I don't like the fact that you have to pay to park there, I am staying at the hotel and shouldn't have to pay extra to park my vehicle there. To me, this a rip off. I am driving from Arizona and where am I suppose to park my vehicle.

I would like to express my disappointment with my stay. The elevators smelled horrible, and the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. There was a lot of dust, especially on the lamps and headboards. I even woke up with allergies, and I believe the dust and lack of cleanliness may have contributed to it. Additionally, my brother came to visit me just so he could see me for about an hour. We went downstairs to the reception desk together, and the receptionist looked at us in a very unpleasant way and kept staring at us the entire time. Her attitude made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expected better cleanliness and more respectful and friendly treatment from the staff. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.

Location was great, fantastic A/C in the rooms but common areas were pretty warm, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. The pool was nice and loved that there were outdoor games to play and a walk up bar and the bar tender was so good at creating a friendly environment and engaging guests and the drinks were good! The staff was nice.

The lobby furniture was really dirty, the parking was expensive and we stayed in a room right next to the 7th floor stairwell and the stairwell door was jammed and wouldn’t shut and there were loads of bees at the pool and spiders in the hallway near our room. My main complaint was our shower… it never got hot, so we took lukewarm showers everyday.

Location was great! I went because it was close to Angel Stadium, but didn’t even realize Disneyland was right there. Within walking distance to cvs and Walgreens that were open 24 hours if you needed anything. Room service was a pleasant surprise!

I could hear the plumbing every time someone went . Laundry facilities didn’t work . Ice machine didn’t work on our floor . We also asked for room service and found nail in one of the beds . The staff were okay but not really friendly.

Always my go-to place. Very reasonably priced, safe, and close to Disneyland if you are going there. Very kind front desk staff. Should keep this one in mind if you are going to Anaheim/Disneyland/ Convention center.

We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed ourselves. This time, we stayed in the second tower and found the complimentary wi-fi to be nonexistent for our stay. Only one of the two ice machines worked, but the room was quality. Parking was available and the staff were pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and check in was very fast! Our rooms were clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable! It was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely e back!

La habitación 506 estaba llena de ácaros y moho el aire no funcionaba y sonada muy fuerte tuvimos que apagarlo para que nos dejara dormir ya veníamos muy cansados. Todos salimos con infección respiratoria con tos y flema por el moho que tenía el cuarto. Pienso que era una habitación que hacía mucho tiempo no se habia ocupado. Muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo.

Great location , comfy bed, lovely pool and bar. Bathroom is not updated but for the goat and location, this can’t be beat. Repeat visits every year.

Hotel Lulu was an amazing experience after a long day at Disneyland! I surprised my amazing kids to a trip to Disneyland for a short vacation this summer. After a very long day, Hotel Lulu was hospitable, caring and gracious, I love the customer service that Eddie gave me at 1 am in the morning. He was so nice, caring and respectable and helped me and my family to our room in an expedited fashion! Would love to stay here again! Really soon!

The conceirge told me to pick up my own towels at the front desk instead of room service for towels.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Lulu during our Disneyland trip after booking through Expedia. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The most serious issue happened on the second day of our stay, which was the first day housekeeping entered our room. Before leaving for Disneyland, our iPad was in perfect working condition with no physical damage. When we returned that evening, it had been damaged. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk manager. He was courteous and said he would investigate and call me with an update, but I never received that call. That same evening, I asked the manager if he could store my gel pad in the freezer, and he agreed. When I brought it to him the following day, I asked about the investigation. He told me it had concluded that the housekeeper did not damage the iPad. When I asked how it could have been damaged while left in our room if housekeeping was not responsible, he had no explanation. The hotel refunded our stay through Expedia, and while I appreciate that gesture, it does not make up for the damage to my iPad. I am extremely disappointed that our personal belongings were damaged while in the hotel’s care, and no one accepted responsibility or provided a reasonable explanation. There were also several other issues throughout our stay: * From the very first shower, the bathtub drain was clogged. Water collected around our feet every time we showered. * The elevator and hallways were extremely hot. The only area that seemed to have adequate air conditioning was the front lobby. * The upper edges of the pool were filthy, with visible grime and writing that I noticed while getting out of the pool. * If you want your room cleaned, you have to request housekeeping. Unfortunately, after our experience, I wish I never had. The only five-star part of our stay was the front desk staff. They were courteous and friendly during both check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, I will not stay at Hotel Lulu again, nor would I recommend it to others. If you value clean facilities, proper maintenance, and confidence that your belongings will be safe while you’re away from your room, I would look elsewhere.

