Restaurant in the lobby is amazing! Bartenders were so friendly & food was delivered fast.
The guy working the counter in the small store needs a better attitude or another job.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean, and the staff were really friendly
Having to connect to the tv remotely with my phone was annoying and it didn’t work properly all the time
I love my view, the staff were great, food awesome!
Bed was not comfortable and I had a problem with a picture on the wall. It seems like it was mildew
Bartender Mark was amazing! Beautiful property!
Shower sucked
Loved the location & the staff was so friendly made you feel like your at home would stay again!
The only negative is the pillows & bed we’re awful made my back hurt the worst I’ve ever slept on. Just need to bring my own pillow on my next stay.
It was nice
I don’t like how when I got there I had to get my card charged for 100 …. That should be added with the fees up front or it should be said when booking.

Cleanliness
High cost of self parking.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful. They made the stay feel special. I liked that you had options to enjoy food from restaurants, the tiki bar, and the over the counter café. The pool was so relaxing. Although we have the Texas heat I did enjoy the fire pits at night.
I had a room on the 24th floor with a great view of the lake. The room was quiet and spacious but was a bit dusty until the first day of housekeeping. I have to say my favorite aspect of this hotel was the people. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I felt they genuinely cared about ensuring I had a great experience.
Cleanliness and customer service
Me and my family had very memorable experience! The amenities are great and the staff are helpful and polite. Highly recommanded!
The view was good.
The pool atmosphere. People were ok, waitress were awesome. If i had paid for a pool day, I would have really been upset. There was no music, no games...just boring.
Service at this hotel was great! All of the employees were very attentive and helpful. The outside Lakeview bar and pool was the best part of the stay
I love how clean and kid friendly it is. The entire staff from walking by and being greeted, asked if we needed anything or simply wishing the birthday girl a happy birthday was amazing and always are!
I believe half of the elevators were down during this stay ( we’ve stayed before many time!). So the wait for an elevator being on the 24th floor was a real wait but we got to mingle with other guest while we all waited which was fun!
Very nice hotel, Perfect for relaxing, the view of the city was amazing. Definately go back there!
The Omni Las Colinas made a great stay for me and my partner over the 4th of July weekend. The staff at this hotel is always top notch and we were really pleased to find some extra welcome amenities in our room when we arrived. It is such a rare thing to have a hotel really know how to put extra details into making a stay better and they did that with the extra treats at the pool and the attention to details throughout the stay. This makes the hotel feel alive and a place you hate to leave.
beautiful view , nice pool ,big and spacious, 2 bars.
elevators are crap .. you wait forever & ever & ever .. i think the pool is open to the public .. bc u saw randoms jus coming in and out .. you have to pay a 100$ deposit each night u stay and parking even tho u park urself.. we asked or a towel 4 times & no one came EVER and my husband went down to ask and said they would send it up .. never came.
your breakfast buffet was not so good. food cold
Only two elevators were operational, and I was trapped in one of the broken elevators and had to find an exit; fortunately, it moved and stopped on the seventh floor. Staff never warned us. Also, I paid $120 for late check out, but I had to tell the front desk twice since I kept receiving emails indicating that I needed to check out by 12 p.m., despite the fact that I had already paid for it. And what is worst my key stop working after 12 noon. bad experience and will not return.
The Omni was great overall. I especially wanted to highlight the valet, CJ was super helpful and did an amazing job!!! Definitely recommend.
Me and my husband had such a great time at the hotel! We were here visiting family in town! When we used the valet service, employee CJ was very attentive and very patient and understanding with us! He took care of us very well! One of the best employees!
My wife and I came into town to see some family and friends for the week. Upon arrival CJ in the valet took great care of my wife and I and got us pointed in the right direction. The place was tidy and clean!
