Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Embora não seja tão perto da estação central, o hotel disponibiliza transfer durante todo o dia até o local, onde pode pegar outros meios de transporte. Também tem um ponto de ônibus muito próximo do hotel. O refeitório fica a vontade para uso dos hóspedes, com água, gelo, máquina de venda de bebidas e equipamentos como micro-ondas, para quem gosta de comprar os pratos prontos das Kombini. Duas opções de buffet de café da manhã a escolha do hóspede. Excelente custo benefício.

A big plus is the convenience store right inside the hotel — very convenient for snacks, drinks and daily essentials. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended and would definitely come back! 👍

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Hotel fonctionnel situé au centre de la ville touristique de Kawaguchiko, pratique pour voir le Fuji mais pas depuis l'hotel même. Très bonne organisation du transport par bus directement depuis l'hotel.
Le parking souterrain et celui face à l'hôtel étaient complets et nous avons eu du mal à comprendre où garer notre voiture. Tout le côté de l'hôtel en direction du Fuji était derrière des échafaudages (travaux en cours) : zéro vue. Pas de dîner possible dans l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas terrible, avec une ambiance de hall de gare, peu d'aliments restants vers 8h30 et des réassorts un peu aléatoires.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We had a wonderful stay! This hotel is perfectly located and is even more beautiful and comfortable than it looks in the photos. It truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, very cozy, and much nicer in person. The space in the room was very big for standard room in Japan. We loved the breakfast in Building B - it was delicious with great options for everyone. A huge plus is the free shuttle service from Kawaguchiko Station. It is super punctual and makes it so easy to get to most of the main sights and points of interest in the area. Highly recommendable, we would definitely come back!

早餐9點結束，10點要checkout，行李箱無法在房間完全打開

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Location is nice everything is in distance walk. Best is having free ride in between hotel and Kawaguchiko station. There are free coffee, hot and cold water, locker that fits a 28 inches suitcase.
Not by lake side but decent walking with nice view on the way. Room is small as most of Japan hotels but full function. Just that.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Non so come non si possa dare 10 a questo hotel. Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal lago Kawaguchiko e sufficientemente distante dalla via centrale del paese. Ogni 10 minuti parte la navetta gratuita da e per la stazione centrale, fulcro del paese (pensilina n.10). Colazione superba, con addirittura la scelta se stare nell'area con menù locale o continentale. Camere di dimensioni consone, con bagno più grande della media e vasca che consente di essere utilizzata anche da persone più alte di 1.80. Veramente consigliato

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Schöne Lage in Seenähe, und ein Fahrradverleih sowie ein sehr gutes Hoto-Restaurant direkt um die Ecke. Etwas vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus.
Leider kein heißes Bad. Und durch die Größe des Hotels leider etwas unpersönlich. Der Gemeinschaftsraum wirkte leider sehr steril und ungemütlich. Ein dreckiger Becher bei Einzug in meinem Zimmer wurde zumindest ausgetauscht.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026予約時に部屋のサイズを間違えてしまい、狭い部屋で予約してしまったため、グレードアップのお願いをしましたが、混雑してて忙しい中で嫌な顔せずに対応してくれたので助かりました。
駐車場には限度があり、チェックインが遅いと満車になっている可能性があります。 ただ、徒歩10分くらいのところに公共の無料駐車場があり、そこの案内をされるので駐車場に困ることはないです。

Hôtel vieillissant, odeur pas très agréable dans les chambres, petit déjeuner moyen et plus rien bien avant la fin de l’heure de clôture. Lits très très fermés et surtout pas adaptés à une famille avec des enfants de moins de 12 ans qui doivent dormir dans le lit des parents. Ce n’était vraiment pas clair lors de la réservation. Les chambres sont toutes des chambres avec un accueil maximum de 2 personnes. Les lits font 100cm de larges et sont sensés être pour un adulte et un enfant.

