Hampton Inn Key Largo

It is a great hotel. The room were recently remade and it has its own beach and swimming pool. The staff is friendly and you get free coffee all fay long. We had a really nice time with them

On the outside it doesn't look as great as it is on the inside..

A well located hotel with decent sized rooms, direct access to a private beach, a pool and a nice little beach bar. There are some good restaurants in walking distance and fishing and diving shops are very close. A good base for a Key Largo break!

The room decor was a little tired and the lighting could have been better, but renovations were underway and these small things didn't cause a problem.

Bon accueil. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. La piscine appréciable surtout en fin de journée ainsi que la petite plage. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Je précise que nous sommes restés qu'une nuit.

The room was modern and spacious Reception staff in the morning were very friendly

Corridors, reception and entrance need modernising and fixing. Dirty carpets, walls and windows. Reception staff in the evening were very unfriendly.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations to freshen up the rooms and repair some aging items but our room was large, spacious and well appointed. The sea view was great and the location and staff were brilliant. The hotel is well located for visiting Key Largo as there are great options for eating, fishing and diving on the doorstep. The hotel also has a nice beach bar, kayaks for viewing the mangroves and bay and the breakfast is decent.

The room could have done with a brighter light, but overall it's a great hotel.

Las áreas externas , quizás porque están en reconstrucción y había algunos lugares descuidados y con materiales fuera de lugar.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel has some remodeling going on but they didn’t make noise in the evening. Hotel was quiet and pretty with a great little beach. Our room was clean and comfortable

Tolle Lage, idealer Ausgangsort um die Keys zu erkunden, auch Key West ist als Tagestrip noch gut möglich zu fahren. Kleiner feiner Pool sowie die nette Bar mit dem kleinen Privatstrand/ Bootsanleger/ Pier haben uns gut gefallen.

Das eintönige landestypische Frühstück und dass dieses Motel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. In unserem Zimmer roch es recht muffig und es war dort im direkten Vergleich zu all unseren anderen Hotels während unserer Reise spürbar feucht. Wir vermuten dass es mit der Klimaanlage und den alten Teppichen zu tun hat. Aber fairerweise muss man erwähnen, dass das Motel gerade renoviert wird. Danach wird es hoffentlich sein volles Potential wieder ausschöpfen können.

Staff scortese e non disponibile, soprattutto al check-in. (Non tutti) Prenotato camera per 4 con letto matrimoniale e divano-letto, il divano-letto non era pronto e abbiamo dovuto rifarlo noi. Lo staff ci voleva dare un letto su ruote ad una piazza con un sovrapprezzo.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und gute Lage. Sind nur eine Nacht hier gewesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Frühstück war wirklich gut. Privatstrand und Poolanlage wirklich mega toll. Auch die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen war gut.

Leider wird die Anlage/Zimmer gerade kpl. saniert. Darüber gibt es keine Informationen vorab. Wir waren wirklich Tür an Tür mit einer Großbaustelle. Es war überall total dreckig und staubig und nach dem Frühstück gings dann los mit den Arbeiten. Geht so gar nicht meiner Meinung. Zumindest eine vorab Information ist das Mindeste.

I was placed in a room that was on the renovation side of the property!..I was rudely awakened in the morning after a long flight!..I was able to get another room bit I did not appreciate this experience!

We got a renovated room which was clean and a good size. The breakfast was convenient and pretty good.

There was no mention that the property was under renovation. Parts of the hotel are really really dated. Our "garden view room" was really a view of the parking lot with trees in front. The pool was hot and did not provide sufficient shady areas (e.g. umbrellas).

Easy to find since we arrived late. However, this hotel is over priced. The room had a strong sent like old carpet fresh was sprinkled and left. The decor was old, bed was hard and uncomfortable. Could use a deep cleaning and a makeover. Motel6 would have been better. Very disappointed.

Me encantó el Hotel , pienso regresar pronto 🥰Las habitaciones muy cómodas , todo queda cerca o sea la piscina, la playa y el bar. El personal muy agradable , en especial quiero mandarle un reconocimiento por su buen trato a Juliana en la recepción. El desayuno muy bueno .