CJ is amazing! Very nice young man, polite and courteous. Handsome too. :)
The Omni Las Colinas was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food at every restaurant was delicious, and we never had to leave the property because everything we needed was right there. The views were spectacular, and the DJ at the pool on Saturday created such a fun, energetic atmosphere. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and stayed nice and cool. Overall, it was an incredible experience. 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely be returning!
the room and bed was very comfortable. I loved the location and view as well as the accessibility to be able to go walk in the morning.
service. We had a server at the pool who seemed disoriented / overwhelmed. This is understandable but it made us feel anxious.
Excellent staff and great accommodations, and beautiful location. I loved the arched architecture in the room 😍Looking forward to my return.
The staff was above and beyond Will definitely be coming back Paula was an absolute BOSS and so professional
Valet was exceptional each time we used it from check-in to checkout. Cameron along with others were respectful, engaging, and knowledgeable about local recommendations when asked. The front desk at times were very friendly when the guys were working very kind. The ladies were not as friendly even when trying to engage in conversations. The rooms were nice and spacious. The first night we did not have housekeeping services we caulked it up to maybe an oversight but the next we did. The exercise room was enjoyable with several types of equipment that allowed us to do circuit training at the same time. Breakfast at Flossy was ok, the waitstaff was friendly and accommodating food was average.
My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here. It was great, we got a great view of the city and the camel which made our stay even better! The pool was very relaxing and the location of the hotel was great! We had a wonderful time and will be making this an annual trip for our anniversary ☺️
Beautiful hotel, service is top notch! Away from the busy downtown Dallas, great places near by. The property has a great pool , tiki bar, fire pits at night.
Shevon was great at church check in
Nova checked me in and he was very friendly, offered things to do in town and kindly gave me a room with a view on request. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Stellar service. The text feature is great. Free drink voucher was a lovely add. Other staff on the grounds were generally friendly. A couple of icy interactions with two other members of reception on checkout day felt out of place for a resort like this but otherwise was a wonderful (albeit short) stay.
Would be a great value add to have a complimentary shuttle to destinations within a short radius of hotel.
This is a beautiful hotel with a great on‑site restaurant. The property includes a pool with a nearby tiki bar and several additional activities for families or friends to enjoy. The airport is conveniently close, though there is no shuttle service available. The staff was friendly and welcoming; however, when I asked for recommendations or directions to places in the area, the employees I spoke with weren’t very helpful. The hotel could also benefit from having more bartenders and wait staff. We were there for a conference during the World Cup, and the team simply couldn’t keep up with the influx of guests. I would stay again.
Rubin was awesome very helpful and informative
Rueben was awesome!! Great customer service!! Help with navigation
Gabe from valet PMC was very helpful. He is a nice young man. Very courteous.
Ruben and Cameron at valet are amazing. Make sure you say hi to them OK Review
We enjoyed our stay at Omni
I’ve traveled across the world, and stayed in hotels and resorts. The staff made my stay one of the best ever! Every single staff person went over and beyond for me. I will recommend this particular hotel over and over again 100/10
This Omni Mandalay is in the heart of a very cool and interesting area (Las Colinas canal). Lots of walkable places to eat and drink and shop. The hotel beds and rooms were terrific. The breakfast was decent, but the best experience we had was out by the pool, ordering drinks and food. They were great but what was outstanding was the service. We had a server named Emma who took good care of us and treated us like royalty. We went back the next day and asked for her section.
We were celebrating our anniversary and the Omni upgraded our room and had a bottle of Champagne and Charcuterie Board for us. We spent our days by the pool and had the best breakfast buffet at Flossey’s.
Exceptional service and accommodations. The room was very clean staff was very nice and attentive. Daisy is the goat! She took care of me while I was there and I’ll def go back very soon!
It was very clean. Staff was friendly. It was in walking distance to where we needed to go.
That you have to pay for parking even though you are a paying guest.
Location. I love the Greek yogurt calypso excellent
The food was adequate. You did not have enough staff, Bellman, valet personnel. We had to wait over 40 minutes to get a car. We were a tennis team and had time crunches.
