Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

Everything was pretty good

Our a/c wasn’t blowing right I know they tried to fix it

The comfort that the hotel can offer and the location

Everything was good so far

Loved the property

The view of the lake

Nice area, clean, beautiful aesthetic

The staff at the front desk were not so nice and friendly.

Lakeview and balcony

It was a very beautiful hotel very clean

I got charged an extra $50 dollars on my card without them telling me about it and I don’t know why for if the parking was only $18

Everything staff was great so peaceful

Inviting, great view, close to venue, convenient parking, good food

Nothing

Location, cleanliness, outdoor area, bar.

Very close to event

Great location staff was great

The beds were not comfortable

Next door to Toyota Music Factory. Excellent bar. Nice staff. Great pool. Clean grounds.

Room was spacious and clean. Great view. Good food. AC worked well.

Only had 2 out of 3 elevators working. TV/cable needed to have an update. It was several days behind.

Kopfkissen und Decken Inlet alt und muffig.

Everything!!

Good staff, very clean, I love it

Good staff, very clean, I love it

Super super easy to get there, super easy to park, super easy to check in. Super clean. Everyone is nice and helpful. The bartender is so nice and friendly.

I asked for room service 3 times and on the 4th time I had to ask again.

Was extremely happy with the Price and location of this hotel....

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave the hotel...to come back home...will definitely be booking again....

How close it was to our venue

The beds were terrible, obviously old and not comfortable at all. It was like sleeping on the ground

Great location very clean and the bed was comfortable

It's a very nice area and a great location.

I didn't like having to pay $18 extra just to park in the parking lot of the the hotel. Seems kinda rude to do that to an already paying customer.

Was close to everything we needed.

Nothing.

Rooms very nice. Beds very comfortable and lines and pillows excellent.

We had someone noisy next to us the first night.

Safety and location, cleanliness of room, friendly staff

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, conflicting information about parking prices between Booking.com and Marriott, A/C system is not the best

The view

The parking

Very clean. Nice renovation. Staff very professional and welcoming

Parking situation. No microwave in room

Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Location was perfect for what I had planned and the view of the lake was spectacular!! Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel cleanliness was beyond my expectations!! Would definitely be back!!

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

We liked the fact that the staff accepted our booking for the one night as it was an emergency. We didn't have any toothbrush/toiletries & they were very willing to assist with that.

There was a light behind the back of the TV that was unable to be turned off. So had to sleep with a slight bit of light in the room.

The staff especially the front desk were really cordial and helpful. The room cleaning staff was great as well

The bathrooms could have been cleaner

The Hispanic lady who knocked on my door before checking out. Very rude..

Lady at front desk with her hair covered was very courteous and professional. Great attitude. She started our stay off perfect. Thank you

Lower breakfast prices

Very nice and clean property! The staff was friendly

Very nice, quiet and clean.

The location was great for us

As I often do - smelled mold in the room on arrival - there are a couple of places in the grout in shower that need to be taken care of -

Location and Free private parking is best part about this hotel. The Lobby was nice and clean even on a busy night.

The parking garage was covered in leaves didn’t know what I was stepping on when I got out of my car. The pool was not heated and they said they were gonna send someone and after waiting 30 minutes we just went back to the room. The room smelled and the room looked very outdated.

Overall the hotel was nice. You could tell it was an older hotel that has been renovated but the renovations were nice. The lobby area was nicely decorated and gives a great intro to the hotel.

As I said you could tell the hotel was old and was renovated. While the updates were great the things they did not update stood out and really took away from the room. Walking in the door and locks were old and beat up looking. Once in the room u can see the light switches and wall plugs were old dated and dirty looking again taking away from the room. The doors and trim around the restroom and closet doors also showed age and wear and tear. These things just kind of gave me mixed feelings about the room. Made me feel like it just appeared clean but really wasnt.

Location and scenery

Price😂

Location is wonderful, lots to do within walking distance and lots more within a short drive. Facilities are always clean and tidy when I stay, never been disappointed, always love staying here!

Not much to speak of

I like it a lot was lux and was walking distance to restaurants and bars
