The staff are unbelievably hard working, they cant do enough for you, very friendly and went above and beyond too make sure we had a lovely stay the room we had was stunning extremely clean and my family just had the best time here we will be coming back next year

The hotel was very nice and the food was delicious

housecleaning could be improved. The room and bathroom were not completely clean. I noticed stray hair on the floors, and using floor fresheners would make the bathroom smell much cleaner.

Un grand merci à tous le personnel et spécialement à Mme Wahida pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et l’attention portée à notre chambre 1417 au quotidien. Son travail a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci beaucoup !

Dit is de tweede keer dat ik in Hotel Marhaba Club verblijf en opnieuw ben ik zeer tevreden. Ik kan dit hotel dan ook van harte aanbevelen. Het personeel is spontaan, vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam, waardoor je je meteen welkom voelt. Het buffet is gevarieerd en biedt voor ieder wat wils, met volop keuze aan vegetarische gerechten, maar ook heerlijke vis- en vleesgerechten en veel Tunische gerechten.De foamparty's zijn een echte aanrader. De kamers worden uitstekend schoongemaakt, met een speciaal bedankje aan Salwa. Ook veel dank aan Rami, Mohamed en Mohamed Nageur...etcetera in het restaurant voor hun vriendelijke en professionele service, en aan het securityteam op het strand voor hun inzet. De ligging is ideaal: centraal tussen de medina van Sousse en Port El Kantaoui, waardoor beide gemakkelijk bereikbaar zijn. Dankzij het hele team heb ik opnieuw een fantastische vakantie gehad. Tot de volgende keer!

Un hôtel super mérité bien 5* personnel très gentil et serviable chambres spacieuses vue sur piscine très magnifique plage propre, buffet varié, sans oublier l'animation qui été super. un grand merci à jamel le réceptionniste qui m'a pris en charge à mon arrivé avec ma famille et nous a attribué les 2 chambres sans attente et encore à son collègue de la recepetion Mehdi, à houssem drira au bar et au chef Faycal du resto Merci si Jawher directeur de l'hôtel pour tous les services rendus aux clients grâce à votre clairvoyance.

Le séjour nous a semblé trop court. C'est souvent le signe que l'on s'y sent particulièrement bien.

A couple of the staff members were inattentive and rude. Looks alright from the outside but a very dated and tired hotel inside. Food quality not the best. Atmosphere not sophisticated, feels much less than a 4 star hotel.

I had to extend my stay for 3 more days for two reasons : Meeting my soon-to-be wife there for the first time and how amazing the whole infrastructure was as a hotel , the staff was unbelievably friendly especially Hicham who welcomed us with open arms , the food was unbelievably good , the hotel rooms were always clean and janitors were so pleasant and if you tip them they always do something extra in the room apart from regular cleaning , I got the 1411 room which will always be engraved in my memory as the room that my life changed in , and I'm glad it was at this hotel I'd like to add that with all inclusive everything was well done , from the pool with free bar , snack bar and beach with also a free access bar to the entertaining activities they were doing at the pool , I cannot wait to book again next year and enjoy another round of stunning views , amazing atmosphere and beautiful experience as whole

Well if I had to write anything here are two things that I didn't like : some specific food they serve there is just reheated frozen food and some others were just badly made , they're specific ones tbh the food was absolutely mouth watering and the staff are always at your service if you want refills for whatever's you're drinking , but I had these chopped potatoes that I can clearly taste that it was frozen and this particular Gratin that tastes like it was just boiled potatoes with lots of eggs white The other thing I'll complain about is kinda weird but it's "hand band racism" , see at the check in they give you a colored bracelet, for me it was light green and for my wife and her friends it's dark green , at first we didn't pay attention to it but we clearly noticed how different the treatment was based on the color of the band , for me they treated me well and when my wife was with me they treated her equally, but when she was alone or with her friends she was kinda side-eyed by the staff and just not treated in the best manners , it was also confirmed by her friends as well , I know that light green says north African visitor and dark green means European visitor (we saw on other people too) there's also grey band , red band and yellow band but I'm not sure about those, but overall it's kinda weird they treat people differently based on their origin even tho I got the better treatment

The hotal has a private beach, which is also very close. Sunbeds with umbrellas are included in the service. The main restaurant serves nice dishes, including Tunisian specialties. The view over the sea from the room is worthed.

Great location, amazing staff and variety of different food. We even got upgraded to one of the most beautiful rooms.

Le confort des chambres pourrait etre ameliore et plus moderne. Le ratio espace, taille de la piscine et nombre de transat a la plage pourrait etre ameliore par rapport au nombre de personnes

Lovely staff, very respectful, helpful, and responsive location is perfect, youll find many other hotels and resturants nearby. Food choices are pleasant and I like how all these meals are offered sharp ontime.