Not much. Service was awful. Place is run by a bunch of kids. Don’t see annoying who looks to be in authority. TV doesn’t work right.
Shall I go on. Tried to call front desk. No one answered. There really is no front desk. No concierge. I did get some help ordering an Uber. But the guy put in the wrong airport. A cup of coffee took 20 minutes. Both last night and this morning. Looks like ur trying 1 kitchen for 3 restaurants. Service is awful at all three. Waitress paid little or no attention to the table when only 20% of tables were in use. Have no idea how I got on Booking.com. I think that’s you. Ended up one night at twice the price for half a room.
Great Valet and Bellboy Service. Jazmin was very helpfull with all our luggage and explain most of the hotel services.
Glenwood is amazing!! Helping me at the valet. So respectful, kind and helpful. Amazing!!!
Jasmin from day one has been amazing.
Jasmine, Fernanda, and Isaac were such pleasant and helpful staff as we checked in and checked out for our stay - always smiling and eager to help out!
Very nice rooms, the staff is very attentive, the amenities are great! I always feel very appreciated when I stay at this property.
The staff was amazing, great location.
"Fast, reliable, and professional!! Mr. Glenwood is by far the best valet service I’ve experienced. He took care of everything, allowing us to just enjoy checking right in to our room, jumping in our vehicle promptly and leaving Omni Las Colinas! We come often! This is our second experience with his superb service! We look forward to his exceptional service, attitude and his ability to make everyone smile!
We’ve stayed at this Omni location at least one night a week for the past 2 months and it’s been a great experience each time. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and always attentive. We especially have appreciated Elijah and the valets…always quick with a smile and to get the doors…what a great first impression for this property, right when you pull up! Thank you.
Glenwood and Fernanda provided exceptional service upon check out getting my bags to the Uber, and sought to ensure my experience during the stay was as expected. From arrival to departure, excellent experience - service is outstanding - top notch, (literally every staff member encountered), restaurants and bar are outstanding. Beautiful, updated, clean and spacious rooms; amenities are fabulous and location is wonderful!
Poor communication with the hotel. Planned a staycation and paid for additional services. You would think if you’re going to pay over $500 for a single night they would get things right. Kayla B. Did help out, but overall had a poor experience.
This was an amazing place to spend our wedding night. From the great customer service to the special decorations upon our arrival, our stay was as special as we could’ve hoped.
Jasmines personality is so welcoming and kind. She immediately greeted me and my fiance and took care of us. Thank you Jasmine !
We were here for our 12th wedding anniversary. When we arrived to our room they had left rose petals all over the room, wine and dessert on the table and it was just such a nice surprise. Thank you for going above and beyond for us. We had a great view of the canal and had a wonderful stay. Flossies breakfast was delicious.
Jasmine was a ray of sunshine upon her greeting me and grabbing my luggage. Each associate I came into contact with from the front drive to the front desk was a welcoming smile and genuine hospitality. Outstanding team to match the accommodations!
Jasmine is amazing. If you’re looking for stellar white glove service, please see Jasmine.
Staff was very helpful!!!!!!!
Parking and valet staff were amazing! A real upgrade for this hotel. Now they are prompt to assist- even when you don’t valet park!Fernanda and Glenwood even helped me to the garage with my bags!
Did not eat breakfast, but had a delicious smoothie instead. Our room was clean and comfortable, as well as quiet.
Nothing
I had the best experience here! I feel like my pictures and videos wouldn’t do this place justice. The rooms are huge and very clean. Believe me, i’m a neat freak and I had no complaints. The gym was phenomenal! The best i’ve seen in a hotel. The customer service was exceptional! Not just from one staff member, from everyone we encountered! I can’t brag on this place enough. We came and didn’t have to leave. I would most definitely visit again & again!
Attended a 1 1/2 day conference here. Staff friendly, helpful and professional. The eats prepared for the conference – provided by the hotel – were really good. The atmosphere/vibe of the hotel was professional, gracious. Room was well-laid out. Bath area nice.
