Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, szép, régi időket idéző hangulatos kialakítású gyönyörű szálloda. A szoba nagyon tágas, kényelmes és tiszta volt. A szállodától pár lépésre volt a metró állomás és az egyik bevásárló utca is. A reggeli változatos és nagyon finom volt, meleg és hideg ételek széles kínálatával, nagy és szép kialakítású étkező helyiséggel. Igazán jól éreztük itt magunkat.

El personal muy amable con mención especial a la atención recibida por parte del personal en los desayunos. La ubicación muy buena también y las habitaciones muy limpias.

La pena fue la cama plegable que nos pusieron en una habitación para 3 ya que el descanso no fue muy cómodo la verdad, es el único pero aunque fundamental para el descanso después de todo el día pateando Bruselas.

The guy who handled my checkout was the same one who checked us in. The receipt he printed only had my name on it, so I asked him to add my husband's name as well. He reluctantly asked for the passport; I pointed out that I’d already given it to him at check-in, but he insisted he needed to verify it was for the same person. What nonsense—surely the name itself is enough? Why does it matter if I’m physically standing right there asking for the receipt? I was in a rush and didn't want to argue, but the second receipt he produced had my first and last names sandwiched right in the middle of my husband's full name. I told him, "That’s not how our names work." He started rambling on again. We made it clear we were annoyed and were about to leave when he said, "If you only want one person's name, I can print another one for you." What a damn waste of time—some people just have zero common sense! surely didn’t have basic training for the front desk staff who should be presenting the hotel images.

Bel emplacement de l’hôtel, idéalement situé au cœur du centre commercial, ce qui facilite grandement les achats et les sorties. Le service est irréprochable et de qualité. J’aimerais renouveler l’expérience et recommande vivement cet établissement à tout voyageur de passage à Bruxelles.

قربة من الميدان الكبير إذا في احد بيزور بروكسل يستأجر هنا لانه مايحتاج لسياره كل شي جنبك اقل من دقيقه والفندق نظيف للامنه وانا اخذت جناح كان مساحته جميله وحلوه

الشنط مافيه احد يشيلها وينقلها للغرفة هاذا الشي الوحيد اللي ينقص الفندق اما باقي كلها جميلة واذا افكر ارجع بروكسل بيكون خياري الاول

It was extremely central and we were in the middle of the city so easy to walk to everything including stations ! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The rooms were excellent, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom was perfect! Room service and customer service was excellent and fast ! One of the best hotels I’ve been to on booking. Com

Maybe if they didn’t have surcharge to your room service after you see the price they add 6 euros to everything which is ridiculous as the price is transparent but the surcharge is in moofine print and you are paying for nothing really I would rather pay a tip than getting slapped with surcharges

Big room and a very central location

Very classy hotel. We were upgraded to a large room with plenty of storage. The breakfast was excellent. The metro station was within a block walk and there were several eateries near by. Would highly recommend this hotel for future travellers.

Later at night there were several questionable individuals out and about. A little unnerving.

Wspaniały hotel. Bardzo ładny wystrój. śniadania świetne. Obsługa profesjonalna. Lokalizacja dobra.

Niektóre elementy drzwi, czy okien, można ponownie pomalować. W pięciogwiazdkowym hotelu w lobby przydałaby się kawa i herbata. Podobnie w pokojach: plastykowy czajniczek i kawa rozpuszczalna to trochę za mało. Taka sobie jest też okolica, z sex-shopami włącznie. Last but not least: mimo próśb nie otrzymałem od managera pokoju z widokiem na dłuższy pobyt, mimo że drugi pracownik hotelu bez problemu chciał spełnić prośbę.

Le lit qui n’était pas un grand matelas mais 2 matelas une place mis côté à côte.. au prix où on paye la nuitée je trouve ça dommage cela crée un “trou” au milieu du lit qui n’est pas confortable De plus l’un des hommes de la sécurité à l’entrée nous a barré la route lorsque nous sommes revenus l’après midi pour voir si notre chambre était prête… je n’ai pas apprécié la manière dont ils nous a traité mon amie et moi

Çıkış saatimiz olan 12.00den önce kapı kartlarımız iptal edildiği için odaya giriş yapamadık. Resepsiyona inip kartları tekrar tanıtmaları gerekti. Ayrıca su bardakları tozluydu ama onun dışında temzilik yeterliyidi. Su ısıtıcısı yerind kahve makinesi olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Oda olanaklarında ütü yazmasına rağmen bulunmamaktaydı.

Shaun i-reception is the best person in the hotel. He greets all the time which is the standard protocol of being in the tourism industry.

