Excellent breakfasts and dinners, a great onsen, and a cozy, comfortable room. Everything was very pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay.

朝風呂は人も少なくすごく快適でした。 お風呂は清潔でしっかり整備されていてとても癒されました。

止まった部屋によるかもしれないのですが廊下の声がすごく聞こえてきました。隣の部屋などはそこまでなのですが廊下だけものすごく響いていました。

Nice outdoor onsen (at times not hot enough though) and a spacious room. The overnight security man was very kind. Difficult to get a taxi at certain times, so consider you might need to walk to the station.

Own towels required for the onsen & paid lockers. The shower head in my bathroom was very bad.. I showered in the shared facilities at the onsen instead.

Si quieres una experiencia completamente tradicional, elige sin dudar este hospedaje. El staff muy amable, responden tus dudas como pueden. El cuarto nos sorprendio, si no estas acostumbrado al tatami puede que te cueste, pero dormi comodo a pesar de eso. El Onsen / aguas termales es una experiencia que viene incluida en la reservacion, si se tiene la oportunidad, disfutenla sin dudar, duermes como un bebe despues de eso. Y sobre la ubicacion esta muy bien, tuvimos la fortuna de que hubo dias despejados y si caminabamos al parque de enfrente y teniamos el Monte fuji de frente. Es una ciudad pequeña puedes recorrerla caminando si gustas.

No hay nada de malo, solo si no estas acostumbrado al suelo, puede que duela la espalda un poco, pero es mi opinion personal.

It was great value for the money and the onsen was very nice. The breakfast was also excellent and the staff were great too. Location was excellent for us. We travelled with young children and would walk around the lake each day and visit the onsen in the afternoon. Very nice trip.

Our room wasn't great. The room was rather small and basic. There was a fire escape blocking the view from our window which I understand may be necessary but the other rooms didn't have this in front of their windows. Overall the room was fine but could have been better.

スリッパが昔ながらの旅館タイプで、中にはかなり傷んでいるものもあり、気になった。浴室の洗面台にハンドソープが欲しかった。

The location was great, a view of the lake and if lucky enough... Mt. Fuji! The onsen was very traditional and was a bonus after a long day. You also get a japanese breakfast which was a surprise.

室内環境が悪い。温泉も汚い。

遊覧船やロープウェイなどに徒歩で行ける立地。リノベーションした居室は清潔感はあった。

部屋がカビ臭かった。また、湯飲みが洗われておらず、汚い湯飲みが置いてあった。前の宿泊客の食べかすのようなゴミもあった。 また、自販機のアイスはどれも売り来れ。シャンプーは全然泡立たない。化粧水は補充されていなかった。

The staff were fantastic from the reception to the dinner and breakfast service. Food was great.

The stay was quite rustic for the price, however once you factor in location and it being a tourist destination it is understandable. However, the condition of the hotel and its amenities were quite dated and underwhelming.

Location of the hotel in terms of Mount Fuji and it was a little close to 2 attractions.

Onsen, very crowded. I couldnt spend more than 10mins, I don't know if it was hygenic. Sleeping beds were miserable and hard, It was hard to sleep. Breakfast one of the most disappointing as the choices were bad. Pork, Beef, Octopus, etc., seriously. No bread, No egg or similar.

You can leave your lugguage there after check-out or if you hike mt fuji for free. The Onsen was very nice. One high school group did check-in, but I didnt have any problem with noise what so ever like all the other reviews whi complained about it.

チェックインの際、入浴代を支払う販売機に外国語の説明文しかなく少し戸惑いましたが、フロントマンがすぐにサポートしてくださり事なきを得ました。日本語表示はあったかも知れませんが目にとまりませんでした。

河口湖の湖畔に近く、駐車場も近くで良かった

リフォームはされているが、全体的に古い施設と言う印象。部屋の洗面所の水がエアーが噛んでゴボゴボと吹き出して来て、使いづらかった。 部屋がやや狭かった。　

L'hôtel est propre et bien situé. Il propose un service de navette pour la gare.