I threw my engagement party at this location and from start to finish it was a magnificent experience! The staff were flexible and kind. The leadership went above and beyond to ensure that my guests and I were comfortable and catered for. If I could have more events here, I would. 10/10
We booked a meeting at the Omni Hotel Las Colinas because of the great location and, honestly, because the hotels we usually used couldn't accommodate us! Well....we had an AMAZING experience at the Omni Las Colinas and may never go back to the other hotels! The team was accommodating, friendly, professional and truly wanted to please. It's a gorgeous property and close to restaurants (although the Omni restaurant is EXCELLENT), walking trails around the lake, and the airport. I highly recommend the Omni for events, a business stay, or a personal getaway.
Location
The outside pool Bar staff was not very warm or friendly or attentive. I stood there for a good while before even being acknowledged much less asked for my order.
Location was perfect…at night the view was beautiful. Perfect!!!
Everything!!!
This is an awesome hotel! I can't remember the last time we stayed at a hotel and had such a positive experience. Staff is wonderful, the rooms are great, resturants are excellent with convenient hours, and the nearby area by the waterfront is very pretty and relaxing. The Toyota Music Pavilion is in easy walking distance which is super convenient. The whole vibe of this hotel is very positive and focused on making you feel like a very welcome guest. 10 plus out of 10 in all regards. Kudos to the staff and management !
Amazing experience! We came for a wedding event, and we were very impressed with the amenities and staff. Everything is in good taste and well-cared for. The staff is very friendly too! There are plenty of activities in the area, but even staying at the hotel offers variety in food options and activities, such as visiting the pool. It was great to take a break from busy, everyday life!
I was invited to serve on a Praxis Health ad board held at this hotel (on ulixacaltamide, for essential tremor) and I had to take a redeye to make it, because the day before I still worked late, including an after-hours faculty meeting. I informed the organizers and travel logistics teams that I won't be there for the reception (held on 4/2) and arrive at the hotel early AM on 4/3 - to be sure they inform the hotel about the late check in. My landing was at about 4:30 AM. Since the ad board only started at 9 AM, I still wanted hotel, as I was to sleep a couple of hours before the program (I live in Las Vegas, NV and routinely use redeye arrivals to attend meetings on the East Coast). When I got to the hotel just before 5 AM, they seemed confused - they told me that they had me for 4/2 - apparently not having received the note that I was coming as a super late arrival (the wee hours of the next day actually). Of course that's not their fault - it was the logistics company that clearly had trouble handling this situation as they kept sending me information about the reception well after I had told them about my travel plans. Anyhow I explained the situation at the reception, they were still unsure what was going on, so they told me they have moved my reservation to 4/3 - and I said "okay" - even though I had a 6 PM flight home on 4/3. In any case, I had this long intro to say that my sleep in these situations is extremely important, as it is short. If I don't sleep at all, I am a mess. I don't need many hours (my normal/physiological daily sleep need is under 6 hours) - I had a good hour on the flight, so if I could sleep another ~4 between 5 AM and 9 AM, I knew I would be in good shape. I went to the hotel room, when to sleep almost instantly (at about 5 AM), only to be woken up by the hotel's alarm. The WORST possible time, at 6 AM, when I was sleeping the deepest. I have a very high waking threshold, so I kept incorporating the alarm sound as it was going on forever, into my dreams and kept sleeping. For a while. Eventually I did wake up - first thinking it was my own alarm (which I set to 8:45 AM), then realizing that it was the hotel's alarm. Then I didn't know how to freaking shut it off. I tried to pull it out of the wall, failed - eventually had to wake up fully to figure out how to shut it. I did eventually sleep back and I was OK for the ad board, kind of, but this was EXTREMELY upsetting, as it was the worst of times this could have happened to me. I will discuss some of the rest of the experience below, but I would say the absolute highlight was how they handled my complain about this. Rather than dismissing or minimizing how bad this situation was, front desk personnel truly, honestly, and deeply apologized, repeatedly. They brought there a manager, who also showed maximum understanding, compassion, and willingness to remedy this