It's a great hotel a little old and big apartment type rooms just what I look for

I’m a returning guest! Fantastic in all aspects! From arrival to departure all was again fabulous; from the staff service to the very large junior suite (60 sqm!!!) with comfy bed and great shower and kitchenette, the delicious breakfast at “Spice Cafe”, very tasty cocktails at the cozy “Gin Bar” to the modern fitness center and the beautiful pool …and all areas had fast WiFi! I also enjoyed the free shuttle service to Central Shopping and short walk to famous Soi Bukao with tons of entertainment and dining! I ordered room service at the hotel and the Wagyu burger was super delicious! The hotel is very peaceful at night which is a treat after a busy day! Highly recommended!

The bed was comfortable, The two bedroom suite is clean and a comfortable size. The staff did accommodate a slight modification to the rooms kitchen and installed a cooktop after asking about why it looks like a kitchen but actually isn't one.

Where do I start. The hotel pool, was shut down when you actually would want to use the pool. It closed at 8:00 and they put orange chicken fencing around it to prevent people from going into it I suppose. Never seen that before. Normally a sign is sufficient. A child is going to get tangled on that fensing/netting and drown. It's a danger for sure. The room was twice the pricing of other comparable hotel rooms. Charging regular rates despite it being the low season. Not here though. It is clear this hotel is on its last legs. We've all seen enough Gordon Ramsay shows to know when the owners start to Nickle and dime everything and cheap out on expenses, they are hemorrhaging money and will soon fail. Silly rules, to save a dime here and a dime there. The breakfast buffet, was simply a choice of several dishes over rice or noodles. They had "a western breakfast" of eggs and toast with some sandwich meats. The cost is the same as larger chain buffet breakfasts. It is far enough away from the party beach and noise but it was literally unknown from every bike driver I got to take me back. At least twice a day I would go back and forth from the beach or mall, each time having to explain where this hotel was. Several times being taken to some other similar sounding named hotel. Taxi drivers not knowing where it is, could be due to it being new? But it isn't a new spot. It's just not very well known. Several nights I was there the entire wing I was in all 6 floors was empty. Sad to see actually. The hotel has great potential.

The rooms were big

This was a very bad experience. Starting with check-in walking in and smelling the chemical perfume that smelled musty. The place is incredibly rundown. The woman check in the end was aggressive and not polite. We asked about parking he told us to go try and find something. Decor in the rooms are strange. Air conditioners are loud and ineffective.

I always stay here when in Pattaya. The current management has really improved the whole complex. Rooms clean, in good repair. facilities all available and excellent value.

The was an odour in the room, not a strong odour but enough to take the gloss off a good stay.

I liked the the bed, it was very comfortable. The staff was excellent!

I didn't like the AC in the bedroom. It was very weak, I woke up sweating multiple times. The shower was horrible, the water pressure was very weak for hot water. I had to increase the cold water in order to get decent water pressure, but doing that made the shower warm instead of hot. I also didn't like that I saw some roaches in the bathroom.

A strange smell in the room, air con in the famiy room wouldn't cool the room.

Расположение в тихом месте, большая гостиная и мастер спальня. Хороший, чистый бассейн, хороший ресторан с европейской кухней, есть чем покормить детей. Рядом 7/11 и массажный салон. Воду приносили каждый день.

Очень мало посуды и приборов, нет плиты, только микроволновая печь и чайник. Вторая спальня без окна, как кладовка. Нет балконной мебели.

I liked that the rooms were huge. I liked the full kitchen. I like that it was in walking distance to soi Buacao. Seven Eleven was close the staff was great.

No TV in my bedroom. The beds were a little hard for me.

The property is good. Just a bit dated. Needs a bit of TLC. But really good value for money

This place needs to be remodeled and updated. It had mildew in the shower area . The furniture in the room is old and beat up.

Location was great 10 minutes walk to bars restaurants but quiet at night..staff were nice and friendly and rooms were huge and cleaned every day..hotel and a tranquil and laid back feel to it

Die Sweet war super eingerichtet, eine komplette Küche mit 4 Kochplatten und Backofen eingebaut. Das Frühstück war dem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis entsprechend, hätte etwas Abwechslungsreicher sein können, aber nichts zu beanstanden.