La chambre est vétuste. L'insonorisation est quasiment inexistante. Toute prestation en dehors de la nuit est payante. Quand on est arrivé on nous a demandé si la chambre devait être nettoyée en nous précisant que c'était gratuit. Les chambres sont mal agencées. Le lavabo est dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain. La ventilation n'est pas terrible.

Great location and modern rooms. Parking was free and the view was ok- over a parking lot, but still with a glance of the lake as well. Located close to the town and within walking distance of Restaurants and convenience stores- from that side, it was quite good.

The staff was unhelpful. We had booked breakfast, but I have a seafood allergy. I informed the staff, but not only could they not make me a seafood free version, they couldn’t even take out the seafood items that I can’t eat. Thats unacceptable.

The onsen

朝夕とも食事は美味しかった

最悪のロケーションだった、予め部屋情報を載せてほしい。（232号室） 畳が汚すぎです、取り換えましょう。 食事の時に飲み物を注文できるようにしてほしい。

スタッフには海外の方もいましたが、皆さん流暢な日本語で安心できました。夕食はご当地ものの刺し身を含む日本料理で、ほうとう鍋とあわせ、ボリュームも有りまた、朝食も暖かな和食で大満足でした。お部屋も和室でゆっくりくつろぐことができました。

お部屋のトイレの扉が内開きで、やや窮屈に感じました。

サービスがよかった。ご飯も美味しかった。

温泉

外国人スタッフが多く、サービスの教育はしているとは思うし、日本語も頑張っているのは理解できるが、正直言って、なにを話しているのかよくわからない部分が多かったです。（何度も聞き返すのはかわいそうだと思ったので聞けませんでした。） また、ごはんの盛り方が美味しそうに見えない盛り方（ごはん茶碗の縁まで目一杯平らに。）だったので食欲が失せてしまいました。

כמעט לא נהנינו. הגענו רק לישון וגם לא הצלחנו. חוויה לא ממש נעימה. יישאר כחוויה כואבת.

המיקום סביר. צריך רכב כדי להתנייד. התמונות מראות חדר מול הר פוג'י וזה מאוד מטעה. אין קשר בין התמונות למציאות. לא נכנסנו לאונסן. לא נראה לנו מספיק נקי. נסענו 40 דקות לאונסן מצויין והעדפנו לשלם על חוויה טובה. השינה על מזרנים הכאיבה לנו את הגב ואת כל הגוף. אם אתם רגילים לישון על מיטות תבקשו מראש 2 מזרנים. אנחנו הגענו כאובות לקבלה ונדרשנו לשלם כסף כדי להצליח לישון בלילה. זה היה צריך להיות שירות. לא היה לנו איפה לשבת. ראינו בחדרים אחרים כורסאות. שולחן, ספה או כיסא היו יכולים לשדרג את השהיה. במלונות אחרים מאוד נהנינו משירות כזה.

El olor de la habitación

L’emplacement avec vue de notre chambre sur le mont Fuji. L’Onsen est très agréable.

La ville semble un peu abandonnée mais l’avantage est qu’il y’a moins de touristes.

The location, the staff, the spacious room. It is a short walking distance to the lake, from where you can see Mt. Fuji and the bus stops, so it is convenient for traveling around even without your own car. I like it that there are at least two onsens to use in the ladies area as the place can be very crowded at night. The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko station, although the service time is limited during check out and check-in hours and requires prior reservation. It is a good base for exploring around the lake and other tourist destination. The staff was very approachable and helpful. We liked the Japanese style accommodation and especially the breakfast, which was a nice mix of Japanese dishes. It is also possible to reserve dinner although we were not able to reserve one.

We didn't have a room facing Mt. Fuji. The limited shuttle service time...