We were impressed with the friendly staff and the commitment to keeping everything clean. The location was perfect and the small beach as well.

Absolut Unfreundliches Personal an der Desk. Katastrophal, Hatten Zimmer 142, das schlechteste Zimmer direkt an der Strasse. Wir haben Wochen vorher reserviert, also gab es sicherlich bessere Zimmer. Wir sind sicherlich schon 7,8 Mal dagegewesen.

Wir hatten nur einen kurzen Zwischenstopp, aber es hat alles gepasst. Ausserdem war Frühstück mit Waffeln zum selbermachen dabei:) Eigener kleiner Strandbereich mit Bar.

Nous avons adoré la piscine et l’accès à la mer par une petite plage privée avec transat. La vue est géniale pour le coucher de soleil. L’environnement en général est très appréciable, nous avons vu des Ibis, des iguanes et 2 lamentins. La chambre est grande et la salle de bain a une vrai douche. Le petit déjeuner est complet (appareil à gaufres avec garnitures de toute sorte)

L’odeur dans les couloirs, notre chambre étaient rénovées mais pas les couloirs ni l’accueil ni la salle de petit déjeuner, l’ensemble est un peu daté. Les appareils de cardio de la salle de sport sont un peu vieux et les kayaks transparents ne le sont plus. Il y a beaucoup de moustiques comme partout sur les Keys.

My mom and I enjoyed our night here. Everything was clean, they had a cute little breakfast with lots of options . The little beach area was great for kids since water is calm in the bay. Great value for the price . Love that they had sugar free yogurt options for breakfast, and oatmeal already made . Good location in key largo too, especially for the amazing sunset, perfect view to see it !

When I first walked into the lobby, It smelled very sour. Then, I waited at the front desk for at least five minutes before someone even came out from the back. That’s when I met Etah. She was dismissive of me, wasn’t interested in helping me. I went in to see if we could check-in early and see about requesting a room we had stayed in a year or so prior. Last time we had a great experience and decided to stay here again, expecting the same experience. Etah, said they were sold out because of mini season, which was still over a week away., but okay. When we got to our room, the bathroom, which had no shower door, and when you shower, sprays water everywhere. So much water the wall just outside of the tile, was rotting and instead of fixing it, they just add more plaster mud and paint it. The bathroom had a grime on everything, even the photo on the wall, had grime on it. House keeping was very disruptive. I recall being in my room and hearing a Spanish lady yelling on her radio to the front desk which rooms were ready. One morning we were woken by the barking dog in the room next to us. Also; there is construction happening at this property. We learned about it…once we arrived. I asked Etah if our room had a nice view, she said yes, but didn’t tell me that view was of the construction dumpster and forklift parked outside of our room. I don’t know that we will return. We really liked this property last time we stayed; but now it seems to have turned into something you would get if you stayed at a bad part of town.

I spent the week in the keys with my daughters and this place made everything so much easier. The location is prime for staying in the area or driving down the 1. The staff, I can’t say enough good things. Erta, Mora @ the bar, to name a few but the entire staff is so amazing and professional while giving space. The pool was nice to hop in and out of after a long day adventuring. We just left and already miss it.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben hier eine Nacht verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war okay. Wir haben nebenan gebadet und es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in Richtung Norden, so dass der Verkehrslärm der benachbarten US1 nich gestört hat. Wir können das Hampton Inn weiterempfehlen.

The pool and Tiki Bar were nice

The hotel is tired with old decor, carpets and soft furnishings. It’s like going back in time but not necessarily in a good way!

The small beach is always nice. And the Tiki bar is nice.

The bathroom had a leaky toilet they put caulk over but it still leaked the whole time . A very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. The mattress was very uncomfortable too.

The staff are very kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the black out curtains are fantastic and actually darken the room.

