It’s seems breakfast buffet and ordering breakfast didn’t improve from the last stay two years ago. Our first stayed the smell of sampaguita hits you right away in the lobby, a good thing. This stay it seems the smell of sampaguita has tapered down, even in our room after booking a sampaguita scent room. Disappointing.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We have been here many times; the location is very close to pretty much everything, and the staff are always nice and helpful. The only problem was the last time we were here, there was no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. I guess the hair dryer has a time limit, as it would not start at certain times or could only be used for a limited duration. Apart from that, everything is okay.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The place is peaceful and there are lots of restaurants nearby. It’s just a 10–15-minute walk from the airport, which is very convenient. The staff are also so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. ❤️ We requested an early check-in, and they kindly approved our request without any hassle. We really appreciated their warm hospitality! Highly recommended. ❤️❤️❤️
One thing to note is that the room space is quite small, especially if you have several or large pieces of luggage.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026First of all, you may WALK from T3 to the hotel in about 5 minutes, which is awesome. T1 is a 20-ish minute Uber/Grab ride in traffic. The breakfast is awesome, are lunch and dinner, while the airport facing rooms are incredible for photography with a 300mm+ lens (ideally 400-500mm), the beds are comfy, and the rooms themselves are nice and modern with great AC and room service. All the food is great and there are several awesome food options nearby a short walk away. The area behind the hotel is nice, safe, and easy to access.
There was a smell of sewage out in the hall on our floor during our stay that was a bit overwhelming in some parts of the hall. This was unusual for this hotel, however, and we could not smell it inside the room so I did not inquire.

Property really needs some maintenance/upkeep and could definitely be cleaner unfortunately. It was okay for a short stay if you need the airport but not great long term. They also really need to add instructions on how to use the TV or at least turn it off. We called someone to help and he ended up just unplugging it to resolve the issue

One thing im disappointed is the breakfast buffet, wish they have more choice of selection specially for kids , my daughter love hotdogs and they only have langonisa , and also they stop the shuttle bus going to the airport which is really handy to have that before ..

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026E' stato per me utile prenotare in questa struttura perché si trovava vicino l'aeroporto. La posizione è buona anche per mangiare e trascorrere qualche ora: nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono Newport Mall e numerosi ristoranti.
Le camere dell'hotel sono risultate un po' troppo piccole e compatte e la zona dell'hotel è molto vivace e trafficata.