部屋は富士山も見えてロケーションもよく、落ち着けてよかった。

スタッフがすべて外国人なので日本語の会話が流暢でなくて不安だった。フロントに一人は日本人がいてほしい。 設備が全般に老朽化している。浴場のアメニティーがなく不備が多い。化粧品、くし、髭剃り、綿棒等がない。

事前の問い合わせレスポンスも早く対応が良かった。 部屋は広くてゆっくりすごせたし、和室だったのでお布団が敷いてあってありがたかった。 駐車場も広くて良かった。

駐車場への出入り口に喫煙所があって、通るたびに臭くて不快だった。 出入口に設置するのはやめた方がいいと思う。 部屋のトイレが狭くてドアを閉めるのに苦労した。 大浴場で入ってる途中から、洗い場渋滞で待ってる人が多くて並んでしまい、お風呂上がりに掛け湯をして帰れなかった。 露天風呂も混んでてぬるくて残念だった。

Nous avons aime la localisation, le service de navette de la gare à l’hôtel à l’aller et au retour. L’onsen était excellent ! Chambre style japonais était parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le personnel sans plus. Le prix peut paraître excessif mais l’emplacement vue sur le mont Fuji veut sans doute le prix.

Le style un peu vieillot et le personnel pas toujours sympathique. Pas de service Yamato -> aller au Lawson

窓から富士山が見え、お部屋の内装が綺麗にリフォームされていて、気持ちよかったです。スタッフさんも親切でした。

夕食を食べ切れなくて勿体無かったので、できれば自己責任でいいのでラップかパックが欲しかったです。 男女のお風呂が夜と朝で変更だと尚いいです。

部屋の扉の開閉と下足スペースがピッタリ過ぎて、靴の着脱時にとても不便でした。

チェックインのやり方。 テレビの位置が高い。 チェックアウト時、廊下に清掃用具が多く、通りにくかった。 駐車場までのドアが手動、凸凹道だった。

①5階のお部屋から河口湖が見渡せてよかった、ただ、富士山は見えない方向だった ②朝食時、2歳の子供のご飯と味噌汁をサービスしてくれた

①お部屋に洗面台があり、使いにくい ②お部屋とトイレが壁一枚隔ててあるだけなので、同室者に気をつかって、トイレに行きにくかった ③客室階のローカの冷房が入っておらず、エレベーターから出ると蒸し風呂のようだった、冷房をつけてほしいと頼んだが、設備がないのか、節約なのかわからないが聞き入れてもらえず、妊婦や乳児もいるのに、つらかった

Hotel is close to the lake and has good size onsen.

Hotel transfer van stopped at 5:30pm but we were back late after Mt. Fuji climb so had to walk from town to hotel. The van transfer to train station was full when I tried to book so had to pay for taxi. No laundry service onsite and older style hotel decor.

We loved it. The location was perfect. Staff was great and so close to nature and beauty

De locatie is fantastisch. Met uitzicht op mt. Fuji vanuit de kamer maakt het verblijf helemaal compleet. Vanuit daar kan je gemakkelijk fietsen huren en alles verkennen.

Hotel mit sehr schönem Onsen. (Empfehlung: Morgens um 08:30) Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Genial großes 6erZimmer mit 3 Personen - Ideal. Blick auf See und Fuji - Sugoi! Es gibt tolle günstige Frühstück und Essensplätze in der Nähe. Auch einen Lawson und Supermarkt. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür- Klasse

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, etwas modernisieren täte dem Haus gut-Treppenhaus und Flure wie in einer Jugendherberge. Es gibt noch Zimmerschlüssel!!! Preis-Leistung völlig übertrieben, es ist aber Fuji-Gebiet. Japanisches Frühstück wie im Ryokan. Aber Frühstück und Abendessen entschieden zu teuer. Massen an Bustouristen für 1-2 Nächte. Vor allem laute amerikanische Jugendgruppen. Kann bei schlechtem Timing nervig sein im Onsen.

建築物比較老舊，房間跟走廊都有重新整修過很明亮，只有樓梯間看得出來年代的痕跡。