Trip was great hotel was great up until check-out day. We requested and paid for late check out (3pm) only to not be able to use our key for the elevator at around 12pm not a big issue quick run to the front desk to fix but what really was alarming is at about 12:30-12:45 some man opens our room door without knocking when I responded hello closes the door and because we were close to the stairs runs down the stairs before we can even see who it was. After that we decided to pack up quicker and just leave it ruined the mood of the day because what do you mean someone is just going around opening doors what if we weren't in the room what if my wife was in the shower.

The location of the hotel Lulu is great , an easy 10 min walk to the parks. Lots of places to eat and pick up essentials close by. Our room was good, although we did have some issues with the water being switched off from 9-4 for 2 days, it didn't impact us too much as we were out at the parks but we did come back to the room after getting soaked on Tianas one day and couldn't use the toilets at all either in the room or in reception as there was no water at all! The reception staff told us to use the ones at ihop !! Other than that issue I would say for the location the hotel was well priced and the room was comfortable, The car parking fee is steep but I guess most hotels around the area are the same.

This was our second visit to the hotel. It is a very convenient location and an easy walk to Disneyland, The staff was extremely accommodating, the room was spacious clean. We ordered room service and it was fast and very good. The hotel was such a good value, we booked an extra night. We just parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go.

It was very pleasant stay. I have had a great experience,. I like best westerns, you won't be disappointed.

First time staying at this hotel with my family. Drinks on tap and cookies for the kids at check in. Front desk and all stay I interacted with her helpful and pleasant! Plenty of shaded parking and hotel is easy to navigate. Only downside was pool was not working during the visit, but sometimes things are just out of our control. Only about a 16 min leisurely walk to the Disney Parks; you can leave your car in the lot even after check out.

We liked that it was close to Disneyland park. We liked that they had a mini fridge with a little freezer part and microwave. It was clean. It had all of the essentials. Housekeeping staff was phenomenal and friendly.

Front desk could’ve been a little more peppy but nothing bad to say about the property in general. Parking was kind of pricey, but I think that’s a California thing in general.

Easy walking distance to Disneyland. We enjoyed the pool and fitness centre. Comfy beds.

It’s starting to look a bit tired, bathrooms could do with a renovation, but didn’t affect our stay.

Friendly and kind staff! Always smiling and greeting in the lobby. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have never had an issue thankfully. The rooms and hall aren’t super up to date, but it’s still very cozy and cute with their beachy vibe with a touch of Disney. Proximity is also amazing!! With nearby stores and food all around. Def recommend if you need a spot for Disney!!

The room was great. The room was clean. Close to Disneyland and Angel stadium. All different kinds of restaurants to choose from. Very affordable for a hotel like this. Love the fact that the staff gave us a complimentary drink upon checking in. Also gave my granddaughter Oreo cookies.

Check in was easy. Johnny has great customer service. Happy with our stay a room. This Hotel is close to everything. We will stay here again.

Overall experience was ok. Only one elevator was working making it quite frustrating. At one point we waited about 10 minutes to go down. We had a stroller so couldn’t use the stairs. We were never even offered the infamous “blue drink”

Great hotel in a great location. The hotel is in a serious need of updating and maintenance. An elevator didn’t work. Pool and area needs some professional cleaning and maintenance. Room was sufficient. Overall it was a good value. But LuLu you can do better.

We loved Hotel Lulu! The location is a quick walk from the Disney parks. The beachy vibe and decor are fun and the poolside games and activities are a nice bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast options and the cocktail at check-in was a great added touch. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and we were able to see the Disney fireworks from our guestroom! We will definitely be coming back.

Hi I love the hotel it’s comfortable only two things is upgrading the refrigerators is needed it and the time check will be nice to have it at 12pm instead of 11am. Everything else was great.

Great last minute booking ! Made a trip to Disney July 2nd and booked a room just for the night for my kids literally 7/1/2026. Arrive from San Diego to Anaheim midnight.

Dirty hallways and elevators, no ice buckets available in room, ice machine not available on every floor. Bathroom sink was a slow drain. No courtesy coffee and water in lobby . Coffee in room is not very tasty. Very disappointed with our stay this time, it seems to have gone down hill since last visit . We will be looking to stay somewhere else with a better value and cleanliness

Loved that it was a short distance to Disneyland and many other places. The room was very nice and clean, plus the fireworks view is definitely worth paying a little extra for. All of the employees were very welcoming and accommodating. Never heard any other person from any other rooms while we were in our room. Definitely a great value for a hotel so close to Disneyland. The atmosphere is nice enough to feel comfortable walking around to local places as well. My family and I enjoyed the pool before we left and thoroughly enjoyed it. The giant Jenga and connect four were a great addition, along with the table tannins and corn hole. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was traveling to floor 8 and floor 6 in search of ice only to find the machines didn’t work. Thankfully the ice machine on floor 4 did though. Also wish there were actually vending machines on the floors that said vending. Besides the ice machine and vending machine issues I would definitely stay here again.

