El transporte nos llevó a la estación, el desayuno divino. Volvería alli definitivamente si o si, no sentimos muy cómodos

Csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk el, de sok pozitív élménnyel távoztunk. A hotel miliője varászlatos! A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. A családi szoba pazar, a reggeli bő választékú és nagyon finom volt.

Acomodação espaçosa, extremamente limpa, cama super confortável.

１階のレストランで食べる朝食は美味しかったし快適だった。チェックアウトの際は無料のマイクロバスで駅まで送ってくれてありがたかった。行きも連絡しておけば車を回してくれたのかもしれないと思うともったいなかった。部屋からの眺めも良かった。

サンモリッツ駅からだらだらと続く登り坂が、重い荷物を引いているとなかなかにしんどかった。我々の場合は運が悪いことに雨が降ってしまったので余計だった。

Hotel foarte bine amplasat, curat, cu camere spațioase. Personalul este foarte amabil.

Bardzo przyjemna obsługa. Otrzymaliśmy dużo pomocy. Znakomita Pani na recepcji ( mówiąca po polsku). Obsluga hotelu odebrała nas z dworca. Nie było problemu z zostawieniem auta na parkingu.

Estadía placentera, disfrutando de la belleza de la ciudad y la calidez de la gente iniciando por el personal del hotel, todos han sido muy amables. las habitaciones cómodas y con la limpieza óptima. La ubicación es inmejorable.

Het personeel is super aardig, met name de mevrouw bij het ontbijt en de jongen met bril bij de receptie. Hij regelde voor mij een ventilator om mijn kamer te verkoelen, de kamers hebben geen airco. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, al is er wel verschil als je om 08:45 ontbijt of om 7 uur. Om 08:45 waren er dingen niet die er om 7 uur wel waren. Niet aangevuld dus. De locatie is prima, de éénpersoonskamer die ik had is ruim, maar de badkamer is erg klein! Ik zat aan de straatkant en daar wat het erg lawaaiig. Ik kan daar prima tegen, maar als je niet zo goed tegen lawaai kunt, kun je de ramen niet open zetten en dat was wel nodig op de zeer warme dagen die ik er was. Het eten in het restaurant is lekker en de bonus is natuurlijk de banketbakker die erbij in zit. Heerlijke taartjes en zelfgemaakt ijs. Het hotel heeft ook een shuttledienst om je naar het station te brengen of daar op te halen. Luxe hoor :) Natuurlijk ook nog iets zeggen over de omgeving: ik heb vanuit Sankt Moritz alle treinverbindingen gedaan en die zijn GEWELDIG. Dat ligt natuurlijk niet aan het hotel, maar het is wel een aanrader. Het meer is ook heel mooi.

De badkamer is erg klein en de stoel die ik op mijn kamer had zou iets luxer mogen. Dit was een houten stoel met rechte rugleuning. Als je even wilt ontspannen op de kamer, dan moet je op bed gaan zitten. De kamer is ruim genoeg, dus die stoel zou best iets groter en luxer mogen. Er was een contrast tussen het personeel in het hotel en het ontbijt en de mensen die op het terras liepen overdag en 's avonds met eten. Die waren niet allemaal even vriendelijk....

Very poor breakfast!! I had to pay a tiny omelette plain! Unacceptable!! Room very poor!! No slippers! Thank god we brought our own from the previous hotel we stayed! No mini fridge, no bathrobes and also only one key per room!! Unbelievable for 2026! However I have to say that the reception staff especially MARITINA mana our stay unique! All the credits go to her! She was more than helpful! She went out of her way to help and inform us about everything!! Our best regards to her!!👍👍👍

Excellent location, lovely large room, lovely staff, breakfast was adequate, room was loud with the window open as its above a cafe which shuts at 9pm. But I slept well due to the large comfy beds.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The person who checked us in made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole check-in process smooth and pleasant. Their hospitality really made a great first impression and contributed to an enjoyable stay.

お部屋が広く窓も大きく清潔で快適。浴室、シャワー、洗面所などのお湯が瞬時に出ます。部屋にお湯が回っていてそれで暖房も整えて、環境に配慮してる姿勢がすばらしいです。 レセプション、朝食のスタッフは皆感じよく丁寧。 チェックアウトが早朝だったため、ランチボックスを用意してくれました。ありがたかったです。

wir haben für eine Nacht im Familienzimmer 500 Franken bezahlt, was vermutlich aber insbesondere am Ort liegt

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were bright and clean. The water was fantastic. Dinner on the patio was excellent. Breakfast in the restaurant was perfect.

Only thing that was a little annoying was the street noice in the morning. But to be expected because the hotel is in the center of town.

No Ac and that the windows did not open up further. In the summer it gets a little hot and noisy outside with the windows open. A ceiling fan would help.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, including gluten-free items. Very nice and spacious with beautiful wood finishing and solid wooden furniture. Modern bathroom with quality facilities. Awesome brekkie with homemade bakery items.

Hotel Hauser is very centrally located. It has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Room was a decent size with a balcony and was serviced daily. We were half board basis and felt it was good value for money. Staff were very pleasant and efficient and offered great suggestions of places to visit and things to do. Only down side was the noise level at the weekend when crowds gathered late at night and sports cars appeared to be racing in the street outside.

No A/C in the room. The room was so hot. We opened the window to cool down the room. We heard the street and vehicle noise entire night. We could not sleep well.

We last stayed at the Hauser 17 years ago, in December 2009. We loved it then and when the opportunity arose to visit St Moritz, the Hauser was our first choice. We weren’t disappointed. My hubby is a tour operator but I insisted on the Hauser. Picked up from the station, very efficient, welcome by reception delightful (unfortunately we didn’t get the young man’s name, my fault), room just lovely. Clean, roomy, delightful smell of sawn pine. Beds super comfy, I would have liked an extra pillow but I didn’t see the pillow menu until it was too late. Fortunately the temperature in St Moritz was warm but not too hot and with an open window the temperature was fine. Loved the touch of the water carafe and glasses. I recall from our last visit the rooms were warm eve with sub zero temperatures. Breakfast, with delicious pastries and bread was very good. A wide choice, shame we didn’t have more time. I had earl grey tea, which I suspect came from a local supplier. Best earl grey I’ve ever tasted. We will certainly be coming back again. Both my hubby and I have been lucky to stay in some amazing hotels with his job, the Hauser remains a firm favorite. I hope I don’t have to wait 17 years for my next visit. My one tiny criticism for your restaurant staff…don’t seat a family with a child next to a couple dining, especially when the restaurant isn’t busy. Our dining experience was spoilt by a very loud American family.

Limpieza y ubicacion

This was our least favorite of the hotels on our 3 week trip to Switzerland. Very basic and looked like a Hotel for skiing. The outside restaurant was nice & convenient for dinner. The location was close to the train station. If it is warm weather while you are there - request a fan in advance. You will need it. Not sure we would say here again.