fiasco. They asked if I was an Omni Hotel member, I said that I wasn't. They said they would send me an email, with instructions to become a member and will grant me points for 1 night future Omni stay. I have not seen the email yet - of course it is weekend + Easter at that, so I am in no rush + even if there is no future hotel stay, I just appreciate the way they handled it, their expression of regret and acknowleding how this was a very bad situation alone satisfies me, as that was the right thing to do. I would like to add that there have been other signs of organizational glitches. Besides my initial interaction upon arrival where they could not really grasp that I booked a night for just a few hours in the early AM, which is technically administered as a reservation made for the previous date then the day I am actually showing up, there was a similar confusion upon checking out. I was checking out at about 2:30 PM and 2 things happened. First, even though I told them I was in room #1407 they kept looking at the screen for some time (there was one person who handled it and next to her a junior associate, apparently in training), after which they asked me if I was Mr. Xxxx (some name, which wasn't mine). I told them that my name is Dr. Mari, then she apologized and found me, asking me what went wrong for me to leave a day early (as she had me to check out the next day, 4/4). I explained again the whole story about the ad board and everything. Then, once I made it back to Las Vegas, around 7 PM my time (Pacific), I got a text to "welcome" me to Omni Hotel - to which I replied that I already was back home, having checked out several hours before. To their credit, with a name signed under the text (something that is very professional and appreciated), apologized for the error. In summary, every single staff I have interacted with showed maximum courtesy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence that I rarely see, even though I travel almost weekly (some weeks I stay 3 different hotels in the same week - I already have about 20 hotel nights just in 2026 alone, as I travel a lot for work and fun, too). There were glitches, perhaps the system is new, perhaps people are new. But the key is HOW they handled these glitches - and I was impressed, completely changing my rating (when I was woken up by the alarm at 6 AM, I was extremely angry and was going to rip the place apart in my review - and here I am, giving them 5 stars). Of course the 5 stars is also affected by the remaining of my experience, which was stellar. The food was impeccable, the amenities, WiFi, cleanliness, ambience/atmosphere, location, all were top notch. The bathroom was modern, functional, artistically very well designed, and clearly new. My constant wish is for bar soap, which they did not have, but that is considered standard so I would not mark them down for that (plus I carry bar soap with me for this reason). I have no idea what the room charge was (as this was a sponsored trip and the hotel was booked and paid directly by the sponsor), which makes it difficult to comment on the value, but I doubt they would pick a hotel for an ad board, when the rate is way outside of standards, so I would say the value is probably there, too. In summary, I was impressed, despite a major problem and several other smaller glitches, with the experience overall being very positive, and credit to management, as staff very clearly were motivated to support guest needs to the best they could and this positive attitude has made a huge difference for me.
The location was great
No dislikes
Stayed for one night for the conference. The room was big and clean, nice view from the window overlooking the canal. Welcoming lobby and outside lawn.
Pre paid for stay with Amex. But hotel charged again for stay. Checked with rep. She told me she cannot fix and will pass the info to manager. Manager never called back. Beware of double charges here
Staffs are very kind.
The staff was amazing and friendly. Every time you would walk by one of them, they would greet you with a smile. The only thing I wish is that I had seen this area pre-pandemic, because I imagine it had a better atmosphere than the great atmosphere I already experienced.
Currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is ok, food is mediocre at best. Made a spa appointment. Person was a no-show. Tried to accommodate me in another way, but it did not work out either after I waited close to an hour. Disappointed in our stay here would definitely not recommend . The hotel employees are the only bright spot.
I've stayed at a lot of different hotels in the area for work and this one is probably at the top. It was cold when I went but you could tell the pool area would be a lot of fun when the weather was nicer. I used the gym, had a lot of different machines. Room was very comfortable. Zero complaints.
