Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, el servicio de limpieza es muy bueno, el personal es amable y el desayuno está muy bien. Camas dobles amplias y cómodas. El personal nos facilitó el transporte hasta la estación de tren y también hasta el teleférico. El señor de la van fue muy respetuoso, atento y amable. Tiene servicio hasta aproximadamente las 10 de la mañana y es gratuito. La experiencia ha sido muy buena. Sin duda, es un hotel totalmente recomendable. Tienen servicio de alquiler de bicicletas. Además, cerca del hotel hay una parada de autobús que recorre la zona del lago, con la que vimos todos los puntos importantes.Este bus rojo parte desde la estación de tren pero hay varias paradas en el trayecto. Se paga con la Suica También recomendamos el supermercado que hay cerca de la gasolinera, a pocos pasos del hotel. El desayuno consta de dos opciones: un menú japonés o un sándwich completo acompañado de café, zumo y algo de fruta. Antes de ir, una señorita de recepción, llamada Lola, nos facilitó mucha información y muy práctica y se lo agradecemos muchísimo. En resumen, hotel muy recomendable y estancia preciosa en Kawaguchico.
El desayuno podría ser buffet, pero está correcto.

The hotel also offers a shuttle service starting from 9:00 AM, which was very convenient and even took us to their restaurant for dinner. We also appreciated the air-conditioning system in the room, which had a useful function for drying clothes after washing them.
The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. In addition, some members of the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made arranging the delivery of our luggage to our next destination quite time-consuming. We spent a considerable amount of time explaining where the luggage needed to be sent, despite being told upon arrival that the staff would take care of the procedure for us.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Ottimo hotel se si vuole visitare una delle zone del Monte Fuji. Camere enormi, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione locale ottima ed è possibile chiederla anche da asporto. E' presente anche un rooftop per poter ammirare il monte. Molto vicino alla stazione dei treni/autobus ed è possibile usufruire della navetta gratuita in determinati orari della giornata.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026今回２回目の滞在ですが、ロケーションが良く、駅から１０分ほど歩きますが、屋上から富士山が綺麗に見れます。ホテルから朝にシャトルバスが３回あるので、駅までスーツケースを持って歩く必要がありません。
前回はフロントの人がとても親切で最も印象深かったのですが、今回は日本語があまり話せない人だったので、バスマットが部屋になく、フロントに伝えに行ったときに何を言ってるかわかりにくかったです。前回は朝食のおいしさに感動しましたが、今回は少々メニューに変更があり、味は結構落ちていました。テーブルクロスは前日のままでシミがついていました。部屋はバスマットもなければお茶もなかったです。写真にはお茶があったのですが、清掃の人が置き忘れたのでしょうか。

Ugly room and bathroom. Bath was blocked resulting in water rising at the bottom when I took a shower. Very humid and smelly in the room. Breakfast was a sandwich (tuna or egg) with 2 pieces of fruit and a yogurt. We did laundry. It took forever to dry (30 min to wash and 2h30 to dry). Resulting in 2000 yen for 2 small loads.

I thought the price was high for what you get. Stuff is a bit outdated, no smart tv. The dryer in the laundry is very bad. The breakfast only has 3 options. What I didn’t like most is that you have to pay to rent bicycles, and that the price is higher than most competitors. If anything, you should make sure your guest get the best deal

The food was fresh and varied, and the facilities and services were excellent. The location is perfect, close to many attractions and very convenient when traveling with children. Although the weather was cloudy and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, the view from our window and the overall atmosphere were still beautiful and very special.
Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant stay and everything worked well for us.

The roof top terrace was great. Washing facilities on site which was convenient as we are travelling. Staff so lovely. Would definitely recommend.
Breakfast is included but not the usual selection… tuna or cheese sandwich! So we passed. The decor is slightly worn but value for money you can’t moan.

El precio es elevado para nuestro presupuesto. La terraza con vistas tiene horario y el monte Fuji es escondidozo. El desayuno, aunque riquísimo, hay que elegirlo de antemano en hora y tipo (occidental o japonés). Es un set hecho, aunque muy completo.

El aire acondicionado está programado a 25°C y no se puede modificar. Hemos estado en julio y nos ponian edredón. Igual podrían dejar subir la temperatura del aire y dormir con sábanas mas ligeras

Le personnel est très gentil et la navette gratuite entre la gare et l’hôtel est très appréciable. Ils proposent également la navette gratuite pour se rendre à leur restaurant situé en centre-ville qui est très bon (spécialité de porc tonkatsu délicieuse et énormes crevettes en tempéra) d’un rapport qualité-prix excellent. Je recommande.

Die Betten waren für 2 Personen recht schmal. Das ist hier zwar üblich, trotzdem etwas unbequem.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026We verbleven in een van de buitenverblijven, een soort iglo geschilderd aan de buitenkant als een meloen. Heel erg leuk. De ruimte was groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden waren goed en alles was schoon en netjes. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en het ontbijt was heerlijk. We hebben twee keer voor de sandwiches gekozen die verrukkelijk waren. Maar het Japanse ontbijt zag er ook prima uit. Buiten had je zicht op Mount Fuji wat natuurlijk erg leuk is (als hij zich niet verstopt achter wolken). Kortom, ik kan het hotel iedereen aanraden.

Staff weren't friendly and some were getting annoyed for basic questions. Better training is needed. That said, the staff in the breakfast area were awesome! Attentive polite and quick service. Great job!

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Нам достался номер с прямым видом на Фудзи и это было потрясающе! Так же в номере был фрагмент стилизованный под рёкан что добавило колорита нашему проживания и понравилось. Можно орендовать велосипеды прямо в отеле.
Не рекомендую брать завтрак, он не очень. Особенно если вы вегетарианец. В комбини можно купить намного вкуснее и дешевле сендвич, в замен того что предложили нам в отеле. Отель довольно устаревший и мебель и сантехника в номерах.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Very nice property with excellent views of Mt Fuji! Staff were polite and helpful though a couple were a lil frazzled with a big group checking in at the same time. No complaints at all. Free shuttle to/from the hotel to the station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very spacious and clean! Water pressure in the shower was great! Loved the very cute decor throughout the hotel. Location wise, it’s perfect - 8 min drive to the station and 15 walk to the Lake. Excellent choice when you are next in town in Lake Kawaguchiko area

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Went way and beyond with their service. On my daughter’s request, had the room decorated beautifully for my husband’s birthday when we arrived. Perfect location, beautiful direct view of Mount Fuji from the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Incredible views of Mt Fuji (weather permitting), both from the room we booked as well as the rooftop. We were able to have our breakfast on the rooftop, but only with the sandwich option. This was fine for us, as the view was more important to us! The hotel is a bit further away from the station, making it a bit quieter. We took some fantastic photos of Mt Fuji walking from the hotel towards town! We only stayed one night and got very lucky with the weather. Would definitely stay again!
Would recommend hiring bicycles outside of the hotel. Price is approx. double compared to some of the high street options.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Wonderful staff especially Lola but really everyone was friendly and helpful. Close to the lake and the view from my room lovely - I did have to go up 2 short fights for the roof and was treated to a partial view of Fuji as well as the duty surrounding me.
No complaints about the hotel itself. Unfortunately the price dropped after I booked but booking doesn’t refund - but that’s not the fault of the property.

Que nos dejaran las toallas limpias en una bolsa en la puerta de la habitación. creo que podrían dejarlas dentro
