Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Gute Lage, Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten alle gut fussläufig erreichbar, schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Anfahrt einfach und Parking im Parkhaus um die Ecke ideal. Betten bequem, Bad sauber. Stadthotel eben.
Frühstücksraum im Keller sehr laut, Frühstück zum Vergessen, sehr viel Süssgebäck, trockene Brötchen, schlecht/nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine. Empfangspersonal sehr unpersönlich. Preis = 4*, Leistung = ungenügend. Dieses Hotel hat mir keinen Eindruck gemacht und wird mir nicht in Erinnerung bleiben.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Das Hotel und auch das Zimmer sind in einem sehr schönen, leicht pompösen Stil eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Beim Frühstück gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist top - Mitten in der Altstadt.

Présence d'un ascenseur pile à la bonne taille (mais il ne fallait pas deux centimètres de plus !) Chambre parfaite, jolie, propre et très calme donnant sur l'arrière. Le personnel est très gentil. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bologne

Beauty-Kit nicht aufgefüllt, im Bad Handtuchhalter und Schalterdose hängen locker, vor dem Hotel schmuddelige Halle, kein Aushängeschild, zieht Penner an, angefragte 2 single beds wurde grossartig bestätigt aber nicht bereitgestellt

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026L'appartement était disponible pour nous à partir de 15h. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h45 et les clés ne se trouvaient pas dans le boîtier. Et nous avons dû attendre 18h45 pour enfin obtenir les clés, doit 3h d'attente alors que nous venions de faire 8h30 de route. Une fois dans l'appartement, je me rends compte que le 3ème lit n'avait pas été préparé. Et pour couronner le tout nous n'avons pas pu parker notre voiture dans le parking (alors que nous avions choisi cet appartement expressément parce qu'il y avait un parking) car la clé de la télécommande n'était pas dans l'appartement. Tout cela a gâché notre escale d'un jour à Côme.

Nel raggio di pochi minuti a piedi si trovano numerosi ristoranti e bistrot, con un’ottima varietà di proposte per pranzi e cene. Una base ideale per visitare Bologna senza rinunciare alla comodità.
Da migliorare la disponibilità dell’acqua in camera e le ciabattine, che non erano presenti.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Gerade wenn man per Auto anreist, ist die Nähe zum Parkhaus ein echter Pluspunkt. Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß, das Bett riesig und alles war ausgesprochen sauber. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum von Bologna. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch mit viel Gebäck und als Konzession an internationale Gäste gab es Rührei und Speck. Das Bad war sehr ungewöhnlich gelegen - eine halbe Etage tiefer als das eigentliche Zimmer. Wenn man sehr groß ist, drohen Beulen am Kopf.

Avendo due cani con noi, ai quali tutti gli operatori hanno dispensato coccole e parole gentili, ci è stato permesso di consumare la colazione ai tavoli presenti accanto alla reception, fornendoci i vassoi per poter portare su i piatti e le bevande, senza arrecare disturbo agli altri ospiti o limitare la nostra esperienza. Wij hebben 'm niet gebruikt maar de televisie hangt op een plek waar je er niet naar kan kijken, niet vanuit bed en niet vanuit het zitje.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, można dojść w ciągu 15 minutowego spaceru do: dworca kolejowego, głównych atrakcji miasta, uniwersytetu. To jedyna dobra rzecz o tym hotelu. Na pewno nie jest to hotel 4*, myślę że powinien mieć 2*. Małe pokoje i stare wyposażenie. Klimatyzator w pokoju nie działał, zatkany odpływ umywalki w łazience (stwierdzono zaraz po zakwaterowaniu o godzinie 23), najbliższa okolica hotelu brudna - przed wejściem do obiektu. Na śniadanie całkowity brak warzyw ?! Obsługa hotelu nie specjalnie zainteresowana czymkolwiek.
Klimatyzator w pokoju nie działał, w nocy na zewnątrz 30 stopni w pokoju 26 ! Zatkany odpływ umywalki w łazience - przed udostępnieniem pokoju to powinno być sprawdzone. Na śniadanie całkowity brak warzyw ?! Jakość śniadań można by poprawić, mały wybór pieczywa, wędlin, serów. Lepiej poszukać innego hotelu.

Хтось (покоївка напевно) відкрила мій номер в 9 ранку коли я була всередині. По телевізору тільки італомовні канали, Нетфлікс і Ютюб не працювали.
