Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Location is good. well-connected close to metro station. locality felt safer than rest of the Delhi.
you walk in find ur dorm bed is mess and room was smelling. you tell the staff to fix it and thankfully they send somone to fix it. Meanwhile you go to washroom to freshen up and the toilet flush was broken and bathroom was dirty. Ac has timings I mean ok but what if i am only in the room when ac is turned off by the staff and why should i pay full price for such scam. I had a long day and no options available at that time but you do have time so make a wise choice.

It's basically a dorm/hostel. Not hotel. So that kind of hotel service is not available.

It's a really bad place. they provide me the wrong room. no water at all in the bathroom!! they don't want to refound. no towels provided. I had to fight for a refund and after a long time I got it and went to a different place I couldn't stay there.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The location was comfortable and safe. Rooftop was spacious and private and good to be at. Few staff were polite and friendly, few were just blank, not exactly how it works in hospitality. Bunk beds were comfortable.
They have a weird ac policy, with timings. That was not mentioned before. We book ac dorm because we want ac full time, it's summer. And with the particular ac timing I was burnt up inside in the heat. The water wasn't there at times, and the toilets stink after a while. Though the staff apologised for it, it wasn't helpful because it was stinking.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Out of all the staff, there was just 1 man who attended to us and was really helpful. He helped us with early check in and was really polite too. My bad, I didn't ask his name. The location is pretty good, the room is big, washroom is decent.
Apart from 1 person, the rest of the staff were just clueless and lacked communication skills, problem solving skills, and seemed unbothered about everything. We had water issues on both the days in the private room, AC cooling issue (should be maintained regularly).

When we checked in at 2:30PM, there was no water and the water tanker arrived around 5-5:30 pm. We couldn't freshen up or take a bath and sat in the noisy room waiting for water. The device to switch to tap from shower was broken and we were told that plumber will come tomorrow (after we check out).

Well, the place didn’t look like in the pictures. The room was full of mould, and it felt unhealthy. The toilet itself was clean but shower curtains and other accessories were sticky and very very dirty. Only ONE plug worked so we had problems charging our phones and using electronics.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025Heel goed gelegen, vlakbij metrostation Saket.
