I love absolutely everything about this hotel.
Very clean and modern hotel. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.
Very friendly and attentive staff on arrival and all through stay, room was spacious and well laid out, wonderful shower and staff decorated for my husband's birthday.
Great time, not sure why a hotel at an airport that isn't suepr full is charging £15 per night for a mostly empty car park but other than thay it was great. Blackout curtains and noise proof. Near plenty of pubs and food options. Great price
Nice but somewhat isolated
Great hotel. However, breakfast was poor quality.
Easy bus trip into Aberdeen
The staff were super friendly and helpful. My son needed a pass printed off for a swimming gala he was attending - the staff printed it off for him within minutes. Thank you. This is our favourite hotel to stay at when we visit Aberdeen. The rooms are so well designed - I particularly like the sink and dressing area being part of the main room with only the toilet and shower behind the bathroom door. There’s also a fridge, the beds are super comfy and I love the full length windows. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future👍
Really nice hotel, staff were brilliant
Excellent
Excellent staffers
Clean and comfortable room. Lounge area nice and large with plenty of seating. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Close to Aberdeen Airport, good quality hotel at price
Fabulous hotel, easy to park, quick check in, clean and modern bedroom, slept well as room very dark and quiet, good aircon, nice staff and great location next to the P&J arena. Very reasonable prices too.
Clean and new building with nice room amenities. Have nice comforts and is right beside the Aberdeen airport.
As always a warm welcome on arrival. There was an online system error on my arrival. Reception staff and managers handled the system very calm under pressure, checked us in asap and were very professional under pressure. Special thanks to John for helping with a delivery of some work equipment. Thank you.
We stayed there as going to see Peter Kay at the P&J Live. Chose here as so close to venue. The hotel is lovely, clean, friendly and comfortable. Food was good. Would definitely stay again.
Booked in to see a show in Aberdeen at P&J. Was unable to book a table for dinner but was advised on 2 occasions to be down at restaurant for 5pm. Arrived at 4.55pm and unfortunately could not get a table because of non resident's. This is completely unacceptable after having paid premium rate for Room. Iam a disabled person and had great difficulty walking round to other hotel for food and could not get booked in there either. Do not use this hotel if you want to eat at night if there is a show on even if they assure you will get a table.
Outstanding staff. When my luggage was delayed by the airline the staff helped me find stores to purchase needed items and helped me contact the airline.
Lovely hotel, we were going to PandJ live. Its literally on the hotels doorstep. Nice, clean and friendly staff and excellent location if youre going to the P and J.
Very convenient for venue immaculate clean and comfortable bed, excellent service good breakfast value for money all round
Would definitely stay in an Aloft hotel again. Perfect location for attending P&J Live - rooms clean, modern, very comfortable beds, good shower & great having the fridge. Also very quiet. Breakfast had good choice of hot & cold, hot breakfast was actually plentiful & hot - some hotels the food isn’t kept very warm.Staff very efficient & helpful.
Second stay in this property.. nice clean hotel. Only thing that concerns me was that we checked in at 3pm but had intended to go into the city for a couple of hours.. I had to pay £15 for parking but had no giarantee that I would get a parking space when we returned to the hotel.. if the person checking names coming into the carpark was to make sure that people had parked sensibly and not leaving almost a carat width between them, then more people would be able to make use of the parking
Great modern hotel less than 5 minute walk to TECA.
Hotel in a great location for concerts. Rooms comfortable but very hot and stuffy no windows to open and air conditioning very noisy. Breakfast was awful .. everything was cold from the hot selection even the coffee was cold .
Nice chain, convenient for exhibition centre and airport. Food options a bit limited but okay.
Friendly staff, conveniently located if you need quick access to the airport.
Great hotel for going to P&J live
Beautiful hotel, perfect for our event at P&J. Staff were lovely. Bar menu not really to our liking. And £15 to park is rather excessive.