People doesn’t greet, very timid, they should undergo on some sort of training about the basic greetings, if they don’t know how to greet, maybe they should have their own business and shouldn’t be in the hotel industry.

Only one staff in the reception was a bit unprofessional, i was heading to him and when he saw me he start a conversation with his colleague, and when i ask him for an late check out 1-2 hours, he says extra 50 euros, and this is hotel policy. Overall this staff a only bad thing in the hotel.

The rooms were very spacious, and two people could easily stay comfortably even for a longer period. The beds were very comfortable. Although the hotel building itself is old, the rooms were modern and clean. The location is very central, and many places are within walking distance. Overall, it’s a high-quality and lovely hotel.

The only downside was that the check-in process took a little longer than expected. The internet connection wasn’t very reliable. It disconnected quite often during our stay.

Check-in was not ready at 4 pm and we had to wait.

Breakfast restaurant

Bar was not open in the evening and I was told while Checking in at 16.10 that they had to check whether room was ready.

L'emplacement est très bien ! L'hôtel est propre et jolis ! Le petit déjeuner excellent beaucoup de choix ,la salle pour le petit déjeuner vraiment agréable ! Décoration raffinée ! Malheureusement l'accueil n'est pas au rendez-vous ! Mal organisé, j'ai fait une réservation sur booking arrivée sur place, la personne à l'accueil n'a pas trouvé ma réservation ! Je lui montre la confirmation, elle m'a dit que c'était bon ! J'ai payé en liquide, l'imprimante ne fonctionne pas ! Aucun problème après une longue attente c'était bon ! Comme la chambre est seulement disponible vers 15h j'ai laissé mes affaires ! A 15h je me présente de nouveau pas de réservation à votre nom,heureusement j'ai une facture ! Enfin des choses à revoir !

Un restiling satebbe perfetto . Hai tutto ma un tocco moderno eleverebbe il tono in Linea con posizione. servizi e colazionc. Mi piacerebbe macchinetta per espresso in camera invece del bollitore.

We stayed for one night but liked everything. It seems as a weel-run establishment with comfortable and clean rooms, in walking distance to Brussels city centre (ca. 15 min), Brussels-Nord Railway Station (ca. 10 min), and metro/tram stop (ca. 5 min). Storing luggage prior to check-in available for free. The additional perk of the hotel is its vintage "Budapest Hotel" vibe.

We liked everything.

こちらのサイトから普通のツインorダブル部屋を予約したのですがなぜかアップグレードしてもらえました しかも通常のチェックイン時間の2時間前に着いてしまったにも関わらず お部屋506に着いてビックリ！入口の前にプレジデンシャルスイーツの文字 中に入るといきなり2つのドレッシングルーム それもかなりの広さです そこから広い廊下を歩いてまずバスルームに バスタブがあればいいなあと思いのぞいてみるとかつて見たことがないほどの大きなバスタブはジェットバス付き！ アメニティはシャンプーもコンディショナーもボディーソープも固形石鹸もボディーローションも全てモルトンブラウン！ シャワールームも別にありとにかく無数のタオルが常備されていました(特大バスタオルは10枚以上ありました) お手洗いもビデも付いてるヨーロッパの高級ホテルのパターンです さらにリビングに入ると大きなキングサイズのベッドに2人掛けソファと1人掛けソファ2つ 全部合わせると100㎡弱ありそうなとんでもない豪華な部屋でした ホテルの公式を確認するとホテルに1つしかない最上位のスイートルームで正式には340㎡あるそうですが、ここを２部屋に分けて販売することもあるようでなぜかアップグレードしてここに入れて貰えました 長くなりましたがもう最高のホテルステイでした！！

ホテルのせいではありませんが周辺の環境です ブリュッセル北駅から近いせいかホームレスや路上に倒れている酔っぱらい、昼間から何か叫びながら歩く不審な人、夜はさらに激しく口論する人もいました あとで調べてみるとやはりブリュッセルの中でも最も危険エリアに隣接していたようです

駐車場付きのホテルということで今回利用しました。 どの観光地からも徒歩圏内であり立地もよく設備も問題無く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

エレベーターが１台動いておらず待ち時間が長かったこと。

Location was excellent. Within walking distance to everything including public transportation, shopping, dining, markets and attractions.

Everything was good. It is an older hotel so if you want to experience an older building and style it is excellent.

La literie était très confortable et le personnel agréable. Le bar de l'hôtel est splendide et donne envie de s'y arrêter.

Impossible de régler la climatisation qui était presque glaciale mais nous ne pouvions pas éteindre faute de forte canicule. Et l'emplacement est assez éloigné de la Grand Place, musées, restaurants, etc