I do not like the $34 per day fee to park per day being that I have to pay $40 to also park at the Disneyland parking lot. As you can see, I’m paying $74 per day in parking fees incurred to me.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and is not a bad walk at all to Disneyland resort or downtown Disney it only takes us about 10 minutes to walk there. The hotel is always clean. The staff is always very friendly and the beds are super comfortable. This was our first time using the pool and we really enjoyed it. The water was warm, the pool was clean and it wasn’t crowded at all. I’ve stayed at the hotel Lulu a number of times and I can’t recommend it enough. I always feel like it is a good choice for the value.

Walking distance to Disney and with plenty of shops and restaurants even closer by too. The rooms were good in size and the pool and bar was lovely. Also plenty of options for breakfast and great room service options too.

If possible don't get a room on the ground floor, constant foot traffic due to multiple entrances into the property meant that the first floor was super noisy all the time.

Hello Lulu Team! First, thank you for the wonderful hospitality during our recent stay! We were incredibly touched by the beautiful room upgrade and the thoughtful engagement gift. Your generosity made our celebration even more special, and we are truly grateful. As someone who works in hospitality and HR, I always appreciate receiving feedback, so I wanted to share a few observations from our stay that may be helpful. Overall, our experience was very positive, but there were a few opportunities that stood out: During a visit to the fitness center, I noticed quite a bit of rust on the elliptical machine I was using, and the monitor was not functioning. While neither prevented me from using the machine, it did catch my attention. While walking through the guest room hallway, I observed a housekeeping associate leaning against the wall using her phone right outside the housekeeping office area, never looking up as we walked by. She may have been on a break, arriving for her shift, or leaving for the day, but from a guest perspective it created an impression of disengagement. We requested ice on two separate occasions. We didn't see an ice bucket, so we called the FD to ask if they had ice machines, the FD associate told us to just come to the front, and the ice would be waiting for us, and it was, which was lovely! The second time, coming back from dinner, we asked FD for more ice, and the associate just handed us a bucket, we were a bit confused and asked where the ice machine was, she let us know the locations and being on the 1st floor, we took the elevator to the 2nd floor. Not a significant issue by any means, but the difference in service approach made me wonder if there is an opportunity for more consistency in the guest experience. The only item that impacted our comfort was the air conditioning unit in our room. It was noticeably loud when running, particularly overnight. We considered requesting a room change but ultimately chose to stay put. It may be worth having engineering take a look when convenient. Please, know these comments are offered with appreciation and respect. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and were so grateful for the kindness shown to us. Yeah the check-in was wonderful I was checking in and less than 5 minutes and they were very courteous I enjoyed my stay.

Loved staying here. Easy walk to Disney. We booked that morning of our stay and just wanted to park our car and go to the park. They had our room already for us and checked in early. The front desk people were friendly! I definitely will be staying and recommending to other people.

Location is great…very close to Disneyland…right next to an Ihop and a walgreens. Plenty of parking and the room was clean. However, the a/c sounded like a leaf blower and my cable box stopped working. I called down about that and the woman said that someone would be up to fix it. I waited and waited and now one showed up. I had to go about my day and when I came back in the evening and it was still not working, no one showed up. I got it working myself.

Hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that there was no hot water during the late afternoon and early evening on two consecutive days. I simply adjusted my routine and showered in the morning instead. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Great proximity to Disney! Front desk is super friendly. They don't have daily cleaning, but supplies can be brought up by a friendly robot. It was also convenient that they were next door to IHOP and close to Walgreens.

We had a great time and an easy quick walk to Disney. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our car died and we had to get towed to a nearby dealership. The staff helped as much as they could and it was greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay again on our next trip out! Thx you!

I would like to thank the hotel front office for their amazing service. My niece and I had an emergency that we did not expect to happen and they truly helped us in a way that they did not have to. They went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful. Thank you :D

The bed was comfortable. And the elevators were cool from the wallpaper.

I have trypophobia so I couldn’t handle the bedframe with the snake skin and the bedroom walls felt like a bathroom stall with the tile like wallpaper. It was clean but fell outdated about a 12 to 15 minute walk to the park which could be good or bad depending depending on the time of day. The pool was cold, and there was no hot tub on top of the bath towels were super thin and small. And one thing I really did not like is I couldn’t just order a side of fries. You have to pay $15 minimum purchase. Bathtub didn’t seem clean definitely had mildew.