Breakfast is meh, strange selections and staff weren’t super accommodative. Pillows very hard The lockers are only for 1 day! Don’t be deceived, if you want to leave your bag here for longer while hiking, you won’t be able to! Might as well leave them at the lockers at the station.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The shuttle system is phenomenal! The room was clean and the shower was great, as expected with Toyoko Inn.
The hallway and room smelled a little funky, but we solved that with spray that they provided. I wish they would allow hikers to use their luggage storage if they book a night before and after the night if their hike.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026L'emplacement était correct pour une étape près du mont Fuji. L'hôtel est situé à environ 20 minutes à pied de la gare en autobus, ce qui reste facilement accessible. La proximité du lac est également un point positif, puisqu'il est possible de s'y rendre facilement.
Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été très ordinaire. J'avais davantage l'impression d'être dans un motel que dans un véritable hôtel. Les chambres sont très petites, le confort est assez basique et la salle de bain est rudimentaire. J'ai également remarqué des odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner a été le plus gros point négatif pour moi. Le choix était très limité et la qualité ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. La literie était également peu confortable pour moi. L'établissement est très fréquenté, ce qui fait que l'ensemble manque un peu de confort et de chaleur. Il faut s'attendre à des espaces restreints, ce qui est assez courant dans certaines chaînes d'hôtels au Japon.

剛爬完富士山13:00回到飯店，可是要等到15:00才能check in ，如果能針對爬山旅客，提供付費盥洗室可以換衣服、泡溫泉或是餐點服務就更完美了！ 搞到一大堆人在大廳乾等，還有人把行李打開，當自己家 ，在大廳整理衣服。

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026La navette pour aller de la gare à l'hôtel fût bienvenue sous une pluie torrentielle! J'étais bien installée dans une chambre confortable, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes.
Les horaires du petit déjeuner : terminé à 9h, pour moi, c'est trop tôt quand je suis en vacances! Le petit déjeuner lui même, dans une sorte de salle de cantine bondée et je n'ai pas beaucoup aimé la nourriture.

直接の予約でなかったので、領収書の発行を前もって聞いていました。すると宿泊先で3名予約分を個別にいただけるとなっていたのを、受付で話をしたら、直接出ないかぎり発行はできないと言われました。情報の共有ができていないです。 結局手書きのものをいただきましたが、気分のいいものではなかったです。

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Ottima situazione. L'albergo ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Vicisissimo alla fermata della Red Line per i tour sul lago Kawaguchiko. La navetta gratuita da e per la stazione è decisamente un valore aggiunto, anche se a piedi, tempo e valige permettendo, è una tranquilla passeggiata. Check in automatico molto funzionale.
La colazione inclusa è un po' scarsa e ripetitiva.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Hotel je na odlični lokaciji kot izhodišče za raziskovanje okolice. Sobe so bile udobne in velike po japonskih standardih. Zajtrk je bil raznolik in okusen. Prijava je bila preko samopostrežnih avtomatov, a smo takoj dobili podporo osebja, ki je bilo zelo prijazno. Imajo dovolj parkirnihmest brezplačno. Uporabili smo tudi private bath. Zelo dobro.
Več ali manj je bilo vse OK.

Searching for a room for 3 people, I was offered (and reserved) a double room but unlike every other bookings there was just one bed or two single beds, no solution for the third person. Either bad search outcome or simple “I don’t care” attitude. My request and Booking.com request to solve the issue was completely ignored. The breakfast time is from 6:30 to 9:00 am but the staff starts to collect the food at 8:50.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026El servicio de autobuses a la estación es un 10, y tienen varias rutas. El desayuno estaba también completo, aunque sin mucha variedad. Había agua y café todo el día. La habitación bien, todo limpio y en promedio con Japón en general.
Las paradas están cerca, pero el hotel algo alejado del centro. Además, los locales suelen cerrar pronto, y los autobuses dejan de funcionar sobre las 19h. La cama dura como una piedra.
