L'hotel ha una struttura particolare con corridoi dove era difficile orientarsi, mi sono sentito un pò isolato.

Su un conto di 3400 RMB hanno preso, senza avvertire, un deposito di 2000 RMB, che verrà restituito in una o due settimane. È abbastanza complicato riconoscere i percorsi per tornare alla propria camera, viene fornita una mappa ma naturalmente in cinese. La cassaforte non ha mai funzionato se non con i numeri che metteva lo staff. Nella nostra camera le porte scorrevoli della cabina armadio non funzionavano.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Super mooi ingericht hotel, kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Tempel langs de deur. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Slechte kussens, al is dit natuurlijk persoonlijk. Ontbijt was top, uitgebreid, maar wafel en sommige broodjes waren al uitgedroogd (zat als 1 van de eerste aan het ontbijt). Douchedeur sloot niet goed, waardoor water badkamer inliep.

We were so happy to stay here for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave! All people working in this hotel are incredible, friendly and helpful! Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very delicious 🤤 thank you for happy time! I will definitely come back!

First of all, tge hitel would not honor the breakfast price confirmed on our booking.com reservation and insisted on charging 30 cny more each per person. Second, in the swim center they require bating caps but did not have free ones or have an adult cap. Furthermore the price they wanted for a bathing cap was ten times what we found one for. There was ankle deep water in the hot tub

Reviewed Apr 4, 2024This is the most beautiful JW Marriott I have ever stayed at. The entire hotel is built in the traditional Chinese style. Everything at this hotel, from the sleek lobby to the peaceful garden, is exquisitely done. The rooms are spacious and designed with taste. Did I mention that the bathroom floor tiles are heated? The service is in its own league. The hotel is located just across the street from the birthplace of Confucius and his temple. I wish that I stayed more than one night. I will definitely return.

I paid about 950 yuans instead of the 800 yuans announced on my reservation on booking. The equipments reliability is not guaranteed (phone, lights, wc, isolation…) but it was ok.
