I had an amazing stay here as a solo traveler. If you're looking for a hostel where it's easy to meet people and make friends, this is definitely the place.

I have stayed at a lot of hostels as a solo traveler and this is by far the best one yet!!! The staff are make sure you are included and have fun!

It was my first experience staying in a backpacker hostel and it was good. Nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. The mattresses are almost too soft, but comfortable enough. The vibe in the common areas is great if you want to meet people

Even with a larger dorm configuration, the custom-built bunk beds offer incredible privacy, zero creaking, and plenty of headroom. You genuinely feel like you have your own private micro-cabin. The social atmosphere here is unmatched. It has that authentic, community-driven backpacker spirit where it’s incredibly easy to strike up a conversation with fellow travelers from all over the world. The lounge is beautiful, filled with natural light, comfortable seating, and a highly aesthetic design that makes you just want to hang out and relax. A huge shoutout to the management and staff—they are the heart of this place. They are professional, deeply passionate about guest satisfaction, and run the hostel like a well-oiled machine. They genuinely care about your experience and make sure everyone feels safe, included, and comfortable. Heistel isn't just a place to sleep; it’s an entire experience. I recently stayed at Heistel, and I can confidently say it is one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was incredibly welcoming, warm, and energetic. The design of the place is exceptionally well thought out. The dorm rooms are immaculate, spacious, and don’t feel crowded at all. I stayed in a 8 bed setup, and I was genuinely impressed by how quiet, organized, and clean it was kept throughout my stay. The beds are super comfortable, featuring high-quality linens, private reading lights, universal charging ports, and solid privacy curtains that give you your own personal space whenever you need it. There are also huge, secure lockers under the beds, which gave me total peace of mind regarding my luggage and laptop. The common areas are where Heistel truly shines. There’s a fantastic balance between spaces to socialize and quiet corners to get work done. The Wi-Fi is blazing fast and reliable, making it a dream spot for digital nomads or anyone needing to take a quick video call. It’s also incredibly easy to meet people here; the hostel hosts great community events that bring everyone together naturally without feeling forced. The bathrooms and showers were spotless, with excellent water pressure and constant hot water, which is a massive plus for a busy hostel. The location is also perfect—tucked away enough to offer a peaceful night's sleep, but just a stone's throw away from great cafes, local spots, and public transport. Whether you are a solo traveler looking to make lifelong friends or a professional looking for a vibrant, productive environment, Heistel is the place to be. I like the atmosphere of the hostel,it feels so safe and comfortable. Location is amazing,near to Saket metro ,gate no.2. Staff are amazing... Services are on point. You feel like your are at home.

Exceeded all my expectations! My experience staying at this hostel was wonderful. From the smooth check-in to the peaceful ambiance, everything was spot on. The property is very well-kept, clean, and has a great energy that makes it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff/management deserves a special mention for being so helpful and polite. Will definitely choose this place again for my next visit!

Proximity to metro station.

It's not a hotel. Its just like a average quality hostel. Mattress was not at all comfortable. Washrooms also very average quality, cleanliness not upto mark. Moreover, no almirah/cupboard/hanger in the room.

Dorms are specious and clean. It feels safe here. The staff is very nice and cooperative. Whenever I need to stay in Delhi, I always come back at Heistel Delhi. I love the terrace as well.

The issues are looked after immediately. Very polite staff, and nice sitting areas. Also the market is right outside so easy access to everything.

Stayed in the quadruple room. Rooms are spacious . A/c was good. Bathrooms/toilets clean. Rooms have good furniture. But they need a little more maintenance. Food was like home food. Simple. Overall the Stay was good. Value for money.

my bed after checking in my absence given to another person and whan i came they didn't given to me my bed.i am very frustrated.

Sono molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno in Heistel. Fin da quando sono arrivata , prestissimo al mattino, mi hanno accolta e dato l’opportunità di rinfrescarmi prima di tutto con una doccia. Sia il dormitorio che la camera matrimoniale sono molto accoglienti, e hanno tutto il necessario per un sano riposo. Plus la terrazza, con ragazzi gentilissimi pronti a preparare ciò di cui hai voglia. Oltretutto è tranquillo, nonostante a due passi sei sulla main road dove puoi trovare di tutto. Tutti gentilissimi, sono rimasta sorpresa e grata. Ho ricaricato completamente per proseguire il viaggio. Quando tornerò a Delhi, sarà la mia tappa fissa.

Location

People are smoking even in the non smoking zones. Non smokers would find it little tough as they may get subjected to passive smoking. Management needs to understand this as not are into smoking and people don't wish to get subjected to passive smoking.

① 綺麗 ベッドは清潔で、各ベッドにライトと、ロッカーもついていました。ロッカーはかなり大きいので、荷物が多くても大丈夫です。鍵は南京錠の持参必須です！ ② スタッフが良い 本当はここに二日間と宿泊予定だったのですが、1日目に詐欺師に騙されかけて、ここに辿り着くことができませんでした。 そのことを話すと、1日目のキャンセル料は無しで2日目だけの宿泊費で泊まらせていただきました。 初めてのインドで最初から怪しい人に会いびびっていましたが、心遣いに救われました。

特にありませんが、強いて言うならシェアエリアが無いに等しいことと、セキュリティが緩いことです。

I stayed at Heistle Delhi, located near Saket Metro Station, from 19 April to 20 April, and had a really pleasant experience. The hostel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for getting around Delhi. A special thanks to Manager Kiran Didi, who is one of the nicest and most helpful people I met during my stay. She made sure everything was comfortable and well managed. I also want to appreciate the hardworking staff members Rupesh and Prince, who kept the place clean and maintained nicely throughout my stay. Their efforts really made the environment comfortable and hygienic. The food was another highlight of my stay. Cook Rajkumar prepared tasty meals, and Head Chef Amit ensured everything was well organized and delicious. Overall, my one-night stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Heistle Delhi to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and conveniently located hostel near Saket Metro Station.

Now, the only complaint I have is about the pool table. Sadly, I couldn’t play this time—but they promised me that next time I’ll definitely get my chance. Honestly, I might specially visit the hostel again just to play pool... room booking is now secondary, pool table is the main attraction! 😄
