A parte de que el Hotel esta muy bonito y la habitacion tambien, el desayuno esta muy bien, sobre todo porque los panes estan hechos por ellos mismo.

la habitacion es muy linda

lo publican como que tiene parking, sin embargo no es un estacionamiento ya que debes dejar el coche sobre la calle.

El baño, no había privacidad, no tenía extractor ni wc ni regadera, lo demás todo excelente

The room was were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location although, was not as close to the centro historico, it was a beautiful location.

liked everything but all of the stairs to get to room, after a long day of walking through town it took everything out of me to get up the stairs to my room

Parking situation is difficult sometimes

La cama es muy cómoda, muy limpia la habitación y el baño, le da mucha ambientación el restaurante.

La ventana es muy pequeña y el sistema de TV, no se podía manipular muy bien, no se si sea control dañado o pilas gastadas, el Wi Fi tuvieron que configurarlo la recepcionista.

The place is cute and spotless - staff is very sweet and helpful and the food is good

First night we were given a tiny room — but after speaking with helpful staff at the front desk (gracias Marycruz) we were given the Canela room which was perfect.

The room that we stayed their AC was not working. In the night when we wanted to take a shower it was coming out only hot water. We needed to wait for an 1hr to get cold water.

Definitely not what we expected. It seemed like we were the only guest in the hotel. The building is much smaller than we expected, and our room did not have a window. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND if you do not have a car as it is 20 minutes drive from the centre. They told us breakfast would be at 8am but it turned out to be 8.30, so we had to wait for 30 minutes doing nothing. Although the food was alright, it isn’t the usual breakfast selection that hotels would offer. We had to chose between three Mexican breakfast options and then wait for them to prepare it for us. To be honest, I was still a bit hungry after the set food but was not able to ask for more food.

This is a old property converted in to a boutique style hotel. Rooms are not functional and have a bad layout. Beds run small and are not the comfiest. Every noise is heard from the guests walking in heals and entering and exiting their rooms. Neighborhood is safe and you will have fun in Guanajuato. Last of all hotel does state on site parking but is limited to street parking.

Excellent and well designed property.

After paying for a queen deluxe suite we were shown to a very small room with one queen bed. When I complained they moved us to a better room with a king bed. They said there would not be a price change. That night we were asked to pay 500mx more as we returned from a great day. I said no. The next day we were asked again for the 500 pesos. The staff was young and were professional, but I was unsettling. We ere the only people in the hotel. Please explain to me why you advertised the room upgrade and did not stand by your word.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Hotel was beautiful and clean. All staff was friendly, attentive and the food was great. It’s a short 15min car ride to the City center but has restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff went above and beyond and they made the stay that much more beautiful for us.

Magnífica atención, bonitas y agradables instalaciones, excelente limpieza y aroma en todas las áreas del hotel, ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y agradable, el almuerzo muy delicioso. Sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme en el lugar.

Adoramos o hotel. Uma casa linda antiga bem remodelada e decoração moderna. O atendimento pode melhorar um pouco mais. Quando chegamos não havia ninguém na recepção mas foram bem gentis colocando as malas no quarto que havíamos deixado na recepção mais cedo. Chuveiro ótimo cama super confortável. Não é no burburinho no centro mas táxi custa 3 dólares. Voltaria e recomendo p quem quer menos confusão do centro histórico.

The hotel seems to be new and is artistically designed with high quality workmanship. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Miguel the waiter was very helpful and offered lots of advice on the town. The hotel is a few miles out of the town centre but with Uber responding quickly, we were in the town centre within 15 minutes. # As we seemed to be the only guests the few nights we were there, our view might be slightly distorted. For example one morning for breakfast we were walked down the road to a coffee shop as the hotel breakfast facilities seemed to be closed. The rooms are well equipped except that they did not have any glasses or cups nor a security box - at this level of hotel this is quite important. Our room was small and the only outside window was in the toilet - the hotel is built into the rock wall at its rear. The room uses opaque glass as the wall between the toilet, the shower and the room. This is fine for a single occupant but a little too public for a couple. Other rooms may have a different layout.

The property is beautifully designed and in a convenient location for sightseeing in the historic center. Staff was very attentive, professional and committed to us having a great stay. I hope to return. It was amazing!

We loved everything about this place. It’s in a quiet zone next to a park, great for a morning walk. Staff is very friendly! The manager was wonderful! We booked this place for our anniversary and the suite was just what a wanted! They put some romantic touches! It’s a beautiful little place! Our stay was wonderful and not rushed at all! We will definitely return again!
