The pool facilities were brilliant and very relaxing to enjoy as part of the stay. Buffet breakfast was one of the best i have had for a long while. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Parking was a bit of a walk from the accommodation but drop off point at front of hotel means you don't need to carry heavy bags far.

The pool changing area could do with a bit of an upgrade. The gym area was small so it felt busy with only a few users. Parking was an additional £15 a night in under ground car park which seems a bit steep when staying at hotel.

Closeness to OJ Live, very comfortable and Support for disabled and elderly was excellent and staff very helpful

Location easy to get too bus car or train. Once you walk into the hotel it has this lovely smell and it is so big when you walk in. Receptionist was very helpful and wonderful. when I arrived he checked to see if my room was ready as I was a little early which it was .Room was immaculate everything you need. Bed was so comfy and pillows so soft. Nice big shower and nice hot shower. Plenty wardrobe space. Next door to the teca which is handy if you have a concert to go to in which I had that night Breakfast wow alot to choose from and being a local lass butteries was there aswell. 😊It was amazing… could not fault the buffet breakfast at all. I used the jacuzzi & steam room nice and relaxing… all staff front of house, spa area and breakfast area are so friendly and very helpful. Next time I have a concert definitely going to be booking here again.

Bar staff (some) not well trained. Bar had empty bottles and glasses lying on bar and tables, bar was not busy so could have been tidied up. Asked for a not unusual drink and I had to explain what it was. Asked for Irish coffee one said we don’t do it asked for a coffee machine broken asked for brandy served in a hi ball glass I asked I would like a brandy glass we don’t have them.

Perfect location for Andre Riue concert.. bed very comfortable and had a delicious meal at the quarter house.. staff very pleasant which always makes any hotel stay a perfect experience.Stayed at Hilton twice this year already and will be again in 2 weeks for the Westlife concert!!

My room was next to the main staff stores on the first floor and it was very loud with banging and getting stuff at all times. Also, for a chilled couple of days away, you could not connect anything to the tv in the room and only had basic free view so, it was either watch the news or whatever was on the odd chanel you could get. Further, work was being done in the pool/sauna/spa area so this was limited access and/or closed.

Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist 3 Minuten vom Fligplatz entfernt, aber man hört keinerlei Fluglärm. Der Wunsch nach einem späteren check out wurde freundlich gewährt. Besonders war der Wasserkocher mit Tassen und Tee und Kaffeeauswahl.

Fehlender Bademantel ;Im Zimmer fehlt der zweite Stuhl und die Möglichkeit zum Frisieren, da im Bad der Fön nicht funktioniert.

The pool and leisure facilities were great. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

The TV in the room was out of sync and had only a few working channels. You also couldn’t connect a laptop to the tv to watch entertainment of your choice. This stay for us was an escape to relax and watch shows of our choice- this limited this. Breakfast finished quite early- 9:30 rather than the usual 10am of other hotels. Room service was nice but took almost an hour to arrive.

Stayed here as a family for 3 nights. Hotel is lovely and beds were so comfortable in both of our rooms. Location was great for us as not noisy despite being close to the airport, and easy to get out of the city, without having to navigate heavy traffic. The pool was a bit dark, and there was no water in the dispenser for use after the sauna, though this could be avoided by taking your own! On our second day, I went down to the spa/pool to ask if we needed to bring coins for lockers. I didn’t even get to speak before a rude young woman working on the desk snapped at me that it’s not kids time at the pool. We didn’t even have any swimwear on, nor bring anything down with us, so absolutely no reason to even assume that we were there to use the pool, or speak to anyone so rudely in any case. The breakfast was lovely, with a vast selection, but the amount of flies on the food, every morning was pretty disgusting. The rooms were comfortable and the rest of the staff except the one at the spa reception, were lovely.

The hotel is great and very close to the airport. Really spacious and comfortable rooms. Very clean too. The restaurant was extremely busy, it did take a little while to get food out but we didn’t mind and recognised how busy it was. They also allow dogs in the bar. We want to thank and commend Emma and Craig who took care of us. They were non-stop the entire night and we thought they were fantastic. Very hardworking and polite.

