We absolutely loved our stay at Phaedra! It's perfectly located, right on the edge of the old town, right at the centre of Rethymno. However, when you step into the courtyard with the pool it feels calm and serene, so quiet you'd never guess it was so central. Agapi was incredibly helpful and just a wonderful host, super friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned impeccably every day and the bed was very comfortable. Genuinely one of the loveliest stays I've ever had.

Nothing!

The location was perfect, minutes from shops, restaurants and beach. Beautiful room, spotless and the host was such a lovely lady. Definitely would go there again. Bonus was the swimming pool!!😍

Nothing! It was perfect for us.🤩

Really lovely place to stay in Rethymno. Beautifully clean and very well equipped.Location excellent and central but quiet and the little pool in the courtyard a relaxing spot at the end of a hot day. My family stayed here for a wedding and the owner Agapi could not have been more accommodating to us all. A real find and highly recommended!

Siamo rimasti troppo poco

Everything! Beautifully decorated apartment, lovely bathroom and shower, comfy beds, gorgeous courtyard with small pool for a quick dip, excellent location. And Agapi is such a kind and welcoming host. Would definitely stay here again - loved it!

Lovely host who helped us with any questions we had. The location was perfect, close to everything you'd want to see or do in Rethymno. Hygiene was on point. The pool is great too. it catches the sun all day and had a perfect temperature. The only downside is that it stained our swimming costumes slightly green :/ Would absolutetly book again!

Agapi is the perfect hostess, great communication, information and so welcoming. The property is well situated, comfortable and our room at the back had a lovely view and surprisingly peaceful.. Thank you!

We liked our stay nothing to say

Everything was just perfect

We had an amazing time in Phaedra suites and rethymno. Our host was amazing and made us feel so welcome, and everything was spotless. The place itself is beautiful and so quiet and the perfect location

We loved every minute of our stay.. from the moment we arrived, we knew this was a special place. Agapi our host was so welcoming. Our apartment was a beautiful split level space. The nicest apartment we've ever stayed in. It was so clean, the attention to detail was excellent. The pool area is spotless too, perfect to cool down after a day at the beach. Agapi makes sure that all her guests are looked after to a very high standard. Very quiet even though on a busy street. Close to the center and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. If you are looking for a quiet, very clean, welcoming place, this is it. You won't be disappointed.

Nothing.. we loved everything about our stay.

Everything thing was perfect. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was a welcome relief at the end of our outings!

Lovely clean rooms, small property without too many other guests to have to share the pool with😁

The bathroom floor always wet after a shower.

First off all many thanks to our wonderful host Agapi! We simply loved the location, the spacious and very clean appartment. And last but not least the pool and terrace. Also the mineral water from the private source was very special! Lots of nice restaurants in the vicinity and the beach is just a short walk away. We will definitely come back💗

Very clean and tidy, very little noise from room to room.

Locatie was super.

The location, the suite was spacious, clean & comfortable. The terrace & pool were in a lovely setting. Agabi was so friendly & helpful.

Beautiful property, very well kept. Short walk from everything with a gorgeous pool area. The lady who booked me in was just lovely, kept me informed about everything during my short stay. Bed comfortable.

Not the property’s fault, but take mosquito repellent and possibly a plug in. The greenery attracts the little beasts!

fantastic location, super friendly and helpful host, comfortable apartment with great cooking facility, super efficient and quiet AC. There is filtered water available to refill your flasks. Everything was perfect.

Extremely helpful, informative and friendly host, beautifully presented property and facilities. Extra special touches with complimentary gift

No milk provided in the room for coffee, could of asked but bought our own

Great place. Great location. Great host.

Staff absolutely fantastic

Pool had Too much chlorine and you could not make noise due to other guests complaining

Perfect place to stay. Extremely comfortable with very hospitable host.

Nothing.

A lovely apartment in a good location, easy to just walk everywhere. Nice courtyard to relax in after a day of wandering about.

The apartment was on the ground level, right on the road so opening the window for fresh air was not really an option.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with 6 lovingly decorated spacious rooms with kitchens. The owners designed it as if it were their own home with quality beautiful furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Its right on the border of old town so you are in old town within 2 mins walk. It has a stunning peaceful courtyard with a small enjoyable pool, with views of the old town buildings. Really a perfect hotel and Agapi the host is a lovely woman who looks after you. She is very glamorous as well. :-)

Everything was great. The rooms in the front are on a busy but fun street so depends on what you want - views of the pool courtyard or bustling street which also means you will hear some traffic. The rooms are sound-proofed which helps but be aware of this difference.

Beautiful layout, great location and a very friendly host

Thanks to Agapi for the warm welcome, even if it’s just the second time we came to Phaedra Suites, it’s like coming home

Excellent location, exceptionally clean. We had a ground floor room next to the pool which I would highly recommend. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would stay there again.

We loved everything

It's a very well located position with easy walking access to all parts of Rethymo. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well. The cooking facilities appeared good although we mainly used it for breakfasts or occasional lunches. There is also a small garden area with a very small pool and chairs that offers a change of environment but we were too busy outside to take advantage of that. The proprietor and staff were all very friendly. There are so many eating places in the vicinity some fairly close by and others a little further distant you are spoiled for choice of where to eat.

We only stayed for 7 days but could have spent more time here. Its well placed for trips further out or relaxing in the immediate area.

Beautiful decor , well maintained, perfect location for old town Rethymno, super hostess

Agapi was a great host who provided a warm welcome. Phaedra suites is in a central location close to the beach and cafes/restaurants/shops. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Zeer prettige accommodatie waar alles klopt.

Fantastic location just on edge of old town. ( 1 minute walk to many bars restaurants and shops) very large spacious apartment with kitchen and with very good quality bed linen, furniture and utensils. Very comfortable bed, great air conditioning and a lovely balcony overlooking a delightful courtyard with small pool. You can feel the love that the owner has for her place. It’s a lovely townhouse of about 5 apartments and is traditional in design. In the middle of busy Rethymno, it’s a quiet oasis. Lovely touches like a bottle of wine on arrival and tea and coffee as well as board games and a complimentary coffee station by the pool. The owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. Extremely clean and the excellent daily housekeeping meant our apartment was always spotless

Parking was tricky but you can pull up outside and load or unload without any bother. Download the park app and it’s easy to see free parking spots and pay online

Very nice and clean, amazing location and beautiful building and facilities and a lovely host

Peaceful and pretty appartments in good central location for town and walking distance of beach.

Everything was perfect! The details are simply wonderful😍. The staff is incredibly kind, and Mrs. Agapi is the best! We loved everything and hope to come back soon again!! Absolutely recommended

The room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The location is excellent and the hostess is very sweet and super helpful. She gave us a lot of information and she made us feel like home.

We loved everything. The room was spacious and for my husband and I and two grown up children. It was clean but what we liked the most was the warm welcome from reception every day.

Nothing

Everything was fantastic, incredible host, room was very well equipped and Aircon was a dream. The pool was perfect for a dip.

Suite appartement au 1er étage avec terrasse. Très spacieuse, bien aménagée et confortable. Environnement calme.

Ingenting

We had a wonderful stay at Phaedra Suites! The host and her daughter were incredibly kind and helpful. There's affordable public parking nearby, which is great for such a central location. The property is ideally situated in the heart of the city — everything is within walking distance. The shared pool and common areas are a real bonus, and we really appreciated the daily cleaning room service. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation!