All good, right next to P&J Live
I was disappointed as I had requested a room with a view over the concert hall. My husband has a disabled strciker, waiting on hop replacement. I asked fir the view so we could kep an eye on the queuing for the concert. On arrival reception acknowledged the request and said it had do not move on the booking so I assumed my request was granted. On arrival at the room we found we were overlooking the car park. I was disappointed especial considering the price of the room without breakfast. I was happy to pay the cost initially as all the rooms available overlooking the concert hall surely one could have been available. There couldnt have been so many requests the same as ours
Great hotel, very convenient for the P&J .only two negatives. 1 the windows need cleaning, when the sun hit them it was neigh on impossible to see out of them. 2 At £160 + per night i expected more than two sachets of coffee one of which was decafand not a biscuit in sight. Apart from these very small complaints we found this a very nice hotel with helpful friendly staff.
Ideally located to TECA. As we know rates vary but still felt stung that friends got B&B for LESS than we paid for RO. (Partner never eats breakfast but need to to pay for 2 as room had 2 people staying.)
Very good room , clean modern and friendly
It was easy to check in and out; all of the staff were friendly and my bed was incredibly comfortable. It truly exceeded my expectations.
Great location, very clean and good amenities. Would recommend for solo travel, safe and welcoming environment.
Food was great.
Ideal for an event at P&J Live. Parking is £15 a night.
Great experience. Loved the room. Everything i could ask for.
The car chargers don’t work and I was told on check they have been faulty for weeks
the Hotel and Staff was very pleasant - clean - good Food
Great location for a show at teca. Helpful and friendly staff. A great stay thank yiu
Great hotel for an overnight to attend a concert at P&J Live,
Lovely staff, lovely room and food was good but not brilliant. I had said that I would pay at hotel, when I got there they said the room was paid for but I had to pay for parking which I did. I checked my bank account just before we left and couldn’t see payment for the room , so when we left I asked at reception if they had payment. They said that it would be taken off the card that I had used to book which was also the one I used for the parking. Later that day I got an email to say that my room hadn’t been paid for I phoned them and was told that there was problem with their system and from what I could gather this had happened before. If that is the case then they really ought to get their systems sorted
Serene and modern.
Stayed before and always been a comfortable and pleasant stay
Really amazing experience
Third time here and we love it! Always a great sleep, relaxed bar for food and a beer. Staff well trained and great at their job
Comfortable and modern rooms for a night visiting P&J Parking should be included
Check in way delayed due to workers playing on phone. Parking is £15 a night for guests, what a shame.
Fantastic room with everything you nerd. Absolutely spotless. Couldn't fault and will definitely return when up at P+J live again.
Room was lovely. Hotel was lovely and really close to venue. The only thing we were annoyed about was the £15 parking charge!! When i booked this in September there was no mention of it. If we had known that, we would have questioned it then. We think its a bit ridiculous for 1 night of parking.
A great location for staying close to the P&J Live venue with decent amount of parking space. Staff were young, professional and friendly. The room was modern and well appointed with a comfy mattress. However, we couldn’t figure out if the temperature in the room could be reduced from 23 degrees C. The duvet was also very thick. It was an uncomfortable night. The whole building was very warm
Long check in but friendly when eventually served.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. The food options were poor and breakfast was limited.
Great place to stay, rooms are excellent and food is great. Will be back
Everything was good, quality of breakfast was good but not a big selection of hot food.
Nice location (for P&J Live), nice rooms, nice hotel overall
We have stayed here a few times now would not stay anywhere else brilliant stays and great base and food
Great hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean.
Great location for P & J Venue Staff friendly Nice room
Lovely hotel. Nice staff. Very clean. Really close to P&J. Would definitely stay again.
Booked the Aloft Aberdeen TECA as we were seeing a show at P&J live. The location was perfect as the arena was a 1 minute walk away. The rooms were spotless and really comfortable. Service of the food was slow but we were offered complimentary glass of wine to apologise for the delay. All in all, very happy with my stay at Aloft Aberdeen TECA.
Great service Clean modern rooms Really comfortable beds Would return if going to concert venue
Loved this hotel. Perfect location for the p&j live. Lovely staff, room was fab, great food and drink choice and parking available for small charge.
Breakfast very unorganised, got there at 10 am had to ask if we could have the table wiped ,response was oh do you want me to wipe it, no cups , no forks, and only three sausages, yes I appreciate that it was busy however some simple training would easily resolve this problem,
Nice hotel
Really cool modern hotel , 1 min walk from TECA - dining was limited and parking costs £15 - would stay again
Aloft was adjacent to our conference. Parking and access to the airport were great.