Bed frame was not the most stable quality. Air conditioning wasn't cool enough. Very crowded.

•Il y avait un petit problème avec la television dans la chambre mais on a essayé de régler ça. •La plage était propre mais il y avait des vendeurs qui gâchaient un peu l'ambiance en incitant les gens à acheter leurs produits et en parlant entre eux avec des termes déplacés... •Le parking n'était pas couvert

Emplacement proche du centre, 15/20 a pied Hotel pas trop grand, à humaine, jumellé avec l'hotel Occidental qui possède lui aussi une belle piscine ainsi que le spa et la piscine intérieure. Lui aussi a taille humaine Restauration plutôt très correcte, boissons cocktails moyen, Personnel très agréable et serviable Chambre grande, propre et correcte avec grand placard rangement petit frigo et coffre fort

Les animations bof Son bcp trop fort!!! Je ne vois pas l'utilité de saturer....en interieur pour le moment mais ils feront dehors d'ici peu. Literie un peu molle pour moi L'hôtel est en travaux côté restaurant plage, mais pas gênant en soi. Plage pas très propre même si elle est nettoyée Mais jolie plage quand même très reposant Manque d'un meuble pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain Vin affreux

Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Haben wir so kaum mal erlebt. Wir haben ein Zimmer gebucht und dann für den selben Preis eine super tolle Suite bekommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank. Wir waren mit Motorrad mit Seitenwagen hier und haben auch einen tollen bewachten Parkplatz erhalten.

Il miglior hotel nella città tunisina di Sousse per una vacanza rilassante e indimenticabile. Un hotel a quattro stelle con un'atmosfera da cinque stelle; tutto è moderno, pulito e confortevole, dalle camere al ristorante e al bar, fino alle aree comuni, tra cui i giardini, la piscina, l'animazione, la palestra e la spa. Un sentito ringraziamento a tutti coloro che hanno contribuito, dal manager, che si è dimostrato professionale e disponibile, e in particolare al signor Khaled alla reception, che si è rivelato professionale nel suo lavoro, disponibile con i clienti e sempre sorridente...

Très bel endroit, l'accueil a été chaleureux. L'hôtel est bien situé, propre, et tres bien équipé. Tout s'est bien passé, les chambres sont confortables, la restauration est variée, les serveurs sont très sympathiques, c'est appréciable. Les piscines sont propres, la plage aussi, des bars et snacks un peu partout, c'est bien.

Nous sommes restés deux nuits en pension complète dans cet hôtel club fabuleux. Accueil très professionnel et très chaleureux de l’ensemble du personnel. Chambres : le top ! Vue sur le jardin et la mer, excellente literie, très belle salle de bain. Extrêmement propre et soigné. Les buffets sont exceptionnels !! Nous aimerions y retourner.

Overall good value for money and a pleasant place to stay. The hotel is clean, the buffets are varied. Well located in Sousse, though you would likely need a car or a taxi to go to the medina.

A quiet bar area for reading or conversations would be nice during nights when there are other, louder entertainment events.

It’s really nice hotel with lovely room. I got upgraded for free, maybe because it’s off season but it was nice surprise. Hotel staff was great. They recommended me a company for some tour and transportation from and to the airport. I’d definitely stay there again.

Das Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Servicebereich und der Reinigung, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten 2 Suiten mit Meerblick die eine große Terrasse beinhaltete.

We have had wonderful stay at this resort. Staff is very welcoming, the room/beds is comfortable, the restaurant, swimming pool and beach are all so nice. Special thanks to Latifa,, our maid who kept the room impeccable, was very attentive to our request.

My wife and I visited from England, and from the very beginning, our experience exceeded all expectations. When I made the booking, I received an email stating that they would provide us with a good room. At the time, I assumed it was just a standard, courtesy message and did not think much of it. However, upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel upgraded us free of charge to a beautiful family suite located on the beachside. From our bedroom, we had a stunning, uninterrupted view of the sea right in front of us. The suite itself was spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable—truly fantastic in every way. The staff, especially the reception team, were welcoming, polite, and very professional, which made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, well-prepared, and served with great variety and quality. Many of the dishes were extremely tasty and very popular, often finishing quickly, so it was best to arrive on time to enjoy the full selection. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to try the snacks, but given the standard of the meals, I am sure they would have been excellent as well. Throughout our stay, we truly felt like royalty. The hotel has its own private beach, which added to the exclusivity and comfort of the experience. Drinks were freely available there, with a wide selection and easy access, making our time by the beach even more enjoyable. One of the most thoughtful touches was finding a bucket filled with a variety of fresh fruits waiting for us in our suite whenever we returned after dinner. These small but meaningful gestures made our stay even more special and memorable. Our time at this hotel created memories we will cherish forever. I already miss this wonderful place and would love to visit again in the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Sousse—it is truly a remarkable place to stay.
