So convenient to port and metro. Clean. Excellent breakfast!

The towel warmer in 308 burned both of us. Me 2x on butt/ hip because it super hot when the electricity is on for a while. We put a towel on it since so close to door entrance that hard to avoid it.

The hotel is exceptionally well managed. The owner, Daniela, was highly professional and attentive to the needs of the clients. She was very helpful in providing information concerning visits to the five Cinque Terre villages, to restaurants and other activities. Her staff, including her daughter, Agnese, Tomaso, Laura, Michela and Bledi were all highly professional and helpful as well. The breakfast was excellent.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Frühstück ist für ein 4Sterne Hotel definitiv ungenügend, tagsüber versteckt hinter einer schiebewand, morgen dann ein kleines,sehr kleines Buffet.

L’accueil à la réception pourrait être amélioré. Une réceptionniste, dont je n’ai pas le prénom mais qui portait des ongles orange, s’est montrée peu disponible : elle consultait son téléphone pendant que je lui posais des questions. C’est quand même grave dans un établissement 4*.

Not many dairy-free breakfast options despite having emailed in advance, however, what options there were were good quality.

Un grand merci à la dame de la réception pour sa gentillesse et sa délicate attention. Elle nous a généreusement surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur le Vieux-Port, et cette petite attention a vraiment fait toute la différence. Un très bel établissement, avec un accueil chaleureux et beaucoup de gentillesse.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die 24 Stunden Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, es gab alles, was man benötigt.

Man muss es mögen, direkt neben der Kirche zu wohnen, 7:00 Uhr ist Weckzeit. Der Straßenlärm ist durch die zentralen Lage immer präsent. Der Zimmerservice war etwas unzuverlässig. Die Gläser wurden nicht gewechselt. Dieses Toilettenpapier und die Handtücher wurden unzuverlässig aufgefüllt.

Die Lage ist top. Das Personal sehr nett. Wir hatten um ein anderes Kissen gebeten, war uns prompt erfüllt wurde.

Das Frühstück... nichts besonderes und sehr langweilig.

Really nice spacious room, great location right on the port. Nice bathrooms with l'occitane toiletries. Lots to do and explore nearby. Didn't try the breakfast, but as it was hosted in the lobby, I saw it was continental. There are plenty of fantastic patisseries within 5 mins walk anyway. The hotel ground floor is partially under construction/renovation, however this had no effect on the quality of my stay

The soundproofing on the hallway wasn't great but could of been manageable. Unfortunately the room next door had insane kids that would run up and down the hallway and bang on their parents door whilst shouting. But thats not the hotels fault. Arriving by car can be slightly difficult as the hotel entrance is in a pedestrianised area.

The hotel is located in a quiet street but very close to the old port. Room was ok and beds were confortable. Good value for money

They were renewing part of the premises so it was a bit messy at the time of our stay. But actually it did not bother us very much.

The room was fantastic. The balcony was worth every penny. Waking up and having a coffee overlooking the port was something to remember. The staff were friendly and the aircon in the room was unbeatable. A professional set up not one of those rubbish on the wall devices. The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the old port.

Die Ausstattung des Fitnessraumes. Ich hätte mir ein Laufband, eine Yogamatte und schwerere Gewichte gewünscht. Und das Rührei beim Frühstück gehört weniger breiig zubereitet, schmeckte kaum nach Eier. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist auch, dass man beim Frühstücken und beim Sport aufgrund der großen Fenster quasi in der Auslage sitzt.

L emplacement de cet hôtel est central et pratique , accès aux commerces, restaurants, departs bateaux pour excursions, bus touristique, vieux port animé de jour comme le soir.Bien insonorisé,climatisée appréciable sous 37°.La terrasse offre une vue superbe du vieux port, de la "bonne mère", tres plaisant pour découvrir cette ville.

Très chaud dans le couloir accès à la chambre, une petite housse serait appréciable sur les sièges terrasse car en métal, donc avec la chaleur, moins confortable. Tout ceci est supportable mais pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, ce serait plus qualitatif à mon sens. Une photo d une cliente, de la piscine d un autre hôtel figure sur le descriptif des lieux de cet hôtel et en réservant, j ai pensé, à tort, que cet hôtel avait une piscine... À supprimer car cela prête à confusion.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno Puerto, y a pocos pasos del metro. La habitación bonita, la cama confortable y las toallas de calidad. El desayuno correcto. Nuestra estancia fue estupenda, recomendable.

Los único, las habitaciones poco aisladas del ruido (hay muchísimo ambiente del Puerto). El resto ok.

Tolle Lage am alten Hafen, direkt mit der Metro zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück für €14 ist ausreichend und besser als was in den Bars in der Nähe angeboten wird.

Die Türen fallen sehr laut ins Schloss, wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.