Great service nice and clean romans
Best room we have stayed in. Comfort second to none. Big shower king bed large tv Spotless. ONE MAJOR LET DOWN £15 TO PARK YOUR CAR for the night.
The hotel is really nice but a bit far from the city. It is good if you want peace and quiet ! It is not entirely quiet if you have someone walking along the corridor… I booked the hotel online but it did kit have the option to book breakfast together. It said I can order breakfast at the hotel which I did but it increased £10 pound when I booked it at the reception ? The hotel charged me £15 for parking !!!!! It is absolutely ridiculous . The others charge only £5. What a rip off …
Nice modern hotel. Comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast minimal n a bit disappointing.
The dryer took 3 hours to dry my clothes and I told them they should replace it or have it fixed. Otherwise our short stay was great. The staff was very accommodating and we had everything we needed.
Nicely designed room. Comfortable bed and great shower. The airport nearby didn't cause us any problems; in fact I enjoyed watching the planes and helicopters coming and going.
A tremendous stay and I rate all staff very highly with one exception. When trying to clarify a simple matter on pricing with a staff member we were made to feel unwelcome. The duty manager adopted a very accusatory tone and did not allow for an explanation of the circumstances and nor was I offered any apology for the confusion which the hotel had allowed to present itself in the first place. So, a very enjoyable stay during which all other interactions and transactions were perfectly pleasant and in a hotel which has fantastic facilities, cleanliness and atmosphere, somewhat tarnished by a duty manager who seemed more intent on pointing the finger than meeting the needs of her customers. Disappointed.
Lovely hotel. Staff were lovely & helpful. Rooms were amazing for an airport hotel, products in The shower 10/10. Definitely stay again.
It’s starting to get to be a bit dated but the big size accessibility rooms well make up for that, the buffet breakfast was nice and you had lots to choose from, I’d book again
Staff were amazing! All very helpful, friendly, and polite. Hotel very pet friendly. Rooms were clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.
Very well thought out hotel making for a welcoming and comfortable visit. We will definitely return.
Absolutely loved the room. It was spotlessly clean with really comfy beds and a small fridge which was really handy. I really liked the design of the rooms- a sliding door cordoned off the toilet and shower leaving the sink and dressing area free to use. I’ll definitely use this hotel again when I’m back in Aberdeen👍
Right beside the tecca building.
Great staff, clean and comfortable
Everything
Over priced meal menu is not great food is average rooms are great staff are very good service is great
This is one of the best budget priced chain hotels we have ever stayed in. The design of the room was fantastic, attention to detail using every inch of space was very effective. Terrific power shower with 2 shower heads, great toiletries plus really comfy bed. Above all it is located right next to the concert venue taking out a lot of stress. We parked by the hotel too for a small fee.
Nice room, very comfortable beds and the shower was wonderful. Considered staying an extra night it was such a nice place. Restaurant food was mediocre at best but live entertainment was great while enjoying a beverage from the bar. Breakfast was good with many slelectiona.
Perfect for concert
Lovely overnight stay at the Aloft Teca Aberdeen. Room was bright and modern. Bed was comfy and rain fall shower was amazing. Close to P&J Arena for show. Room was quiet and couldn’t hear anyone moving about. Breakfast there was lots of options, even for a super fussy son. Will definitely rebook and recommend to others.
Lovely hotel
Comfortable, clean and in a great location for the P&J arena or airport.
Lauren and Jamie were absolutely amazing. Hotel was lively, but quiet and definitely trendy. Rooms were spacious and I felt at home for my 5 days
Great stay. Very dog friendly. Food was good. Friendly staff
Lovely place to stay, ticked all the boxes. Staff were so nice too, especially the the young guy on reception. Chatty and welcoming and even offered us chocolate Easter eggs
Stayed for Comi Con and so close couldn't ask for better
immaculate, value for money
Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms clean and great price.
Loved the bedroom and shower, however the croissants were very hard as if had been left out, but everything else was good
Great hotel for going to p & j live
