The staff and the room was a little worn but comfy.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very short walk to P & J Live.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were great. Room was a bit tired but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Would be happy to stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. Toiletries were provided. The hotel was easy to get to by bus from central Aberdeen. There was a good selection of tea etc plus biscuits.

On entering the room, there was a smell of mustiness. It may be because the room hadn't been aired in a while. There were hot chocolate sachets but these were wrinkled, suggesting that they had been there a long time, so we didn't use them. Around the half-door of the bath/shower, there are some areas of black mould. Breakfast was ok but the corn flakes didn't have the full-bodied taste you would normally expect so again I wondered how long the individual packets had been kept for. The hotel was fine for a one-night stay but I think it could do with updating.

Lovely staff, slightly dated building, very close to the airport (5 mins door to door). Bath and shower excellent, and breakfast exactly what was needed.

Be prepared for the noise: 1. Directly under the main runway flight path means planes and helicopters taking off directly above you from 0600 to 2200. Ear plugs reduce most of it, but be ready 2. Some internal doors slam, and noise carries down corridors 3. Doors to rooms need to be pulled hard to close, then slam. (Could probably sort that with some silicon grease) Beds 1. Mattress is a cheap and very, very soft Ikea mattress - really not very comfortable 2. Mattress covers are also of the awful plastic variety - very uncomfortable to sleep on with 0 breathability - made worse by a super soft mattress Wifi Whilst free and easy to access, I found it to barely have any bandwidth to speak of, so reverted to hotspotting (which also struggles due to lack of signal, but somehow still better) Alarm clock next to bed Had been set to 2330 or so by a previous occupant (thanks for the trolling). Turnover staff could do with making sure alarms are cleared

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from P&J Live Aberdeen. It’s a very quiet hotel, apart from the odd Aeroplane flying overhead. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and great value too.

The bedroom is a little old fashioned in its decor.

Everything was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Aberdeen.

My first time staying in the Craighaar Hotel and I absolutely loved my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing (both dinner and breakfast) and extremely good value for money and even the drinks from the bar were reasonably priced. The location has loads to offer, with the entrance to a beautiful parkland right next door that you can walk through, which ultimate leads to the TECA/P&J Live arena. It's great for plane spotting too, being so close to the airport. Having had a 1 night stay, I cannot wait to return again sometime soon, to explore more of the area.

There was honestly not a single thing I can put here - everything was perfect!

The location is excellent for TECA. The food and service were exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were very good. Top quality and very reasonably priced with nice service. Excellent shower in a very clean bathroom.

Our room was very small. It was a twin which we chose however the single beds were too soft , unsupportive and overall uncomfortable. The room decor was slightly tired and the curtains didn’t close properly. Needs some attention

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and this time I stayed for three nights on business. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout my stay, and the food was excellent, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the room was quite outdated in terms of décor and was also very hot, with no fan available to help cool it down. The biggest issue, however, was the internet connection., I had the same problem the last time I stayed which was several months agao. The Wi-Fi was diabolical both times, and I had no connection in my room for the entire three-night stay. As I was travelling for business, this meant I was unable to carry out my work. I reported the issue on numerous occasions and was repeatedly told that it would be resolved the following day, but unfortunately this never happened. Overall, I found the experience extremely disappointing, particularly as reliable internet access was essential for my business trip. Despite the friendly staff and excellent food, I informed my company I do not wish to stay at this hotel again.

The staff at reception, breakfast staff, cleaning staff did an excellent job.

A lovely well positioned and comfortable hotel. My only criticism was one of the mattresses seemed tired and uncomfortable, but a minor gripe o in the grand scheme of things.. many thanks. We’ve shared the link with our family and will stay again.

Location is good it’s easy to find just a few minutes of the new bypass. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast is a lot more than you can eat .

There is nothing really that can improve the Craighaar we have stayed there a few times and found that the staff are very helpful and polite everything at the hotel was perfect lovely and quiet

Firstly I found the corridor had quite a dated almost smoky smell, then there’s the beds in my room, I had a twin to myself and I have both beds a try over the 3 nights and both of them were so uncomfortable, new mattresses wouldn’t go amiss. BUT in saying all that I did like the hotel. Oh & I was asked on arrival if I’d please settle my bill, when Infact I’d paid it at the end of July, then the last night I received an email asking if I’d please settle my bill, when checking out I asked again to confirm it was paid, the gentleman said yes he’d check, but it was ok they had my card details!

This was a great value for the 2 nights we stayed there. Breakfast were very good with everything we needed. We also did have dinner there and it was good also.

A little outdated but clean and they did have a few dead plants in the window boxes not sure if that was a thing.

Close to P&J live, city centre and old Aberdeen well deserved by bus (bus stop at less than 5 mn walk). Room very clan at the arrival and each day after make up, personnel very helpful and kindness. Comfy bed.

To be avoided by noise-sensitive people: airplanes and helicopters all the day because the proximity with the airport.

The rooms are a little on the small side, but also quite smart and clean. My room had a coffee machine which was good. Staff were great, breakfast actually cooked to order rather than picked from a hot plate.

Very friendly staff. Anything I ask for was sorted quicly. Spaces room, very clean toilets. Little one was amased by the airplanes landing, you could not hear them from the rooms.

Got there at 10pm and walking through all the coridor doors with lugages feelt a long walk to the room, but nothing else.

We had a wonderful stay at this.hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast options are very good. Staff is very professional and pleasant. Hotel looks newly renovated and is overall looking cozy. Plenty of parking available.

No complaints from us. I imagine some people might find planes that fly over since early morning a little bothersome but we enjoyed the show.

First time staying at this hotel and we were not disappointed. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We had dinner and breakfast, both excellent and good value. I love that it is not the regular buffet breakfast, apart from pastries and cereals. Hot breakfast is ordered from the menu. All of the staff we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful. This will now be our go to hotel on our trips to Aberdeen. Great location for us too. Superb value for money.

Very hot day, therefore quite hot in the room. But still the towel heater was on upon arrival. This is a bit careless. Seems like the room could have been fresher and my sleep better.

The only thing I didn't like was that there seemed to be a shortage of bath/ shower mats and the first time I took a shower I nearly fell due to there being no mat in my room and I had to ask for one twice before getting it

The hotel is very well located, especially for the airport. Ample free car parking. All the staff were absolutely lovely and demonstrated excellent customer service, with a smile. The hotel is clean, well furnished and there are lots of communal areas. Breakfast was excellent !

The decor is quite dark throughout the hotel. Both bedrooms were "tired" and in need of updating.

Comfortable room and modern bathroom.

Stayed in one of the suites & especially liked there was an upstairs & downstairs. Somehow it felt more, at home. Bed was super comfy & weather was so nice I slept with windows open. Staff was always helpful :)

Das Hotel hat ein gutes Restaurant. Das Frühstück war gut, das Zimmer war groß.

Das Bett für zwei Personen war maximal 1,40 m breit, obwohl es sich um ein Executive Doppelzimmer handelte. Das ist schon extrem schmal. Auch roch es überall muffig und es war ein alter Teppich im Zimmer.

Night team member was an absolute legend and managed to help out family members stuck in a terrible situation .

The hotel is ideally located near to Aberdeen Airport, which was convenient for me, and an easy journey by car into the city. There is an excellent bar, well stocked, and very good breakfast foods in a comfortable setting. My stay was excellent, comfortable, and enjoyable, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Private car parking is ample, and at the hotel entrance.

Staff didn’t allow my food order from outside. Halal food wasn’t available in the hotel restaurant and I ordered halal food from an outside restaurant. Which was really annoying.