Good location for travelling to and from airport. Fair prices considering the quality of the rooms and amenities you get. Recommend booking in restaurant as it was extremely busy the night we went. Stayed for one night: Positives - enjoyed the spa, great breakfast, all very clean, nice comfortable beds. Midday checkout was appreciated! Negatives - underwhelming evening meal and a long wait at reception on arrival. Would stay again.

Another good night in the Hilton Aberdeen TECA although the AC in room 403 was struggling a little. Staff were great and the bed was comfortable. No food this time just a quick overnight.

This hotel was next to airport. Indoor pool and spa were very attractive and luxurious. Room was spacious and comfortable. However, the club lounge does not provide breakfast and also did not provide free soft drink except for providing in happy hour. Hilton elite members can have free breakfast in lobby restaurant.

Spotless, comfortable room. Quiet, handy with airport. Very friendly and super-helpful staff. Pool and health suit just what I needed after a long haul flight. Breakfast was good.

Restaurant closed at 9.30pm and there are no light meal/snack options after that. If you are arriving late and don’t want to go out again, make sure you pick up a sandwich or something for dinner - otherwise you will be limited to a bag of crisps from the bar. There’s not even a vending machine.

Stayed at the Hilton Aberdeen Teca for business for 1 night. Lovely hotel with an amazing, modern design. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities required for an excellent stay. Located right next to the airport was an added bonus- 10 minutes in a taxi. I also dined in the restaurant during the evening, with a great menu selection and excellent meal. Staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly I would stay here again

A very modern hotel close to the airport and an arena for concerts and shows with buses to the city centre every 15 mins . The Hotel was staffed by very polite employees who were knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The restaurant meals were of fresh produce and where possible locally sourced. A great range of options for breakfast made our stay there very enjoyable

The evening meal and buffet breakfast was very good.the bed was comfortable and the room was modern and clean.

35 minutes to get booked in , surprise at the car park charge ,although I admit I didn't read it correctly on the booking page. Restaurant was closed for an hour meaning I couldn't freshen up before dinner. The extraction fan was on all night meaning I barely got any sleep.

An extremely comfortable modern hotel with excellent facilities - great spa and 20m swimming pool and masses of underground parking. Very easy to get to and also easy to access all parts of Aberdeen in 15 minutes. We were travelling to the Aquatic Centre each day, which was very easy. The best value hotel we’ve been to in Aberdeen - and we come three times a year. Food good with some local favour. Staff universally polite and super helpful. Rooms spacious. Negatives - not many. Bed too firm for my liking. Shower curtains rather than glass panels.

Stayed here for 1 night. the staff at reception are very friendly and also staff in restaurant friendly and helpful aswell. Rooms are very large and luxurious bed was so comfy and I was grateful of having AC as was hot that day. Ig flat screen tv aswell. Everything from kettle to fridge iron safe ect in the room. Shower room was large also great power in shower. Enjoyed my stay very much and woukd highly recommend anyone to stay there as was very enjoyable

Today my wife and I went to the Hilton Hotel at P&J Live near Aberdeen with our friends for lunch and a few drinks. It was my first visit, although my friend’s wife had been there before. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our table straight away. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Everything looked clean and well looked after, and even the toilets were spotless. My friend and I both had the Balmoral chicken, my wife chose the spinach and ricotta tortellini, and our friend’s wife had the Caesar salad with chicken instead of anchovies. All the meals arrived nicely presented, were served hot, and tasted delicious. There wasn’t a single complaint from any of us. For dessert, we had sticky toffee pudding with ice cream, chocolate torte, and our friends shared the cheese and oatcakes. They enjoyed them so much they asked if they could have a few more oatcakes. The waitress kindly checked, but came back to say there would be an extra charge of a few pounds. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would have been a nice gesture if a few extra oatcakes had been included at no extra cost. One thing to bear in mind is that the drinks, especially the beer and wine, are quite pricey. Our bill came to around £225 for the four of us. Even so, we all agreed it was a lovely afternoon spent with good friends, enjoying excellent food, friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a nice meal in comfortable surroundings.

