the water, were hard but lovely setting. Small pool, but we pretty much had it to ourselves until later in the afternoon. So more than adequate. Beach/pool towels provided. Extra towels and bin emptying just need to be requested, no big deal. Ice machine available by reception. Good fridge in the room. Excellent restaurant next door. Large carpark. Stayed two nights, would stay again.

The outside of the property was clean, but the inside the rooms were absolutely horrible. The staff that clean. The rooms were horrible. Had two tiles for three days. Had to go get some. They didn’t even clean my room. I would never stay there again. I got my room at 5 o’clock. Almost in the afternoon.

I did not like the staff. They clean the rooms. The people in the front office. The pool was cloudy. Like dirty. The beach area was also dirty. They don’t clean it. Liz, the bushes out of the water or whatever you call the weeds. The shower have me due. It was horrible.

In unserem Zimmer war bei Ankunft der Müll inkl Essensreste nicht geleert. Unser Bett knarzte bei jeder Bewegung fürchterlich laut, schlafen war sehr schwierig. Obwohl für 3 Personen gebucht war, war das Sofabett nicht vorbereitet. Für 3 Personen standen 2 Badetücher und ein kleines Handtuch zur Verfügung. Insgesamt wirkte alles etwas halbherzig gereinigt, staubig im Schlafzimmer, auf den Terrassenstühlen lagen Stummel von Joints. Wir haben an der Rezeption mitbekommen, das anreisende Gäste zur Rezeption kamen, da in dem Zimmer welches ihnen zugeteilt wurde, bereits Gäste waren. Das bringt wenig Vertrauen. 7 Punkte vergebe ich nur, da die Lage wirklich top ist. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, für länger hätte ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt.

The view from my room was nothing special. I didn't even open my blinds because there was nothing but trees to look at.

Great location and a good stop off for us on our little road trip to the keys. Room was not ready on our arrival but we were given our wrist bands to use the pool and beach. There is no bar or restaurant but you can take your own drinks with you. When ready our room was clean and smelt of bleach but some attention to detail was needed. Beds were comfy. I agree with some other reviews saying rooms are a bit tired but it’s in a lovely location and a good stop off for our trip to the keys.

Kein Zimmerservice während drei Tagen Aufenthalt, auch der abgesprochene Handtuchtausch fand nicht statt.

The location was epic. We made it just in time for the sunset and it was absolutely stunning. We sat on the properties beach and the restaurant next store had live music. Fun ambiance

This spot is such a nice place to visit and unwind, located right next to a restaurant called Snook's you get to enjoy the live music as the sun begins to set, the staff are all attentive and sweet, Tamika in the lobby is such a sweetheart, the rooms were comfortable, beds also comfy, and you could rest after a long day at the beach or water, the TV has cable. The only things that I could think of that could be improved was that the bottles for shampoo and conditioner and body wash were empty, and when we called at 9 pm the lobby didn't answer, we walked to the lobby and were able to get coffee from the complimentary coffee machine (yay) but no one was manning the post so we couldn't get any soap, I had brought along a bar of soap we all got to share and watered down whatever was left of our shampoo to share amongst all three of us. Other than that the place was amazing to stay at and we will be coming back, for the views and great location. I liked the smaller pool, and you could easily walk to the beach and enjoy the paddle boards on site.

They need to keep the bottles of toiletries like the shampoo, conditioner and shower body gel full, and not empty.

Didn't have breakfast. Rooms were only cleaned if you asked every morning ? Quality of towels in room were shocking ! Massive holes in them ! Staff at the bar area very hit & miss, some quite rude but a jewel in the crown is Kevin who was amazing ! Liked the local wildlife & took a trip on the tiki hut bar from the jetty which was definitely our highlight.

Room was comfortable. Location was great. Staff was excellent.

Right next door to a restaurant, a lot within walking distance. People are so friendly! I didn't swim in the pool but sitting by the water in the morning drinking coffee was heaven!

Anyone could go to this private access beach, when I was there, there was a guy taking pictures of the children and adults made me real uncomfortable

Belle découverte pour notre dernière nuit dans les keys , bon emplacement, avec petite plage ,prêt de kayaks, personnel très sympathique.

The room had an outdoor deck with a view overlooking the bay which was breathtaking. The location was ideal, close to sights and activities.

The only negative comment would be that the water pressure was horrible and the toilet would not always flush completely.

It was a bit misleading. The advertisement made it seem like a small property that was oceanfront. In reality, it was a hotel that was poorly maintained.

My room was very dirty and sandy and we were missing alot of stuff.

Reception staff, TJ was fantastic, she made us feel very welcome and happy for us to be there. She is a credit to the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, paddle boards and bikes available to use. Lots of beautiful scenery.

Pay a little extra to get a room overlooking the sea was very worthwhile - beautiful.