I didn’t know the property was currently going under renovations. I wish I knew before I booked. Also the signs with room numbers and pools aren’t clear. Like all the signs are hidden behind walls

Erta at the front desk is an exceptional employee. Her professionalism and customer service skills are a five star. She is so pleasant and we enjoy staying here every time! We are locals and this is the best place to stay at in Key Largo.

The hotel is a bit older with spacious rooms a wonderful Tiky bar and a quant private small beach! The hotel stuff were friendly, especially George who took the time to get some fresh coconuts from the trees and prepare them for us one morning! The bathroom tiles and glass door had mildew and the carpet was not clean!

I'm giving this property a Very Good rating because of the outstanding service we received from Erta at the front desk. She made check-in easy and was very helpful with information about the local area and our stay. The hotel itself, however, is in need of renovation. It feels quite worn and shabby, and updating the property would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The breakfast was very good many choices and was kept nicely by the attendant and lots of space to sit down and eat.The pool area was very nice. The area around the hotel-was nice -vegetation etc the front desk staff was nice and the men working around the halls and grounds were pleasant.

The location not much going on. The bartender could smile once in awhile. The rooms could use updating. The chair has been around a long time ( needs to be replaced) and the hallway had an odor possibly from the dogs( even though there was a deodorizer). I had asked when I booked to get a room that didn’t allow pets )

The room was very dusty. The toilet had a black rim. The bed was quite comfortable.

The outside area where the Tiki Bar was disgusting. There was no music in this area. It should have a fire pit for the mosquitoes. The pool and beach towels were clean. All the staff was very nice and helpful.

Reserved this hotel to celebrate 30th wedding anniversary. We reserved 5 rooms and it was one of the best and relaxing vacations I've had in a while! Jolayne & Erta provided an A+ experience from check in to check out! They were able to keep all rooms and the same floor and just a few doors down from each other! The newly renovated rooms were awesome and spacious! The breakfast was good with many options! Plenty of restaurants and activities very close to the hotel. Parking lot was well lit and safe. The pool and the tiki bar was a great experience!

The location

The room: the wall was cracked, the bottom of the bathroom door had the paint peeled off, the coffee table was old and had peeled painting, the fridge door was scraping the floor, the sliding door didn’t lock properly, the landscaping was non existent, and no apology from management. Terrible experience. We left early.

The outside grounds were decent

Well- it was outdated the room smelled absolutely disgusting like musty old cigarettes. Additionally, upon booking my room they never told me that there construction going on INSIDE the hotel. My luck- it was the room next to me. The noise was obnoxious, and the hallways were full of Sheetrock and dust and tools. While I completely understand that construction needs to happen, perhaps mentioning that to customers would be a great idea.

Pool and little beach were good

Poorly maintained room with peeling paint. Rooms were not very clean e.g. headboard was very dusty.

This property is being renovated (without notice) while guests are next to the rooms being renovated. Hallways full of drywall dust, dumpsters throughout parking lot.

The hotel has an awesome Tiki Bar,beach and pool.

First of all after a long drive it was very nice to have a welcoming face.Erta was so helpful since we had booked two nights separately. She put it together for us and seem to really care about our stay. The pool is great. The view is wonderful. Rooms were clean and a pretty decent size would definitely stay here again.

The beach area was lovely and the hotel staff was great - especially Juliana was very friendly and helpful.

Noisy from getting a refurb but that’s to be expected. There were no moveable umbrellas at the pool. We couldn’t get any shade there except the little table & chairs in the corners

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel features a lovely pool and a small private beach, both of which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of options to choose from. As a coffee lover, I particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee station in the lobby, where fresh coffee was available throughout the day—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very good experience.

The aircon unit in the room was a bit noisy. The venue could use some refurbishment, but it's still in acceptable condition.

Love the staff, they are so kind and check in all your needs daily. I also love the lagoon and pool. We saw many manatees and the fishing was a success too. Loved the breakfast too.

The price of the kayaks should really be lower. Many hotels include the kayaks free of charge.

The beach and Tiki bar area were very enjoyable and secluded.
