El precio es alto considerando que únicamente ofrece el cuarto. No hay restaurante ni siquiera una cafetería. Tampoco tiene áreas verdes, alberca, bueno, ni siquiera un closet y ni plancha en la habitación. El área de tocador y la zona para colgar la ropa son muy pequeñas. Por lo anterior, considero que debería ser menos caro.

My room had no outside-facing window and no proper ventilation, which made it feel quite claustrophobic. The biggest issue, however, was that the air conditioning could only be controlled by reception and not from the room itself. During the night, the room became extremely hot, and when I tried contacting reception at around 4 a.m., nobody answered, leaving me unable to adjust the temperature. This had a significant impact on my comfort and sleep quality.

No hay un lugar cómodo para estacionarse, el elevador se atora, el aire acondicionado solo lo podía prender y pagar la persona de mantenimiento, no servían contactos, no hay restaurante, la vista panorámica que me vendieron no fué, en general para los 6 mil pesos por una noche, fue excesivo, les valió mis comentarios, simplemente no regreso, hay mucho mejor opciones por la mitad de precio, no vayan!!

Llame para preguntar con respecto al estacionamiento, si estaba ahí y me dijeron que si, que cada habitación cuenta con un lugar de estacionamiento, lo malo es que al llegar te piden las llaves porque ellos lo llevan a un lugar a tres cuadras. Por otra parte a mi no me gustan las habitaciones que no tienen ventana, esto sin importar si da hacia el interior o exterior y la habitación que me asignaron fue sin ventana, todo encerrado y si apagas el aire se siente en seguida el olor a humedad y encerrado. Según que como reserve por la aplicación con un leve descuento pues que era esa la habitación que me correspondía. No me gustó para el precio, sinceramente considero elevado. , solo porque no encontré disponibilidad en otro hotel que quería me tuve que quedar en este.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025Un lugar bonito y con mucha historia. La habitación excelente, limpia, sin ruido y bien iluminada. La cama muy cómoda y la regadera maravillosa, con agua caliente saliendo de inmediato, lo cual hace la experiencia muy agradable y sin el gasto de este recurso tan importante. Te incluyen agua y cápsulas de café, que puedes preparar en un cafetera en la habitación. También cuenta con un frigobar con bebidas a buen precio. Muy buena la comunicación del personal, en todo momento atentos desde antes de nuestra llegada y en nuestra estancia. El precio no es bajo, pero lo vale.
Sería pertinente que detallarán qué habitaciones cuentan con balcón o vistas al exterior. Esto lo ponen como algo general en la descripción de todas las habitaciones y desafortunadamente la nuestra no contó con ello. Todo lo demás excelente.

Then the lady at the front desk told me in front all the people in the lobby that the face towel was missing and maybe by accident I put it on my luggage!!!! I told her that I left it in the shower, she sent someone to check then she apologized to me.. that’s ridiculous and embarrassing!!!! Then I left a very light mark on d towel because I die my hair (3 weeks ago) she charged me $50 USD for the towel!!! 😡😡 ( and they keep d towel) So ladies bring ur own towel to this place !!!