Between our group's three rooms, all of them were dirty, one had roaches, one had a bath mat with black dirt all over it and no fitted sheet on one of the beds, two had holes in bath towels, and there was mold on the ice bucket lid. One room's door wouldn't latch unless you slammed it, which was a serious safety concern because of the motel-style entry and having young kids in the room. The beach towels were given at check-in had hair and lint on them. The "beach" was dirty sand littered with trash on a concrete slab with access to dirty bay water. The outdoor games were broken or missing pieces. We've stayed in other bayside properties which much cleaner and nicer beach areas. The one employee at the front desk was also the one delivering our missing sheet and she was not able to initiate or approve refunds. Her manager was unresponsive. We checked out after one night but were charged $1,000 more than we should have been and are still battling with the property and Booking.com for a refund. The pictures of the property are entirely misleading. Such a disappointment.

We didn’t like having to ask for room service rather than the room being automatically checked each day to top up coffee/water and change the towels and bedding when necessary. For the price we paid, we felt that this should come as standard.

Brilliant stop off point on way to Key West...second time stopping here very reasonably priced and the cocktail bar (Snooks) next door is really good...bonus point some amazing sunsets

One small criticism seemed to be some maintenance going on in a room close to us between 230-4am could here someone using a hammer sporadically...forgot to mention it when we checked out...but overall a very good hotel.

Nada la playa privada es una siembra de yerbas .la piscina sin cloro. Las toallas en la habitación no las cambiaron en tres días y yo si conozco ese hotel llevo mas de 8 años que rento todos los años en el mes de junio..pero ya me quede sorprendido lo malo que esta.el presio no eso si se mantiene.

Room was clean and tidy. The location was good. Nice view at rear to watch the sunset.

The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty. The roller blind was broken, would not roll up felt rushed to leave room, the cleaner was hanging around at the door even after being told will be 10 minutes.

Quarto sujo (barata), nao limpavam o quarto se nao fosse solicitado com antecedência, acabou sabonete e shampoo e não tinham para repor, funcionarios com pouca vontade.

The attention to details had fallen short since the last time we were there. Lack of Starbucks coffee in the lobby, lack of clean towels, pool was cloudy, floors in the room were full of sand when we arrived as if they had just been mopped and not vacuumed.

Extremely dirty and no hand soap. Doesn’t meet basic standards of hygiene expected at a hotel. Cutting costs by reducing cleaning is gross. A test of boundaries for people with no self respect to stay here. “I deserve to live in filth because I’m poor.” Is the new American standard.

It was a cute place, ideal for a short stay and had good facilities. The deck bit was nice and they have paddle boarding which was super fun. It had a nice big car park and was close to some stores and food places.

We stayed here a year ago and it was nice but has since gotten disappointing. Grounds and pool need attention to clean up. No one tidied our room or brought clean towels, coffee, or water. Paddle board were not unlocked despite requesting them and being told they would be. Probably the last time staying here.

Run down, pool was dirty, pool furniture was worn out, paddle board had leaks. The beach area could be such a great place but it’s just not kept up.

The location is at the beginning of the Keys, closer to Miami, if you prefer staying somewhere that is not too deep into the Florida Keys.

Our stay at this hotel in Key Largo was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. We arrived around 4 PM and went to the front desk to check in. While we were standing there, we saw the receptionist, whose name I believe was Estasy, very politely asking the guests in front of us whether they wanted pool towels. She gave towels to them without any issue. However, when it became our turn and we asked for pool towels, her attitude completely changed. She told us there were no towels available because they were “in the dryer” and asked us to come back after one hour. We politely asked whether room service could deliver them later to our room, but she refused and said she was the only employee working. A few moments later, less than two minutes after I went to the car to get some belongings, I personally saw her give two pool towels to another guest who asked for them. When I questioned her about this, she changed her explanation and claimed she only had one towel left even though we clearly saw her provide towels to another guest. This behavior felt unfair, disrespectful, and discriminatory. Unfortunately, the problems continued with our room assignment. Even though our Booking.com reservation clearly showed a room with two beds, we were given the wrong room with only one bed. After carrying all of our luggage upstairs to the second floor and settling in after a long day of traveling, we realized the mistake and had to return to the front desk. At first, the receptionist responded rudely and dismissively, saying, “I don’t care about that, I will check the system.” After checking, she admitted the mistake and apologized, but we then had to move all of our luggage again from the second-floor room to another room on the first floor. After an exhausting day of travel, this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. In addition, the beach area was much smaller than expected, and the sand and water were full of algae, making swimming unpleasant.

Nice Hotel, great location, close to many restaurants, and a Walgreens across the street. However, without the Snooks, I believe it wouldn't be that attractive...

The front desk staff was great, helping us as late arrivals. LOVED the bikes and paddle boards and spot right on the water. It was super clean.

The only thing was the air freshener in the room and a few of the towels had holes, not a deal breaker.