I liked it very much, nice staff very attentive and polite, the hotel is small but homely, real nice and clean, furniture very nice and comfortable, i never tasted the food, but it looked good, my room was a junior suite, very nice everthing you need, as soon as you open the door, ok the view was not much but there was a balcony, nice idea of the air con in the bedroom. Lift fast, my bed was comfortable and the pillows, wi fi good.

Meidän vakiohotelli Pattayalla ja tulemme ihan varmasti uudelleen. Todella rauhallinen sijainti kolmoskadulla, helppo ja lyhyt kävelyreitti soi Buakhaolle, paljon palveluita lähellä. Nopea wifi. Hissi. Kuntosali. Hyvä uima-allas. Paljon parkkitilaa autolle. Ravintolassa hyvää ruokaa, hyviä tarjouksia. Huoneet ovat täällä kaikki tilavia sviittejä, entisiä luksusasuntoja. Ihana ja tilava parveke. Useimmissa huoneistoissa kaksi vessaa. Pinnat hieman kuluneet mutta hotelli on hyvin ylläpidetty. Iso jääkaappi ja hyvä keittiö. Hintalaatu on mahtava verrattuna ylihintaisiin Hiltoneihin.

Hotelli oli selvästi petrannut viime kerrasta, pieniä puutteita oli laitettu kuntoon joten vaikea keksiä moitittavaa. Ehkä kuitenkin se, että viereisessä huoneessa oli toistuvasti häiritsevää käytöstä klo 5 yöllä ja henkilökunta ei puuttunut siihen mitenkään. Lähtöpäivänä henkilökunta ei ollut halukas järjestämään meille taksia vaan se piti itse tilata. Pieniä juttuja, ei mitään isoa. Ai niin, jotta pääsee kävelemään keskustaan, pitää aina ylittää kolmoskatu, ja se on ajoittain todella haastavaa. Tämä on selkeä miinus.

Erittäin loistava sviitti 58 euron vrk hintaan. Siivous joka päivä. Ystävällinen staff.

Vom Checkin bis zum Checkout war alles sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Hotel ist sauber. Es ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Mitarbeiter machen das Beste daraus. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Parken ob Auto oder Moped kein Problem.

Ich konnte nichts negatives feststellen.

Little old Furniture

Myself and my wife had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel is dated but all facilities worked fine. Rooms cleaned daily and the restaurant food was good. The location is good and within walking distance to amenities. Highly recommend 👌

Unable to secure late checkout.

Хотела като цяло е ок, малко старичък, по-големия проблем е отношението на някои хора от персонала, особено жената на рецепция нощна смяна на 01.01.26 срещу 02.01.2026, за 3ти пореден ден в хотела свиреше някаква аларма и оглушаваше целия хотел в 23:30 вечерта, отидох да питам какво става, тя не вдигна глава от телефона, а просто каза, ще го оправим, почаках малко и поисках да говоря с управителя, тя отново без да вдигне глава от телефона каза, "утре сутрин", ако искам да стоя там цяла нощ, управителя щял да дойде сутринта, на следващата вечер за жалост пак беше тя, отидох да питам за управителя пак, понеже ме нямаше цял ден, тя отново на телефона и докато се опитвах да говоря с нея, дойде някакъв чужденец очевидно гаджето й, тя си излезна самодоволно и отиде да си държаг ръцете на пейката пред хотела

Extrem de murdar. Lenjerii pătate, prosoape negre de murdărie. AC ul din cameră nu funcționa.

הזמנו סוויטה ללילה אחד, חדר נקי שרןתים כפולים, מטבחון ,המיקום היה בסדר גמור במקום מרכזי צוות אדיב.

Понравилось, второй раз здесь, все хорошо, в номере конечно можно сделать ремонт, но все чисто и все работает, место отличное, все близко, даже если пешком.

Обновить ремонт, скорее только пол.

Отель старенький конечно. Но в целом неплохо. Завтраки хорошие, в номерах уборка каждый день.

По хорошему пора делать ремонт. Полотенца старенькие.

Superb facility. Ample space. Good breakfast. Staff is super attantive. Gave us free ride to nearby locations. Ideal for families.

Närheten till 7/11, och rökning på balkongen. Generellt bra.