Parking charges added to cost of stay. Glad it was a nice day as if it was raining, you would be wet walking to car park entrance, which is about 200m away. No dinner option on booking.com website. Would have got a better and cheaper deal booking direct through Hilton. Bed was too firm-pillow were too big Evening meal was slightly dry and overcooked. Tables in bar are edged with a metal edging, which when you touch with your arm or hand, makes your skin smell of metal.

From check in, to breakfast to the pool, bar and everything in between checking out, was so easy, efficient and positive. Every member of staff were warm, cooling and happy to help. I would give more stars if I could.

The bar area not the cleanest loads of dirty glasses sat on the bar , tables weren’t clean for sitting at in the evening or for breakfast which let it down a lot.The beds were quite uncomfortable and pillows too and the room wasnt the cleanest they ought to try dusting above the beds and the shower grout needs cleaned! Standard of cleanliness needs improving!

We have stayed here recently a couple of times and our stays have been wonderful. Each time we have been upgraded to an executive room as diamond members. Big thanks to Jennifer at checkin who keeps in constant touch with you during your stay to ensure you are fully satisfied. Thankyou to the fantastic exec lounge staff Bea, William and Joy who look after your needs very well. Beer, wines and soft drinks are help yourself and the staff serve you spirits if you require them. Canapés are available and each night are varied. This is by far in my opinion one of the best Hilton hotels for the best breakfast. The food choice and variation is outstanding. Simply delicious. We took advantage of the large pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi while visiting and the facilities were great. There are infrared sun loungers designed for relaxation and are fabulous for unwinding. The hotel is quite remote but buses pass by every 20 minutes to take you into the city centre. Thankyou for another wonderful stay.

Being double charged on both debit and credit cards and given the run around for days, with excuses. My bank has had to open a fraud report on the cards due to Hilton refusing to issue a refund

The car park is £15 a night, which is utterly ridiculous, when I could of parked 5mins away and walked to the hotel entrance, We came down for breakfast, usual continental buffet style, except alot worse tasting than a premier inn, which we was then told before we went in, it was £20 each, if the hotel had anything close to it, I would of went elsewhere, What we had was a basic, disgusting £4 cafe breakfast, being generous.

My friends and I booked the moonlight spa package and had a wonderful stay. Rooms are so clean and fresh and airy, spa experience was fabulous with Hannah, staff all so friendly, but special mention to Dylan who looked after us at dinner, he was so lovely! Good breakfast selection, and omelettes, poached eggs made to order. We will definitely be back.

Great for being at the conference

The breakfast was fantastic!!! I love the new and improved set up! The food and beverage team were so attentive and friendly. The supervisor Rachel was lovely and The bartender Esti made me the most wonderful coffee. The reception team Kieran, Will and Managers Marija and Mark remembered me from previous visits which was so nice and made my trip extra special! I Will definitely be back for the next concert and cocktail of the month! Thank you Hilton team!

Visited this hotel on a number of occasions to visit family in Aberdeen. Staff are always friendly & go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Shout out to Victoria in reception & William In lounge but all the staff are great! Good swimming pool.

Check In - is like a marathon - every guest had issues - not a simple process that is for sure. Car Parking cost and even though we paid £30 for the 2 night stay we have received a txt saying we need to pay - this will be a major issue to sort out. The pillows are awful.

Nice hotel with comfy beds and a good breakfast. It used to have one of the best executive lounges outside of London (before covid) but now its extremely basic. First exec lounge ive known to not even offer soft drinks during the day. Considering the exec rooms aren't much different to the standard rooms its really not worth the extra. The breakfast was really good. A comfy stay but for the price of fhe rooms there are much better value hotels around.

Even though this is right in my doorstep I hadn't been to Hilton Aberdeen TECA until now. The minute you step into the forum you can see this place is good. The receptionist was extremely polite and accommodating. We stayed in a king executive Room on the fourth floor and it was beautiful. Spacious, Clean, well laid out and a beautiful bathroom. The beds as expected were extremely comfortable and immaculate. We went to the spa when we arrived and went into the gorgeous pool, steam and sauna which looked like it had just been built a few months ago. There is also a great compact gym located downstairs which we took advantage of in the morning before we had a sumptuous breakfast. This is a great hotel that we will revisit regularly. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
