Hotel Amber Pattaya

Lage, Personal, Ausstattung.

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen!

clean and great staff. Tom is amazing

Lovely place. No negatives

All good

Schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage, netter Pool

Hele fijne service gehad.

Room was clean Staff was excellent (kee) Guest friendly

Location , facilities and friendly staff

Nice facilities. Very clean

I can hear the subtle noise from the clubs, but nothing really disturbing.

kee I really enjoyed the hotel, the service and the atmosphere here. The breakfast and lunch were excellent.

Amazing location, great hotel, Iv stayed here multiple times, can’t fault it, and will stay again soon

Poor area can get full and not many sun lounges in Sun

The property is a quiet oasis amidst Pattaya’s bustling nightlife, conveniently located just 200 metres from the main entertainment areas. Despite its central location, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day or night out. Breakfast was delicious, with an excellent variety of fresh and high-quality options available to suit different tastes and preferences. The extensive selection ensured there was something for everyone and provided a great start to each day. The pool and overall facilities were outstanding, well maintained, and ideal for relaxation. The on-site massage parlour offered professional and rejuvenating treatments, while the restaurant served excellent food with attentive service and a diverse menu. Overall, the combination of the peaceful setting, convenient location, excellent amenities, and quality dining made for a highly enjoyable and memorable stay. I would happily recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

Location in the centre of town was excellent but still quiet.

Balcony was very small

Love how helpful all the staff is, as well as the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Most relaxing hotel ever.

Well priced and clean.

Pool is nice but requires some tile maintenance.

I have stayed here many times because the rooms are quiet, the beds comfortable and the Aircon is quiet. Nice swimming pool area and very friendly staff

I love how the hotel is nestled away from the busy area that it's in - but within walking distance to the heart of Pattaya. It's literally a 3 min. walk into Soi Buakhao, LK Metro, and other surrounding areas. Every room at the hotel has a private balcony overlooking the pool which is a plus and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The service provided by the staff was 10/10. Thank you to the staff member Tom for being so polite and courteous each time we saw him in the lobby. He was very helpful suggesting places to go and helpful with our bags. The pool area is super nice and relaxing as well. During our 3 night stay someone came by to see if we wanted our room serviced.

I loved my short stay at this hotel. Kee was incredibly helpful and friendly, without a doubt! Not to downplay the rest of the team—everyone was warm and attentive. It's a great hotel, perfect for relaxing with all the comfort you need. Highly recommended!

The breakfast room is just too small for the number of guests.

Zentrale Lage trotzdem nachts ruhig

The quality of this hotel for the price is unbeatable. The staff are super helpful, everything you need is right there including massage, mini shop and the pool bar and restaurant. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are great.

The gym is great however so small that if one other person uses weights there is only some cardio equipment left to use however Nice view by the pool and a sauna out the back.

Excellent motel, staff very friendly highly recommended

Highly recommend this beautiful, centrally located hotel. Excellent rooms, pool, gym and restaurant. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff were outstanding, always helpful and super friendly. One staff member, Tangkwa, always went above and beyond with her great service and friendly smile.

Nice Hotel with beautiful trees around, the swimming pool was nice, the Restaurant was nice, the staff were kind.

Staff extremely friendly, very clean comfortable and close to all attractions

Chian was very helpful and very friendly location was really good for what I came for. My first time in Pattaya and will stay again on my next trip.

Couldn’t really find anything to fault

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would especially like to thank Khun OO from the Reservations team. She was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the booking process. She recommended the most suitable room for my stay and explained all the room options and facilities clearly, making it easy to choose the right one. Her excellent service made a great first impression and contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Mooie kamers

Ontbijt viel tegen

The location is great, rooms are clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The staff are kind and friendly. Noey, Kee, Meaw and Pai stood out amongst the staff and truly made our experience great.

Breakfast wide variety very good. Staff excellent very warm and accommodating. Overall highly recommended the hotel Amber. I’ll be back that’s for sure.

The location was great, bed was so comfortable and staff were extremely helpful.

Maybe the pool as it was very exposed.

The location is convenient while still being a bit removed from the action. The staff were great to deal with, helpful and friendly regardless of the time of day. The bed was very comfortable!

I have nothing negative to note about my stay.

Location is wonderful and stIll quiet and calm hidden away from noisy soi. Bed was so soft and luxurious. Breakfast is worth the money. Pool is great. Hotel is beautiful.

Occasional hiccups in WIFI connection.

Werde sicher wiederkommen.

This is a little gem. Having stayed here a few times now, the standard has never waivered. I like everything about the place, from the staff to the location, to the comfort and standard of the rooms. In addition, in March 2026 I had to "cancel" a stay due to the activity in the gulf. The hotel was so helpful and allowed a full refund, even though according to the terms and conditions that I had signed, they could have just kept my money. They did not, meaning that I stayed there again in July and there is no reason for me to stay anywhere else - thank you bookings manager, good call. Highly recommended.

Mooi gezellig Hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Toplocatie

Het eten was vrij duur. Tax en service kosten zijn niet vermeld. Daardoor is het eten vrij duur

Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

In het zwembad waren enkele tegeltjes los.
