The hotel is centrally located for walking around the city centre.

I do not normally complain about accommodation. Our room was basic but the main issue was the state of the carpet which was stained in many places and the top of faux-leather bedside ‘tables’ were worn like a cat had scratched them. The room felt more like student accommodation in my opinion. Breakfast per person was €38 which we thought was very expensive so passed on that. The hotel however did have a grab and go option in fridges in the lobby.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was right next to my venue and also within walking distance of the city centre and public transport. I particularly loved the colours in the room — the blue walls contrasted beautifully with the ochre green details, creating a very pleasant and distinctive atmosphere. Although the room was rather small, it was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the comfortable mattress and pillows, as well as the dedicated workspace. The coffee in the morning was also very good and a lovely way to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and charming stay in a very convenient location.

It was kind of noisy. I woke up at 1 and 3 am in the morning as people from other rooms were showering. You could hear everything from the other bathrooms. I would have liked some conditioner in the bathroom and a glass or stand for the toothbrush.

Hotel has a great location and friendly staff.

I didn’t enjoy the food, especially provided for lunch.

sehr gute Lage, Busse und Bahnen alles vor der Tür, sehr schöne Aussicht oben in 25.Etage. Zimmer war sauber, Hotel im Lobbybereich war sauber, gepflegt und renoviert

Zimmerausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Badewanne mit Duschglas finde ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß, Holzrahmen der Tür war unten das Holz am aufquillen und der Lack blätterte ab. Die Metall-Badewannenverkleidung löste sich ab, Toilettentür war nicht 100% schließbar, Zimmer etwas klein aber noch ok, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr teuer, aber das Auto würde ich, mit dem Klientel vor der Tür, auf gar keinen Fall draussen stehen lassen. Die Tiefgarage ist abends geschlossen und bewacht! Sehr wichtig dort! Passt auf bei der Wahl der Tiefgaragen im Umkreis, oft Autoaufbrüche und solche Scherze!! Lest google Rezensionen über Parken in der Umgebung!

Colazione ricca, varia e abbondante. Letto comodo. Posizione centrale e vicina a metro e stazione taxi. ottimo servizio h24 di cibo da asporto, noleggio ombrelli e acquisto borracce acqua per refill. ottima la presenza di ferro da stiro e asse da stiro.

le dotazioni in camera. un kit di cortesia sarebbe gradito. così come almeno una bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia nel frigo di camera..

Location was great. Rooms were small but clean and aesthetically pleasant

Air conditioning wasn’t good. Noisy and constantly returned to default off (unoccupied) so felt hot and stuffy. Room was also small with little space to move around. Was a very big hotel so felt very impersonal. Breakfast was outrageously expensive so I never took the option.

Prima incheck en ontbijt service,waarbij het hotel zeer centraal tov metro ligt (halte Rogier) en is tevens naastgelegen Indigo parkeer garage met lift verbonden. Ook de faciliteiten per kamer en de kwaliteit van de bedden was prima. Ook de lounge bar was keurig verzorgd met goede selectie. De betaalde Grap & Co optie van kopen snacks of drinken in de receptie ruimte biedt voldoende flexibiliteit.

De airco capaciteit viel wat tegen door het relatief kleine uitstroom rooster.

Trop de bruits le soir,.réception n'a pas réagi à ça comme il faut malgré ma plainte à minuit. Chambre petite par rapport au prix que j' ai payé, En plus fenêtre fermés. On sait pas les ouvrire.on se sent refermer. Problème de poignet de porte de salle de bain, produit de douche déjà utilisé malgré leur grande taille. Salle de fitness très minuscule, tapis de fitness, déchirés pas propres, il manquait des équipements.

Sisustuksessa erikoiset värivalinnat ja epäkäytännöllistä sisustussuunnittelua. Äänieristys todella heikko. Siivouksessa parantamisen varaa.

Olimme isolla seurueella liikkeellä ja useammassa huoneessa oli puutteita siivouksen laadussa. Hotelli ja sen henkilökunta suhtautuivat asiaan hyvin ja saimme reilut huoneen vaihdot ja hyvitykset👍 Muutoin hotelli oli mainio, sijainti kätevä ja aamupala hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Cleaning of the room was not spotless. Sauna is max 70C. Wellness area has rather limited surface.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We requested a late check-out because our baby was sleeping, and they were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. Being able to take the elevator directly from the parking garage to the hotel was also a great convenience.

The location is great, the beds are quite comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast is excellent.

The housekeeping schedule is a bit unpredictable and the gym needs serious renovations.

Pernele sunt puțin tari și puțin inconfortabile din cauza asta; salteaua este foarte bună în schimb.

Clean room, comfy bed. Air conditioning was a bonus as we went during a heatwave. We had a good view from our room on the 20th floor.

Location was good for access to a train station/metro & buses. But quite a fair walk to get to attractions such as Grand Place, Chocolate museum, Manekin piss etc.

Η τοποθεσία του, οι δημόσιοι χώροι και τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου, καθώς επίσης το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου, ευγενεστατοι, πάντα πρόθυμοι να λύσουν οποιαδήποτε απορία και πρόβλημα.

Η τιμή, τις μέρες που πήγα, λόγω της Συναυλίας των BTS ήταν απίστευτα ακριβή. Χωρίς πρόγευμα, χώρις τίποτα έξτρα. Αν δεν είχα τη Συναυλία δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να δώσω τόσα λεφτά Για 2 βράδια!!! Εκμεταλλευτηκαν το γεγονός ότι γέμισαν οι Βρυξέλλες με επισκέπτες απ όλον τον κόσμο και οι τιμές ασύλληπτα ψηλές γι αυτό που προσέφεραν.