Die Dachterrasse des Zimmer 604 wie ein Open Air Kino. Blick auf den alten Hafen und all die Aktivitäten im Sommer von Marseille. Schöne Bäder, sehr gute Dusche und vor allem eine ausgezeichnete Klimaanlage, die bei diesen Temperaturen von bis zu 40 Grad unser Zimmer auf 23 Grad geräuscharm gekühlt hat. Ein Kühlschrank für die kleinen Snacks und Getränke zwischendurch. Und die U Bahn vor der Tür.

# Super Lage am Vieux Port, gleich neben der gleichnamigen Metrostation. # Zimmer sauber # Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat bei der Hitze (über 30 Grad im Sommer) sehr gut funktioniert, man kann sie auch ausschalten, wenn man möchte. # Super Dusche mit Produkten von Occitaine. # Inkludiertes Wlan hat sehr gut funktioniert # Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber gut und ausreichend. # Ich hatte Zimmerkategorie "Standard" gewählt, sie reicht für eine Person gut (für zwei Personen mit Gepäck vielleicht etwas eng rund ums Bett). # Sehr freundliches Personal, spricht auch gut Englisch. Ich würde es Freunden empfehlen und auch selbst wiederkommen.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: # Einen gewissen Lärmpegel von draußen muss man akzeptieren, die Fenster in meinem Zimmer haben kaum etwas abgeblockt. # Die Steckdose unmittelbar beim Bett war defekt, aber es waren ausreichend Alternativen vorhanden. # Die Zimmerwände könnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen, da sie stellenweise fleckig sind. # Die Matraze in meinem Bett war schon etwas verformt/durchgelegen, aber es ging für mich.

Je n’ai pas apprécié que suite à mon séjour l’établissement ne prenne pas la peine de répondre à mes 2 courriels de réclamation (panne de la climatisation pendant mon séjour qui a eu lieu durant la canicule). Cela prouve toute la considération portée à la clientèle. Pour cette raison mon appréciation est négative.

Tagsüber der Baulärm mit Presslufthammer, weil direkt daneben im selben Gebäude generalsaniert wird.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, there were lovely products in the bathroom and the staff were incredibly accommodating.

The location is good. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was included.

It is advertised as soundproof but when we first got there, we were assigned a room and right away we heard banging from underneath our room. We were told that there is construction taking place. We asked then what time the banging starts in the morning and we're told 8am. We requested a different room and the staff gave us an attitude and told us to wait until the next day. We told her we came from far away and needed ro rest and that we did not want to be woken up by construction at 8am. She reluctantly gave us another room which was much smaller than the room we originally paid for but we decided not to make a fuss. The second room was right besides a church and the church bells would go off at 8am in the morning. Needless to say the rooms were not soundproof. Would not stay in this hotel again.

Läget var perfekt precis bredvid en Metro-station och precis vid gamla hamnen. Vi hade ett rum med en terrass som hade utsikt över hamnen.

Det ända som var att det var väldigt varmt i utrymmet runt och i hissen ingen av där men det var det på rummet mycket behagligt.

Chambre 405 top, très confortable et très propre, rien à dire, c’était impeccable et le lit était top aussi 👍

Seul bémol… pas de restaurant, que le petit déjeuner, dommage, mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut aux alentours 👍

The staff were very helpful, the hotel is well-appointed and the room was cool (in this heat) which was very important. It was particularly important to me that the hotel doesn't allow dogs as I am allergic to them and I also really liked the late (12.00) check-out time; this gave me chance to explore Marseille in the morning before leaving.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like

The overall experience was fine, however we came off a very long flight and we would have changed to another hotel had we been made aware of the renovation work in advance. A sign in the lift on arrival at 9 pm is not sufficient.

The experience was completely ruined by work being done below our room which made remaining in the room intolerable.

Mancanza aria condizionata perché la struttura è in ristrutturazione... ovviamente problema risolto con ventilatori anche se ho dovuto chiederne uno supplementare perché la camera era enorme... quando si fanno questi interventi forse è meglio chiudere la struttura. Poca pulizia nel bagno... trovato capelli nella bocchetta della doccia

Très bien placé sur le port, l'hôtel est accueillant. accessible en 2 arets de métro (M1) depuis la gare st charles Le personnel est sympathique, le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon Les chambres sont décorées avec gout.

Les chambres sont bien pour un standard Français, les finitions sont comme souvent imparfaites (coulures de peintures, interrupteur collant, etc..) On regrette l'absence d'une machine a café dans la chambre.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et relativement confortables.

J'ai été surprise par la difficulté à trouver une solution lors d'un souci rencontré. De plus ce n'est pas garable et le parking en face n'a pas d'accords avec l'hotel ce qui revient très cher. Les cloches de l'église sonne tôt et sont très fortes (comme si ça sonnait dans les chambres, problème d'insonorité) et les parties communes peuvent être bruyantes.
