6th stay in this hotel and 5th stay this year, the staff couldn’t be any more welcoming and nothing is to much for them the staff treat you like family Issam around the pool and the other guys always make sure your cup is full the animation team make our holiday each time and have became more like friends All the staff are so friendly and remember us each time we come and always make us feel so welcome Planning to come back next month wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tunisia

De personeel is geweldig ook manager Toufik heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En ook ben ik de schoonmaakster Hajet dankbaar ze maakte elke dag mijn kamer schoon en netjes. Super vakantie hier gehad lekker eten en mooi zwembad. Wij hebben genoten.

Tres tres bonne accueil de la part d'Habb et randa avec un personnel adorable , serviable et a l écoute. Du personnel de chambre , en passant par la restauration et l equipe d animation ,c etais un vrai regale ce séjour. Je voyage beaucoup et la je peux dire qu aucun défaut et apparu.

Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel, vraiment une superbe découverte, l'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est aux petits soins. Literie comfortable, buffet varié et animations en continue au bord de la piscine. Mention spéciale à Habib, Mourad et Fatma à la réception. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil, charaftouna 🌺

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Ahmdi was very nice and helped with everything needed. The spaces are very well decorared, the beach is clean and beautiful, and the restaurant offers varied and quality food.

Le personnel est attentif à la demande. Le ménage de chambre était bien fait. Au restaurant les serveurs sont attentifs à la demande.

Les animations du soir sont trop bruyante. Musique trop forte de 21h30 à 23h30 même avec des bouchons d' oreilles Le son est trop fort.

Séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La propreté est irréprochable, les chambres sont confortables et très bien entretenues. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, attentif et prêt à aider pour rendre le séjour agréable. La restauration est excellente, avec un buffet varié, copieux et de grande qualité, offrant un large choix pour tous les goûts. L'ambiance est magnifique et les installations sont très bien entretenues. C'est sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel que j'ai eu l'occasion de découvrir en Tunisie. Je le recommande les yeux fermés et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great view, friendly staff. Food was great always something different.

Drink selection could be better, we were not drinking alcohol so wasn’t much to choose from. Could have enjoyed some mocktails and non alcoholic ciders or beers.

J ai tout apprécié , le personnel de l accueil, les animateurs, la structure est vraiment propre avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Un grand merci à Mme Intissar responsable de la restauration qui nous a toujours bien recu avec le sourire et une gentillesse. Elle nous toujours bien conseillé sur les repas qui etais tres varié.... I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm welcome made a great first impression. The animation team was fantastic, bringing energy and fun to the hotel every day. Their activities and evening entertainment were well organized and enjoyable for both adults and children, creating a lively and pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, varied, and freshly prepared, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The restaurant staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Overall, the combination of outstanding reception service, an enthusiastic animation team, and a high-quality restaurant made my stay truly memorable. I would gladly return in the future.

A disappointing aspect of our stay was that the air conditioning did not work. We assume this may have been because the summer season had not officially started yet, . Regardless of the reason, the room became quite warm and uncomfortable, and we expected a hotel of this standard to ensure that guests have access to a comfortable room temperature.

Je tiens a souligner l’accueil, le professionnalisme, et la grande sympathie de Mr Hamdi de la réception qui a était vraiment parfait, je reviendrai dans cette hôtel juste pour lui Vraiment encore en grand merci.

Je dirais certains membres du personnel qui font des préférences notamment sur les touristes au détriment et à l’inconfort des autres.

Extensive grounds, lots of space and places to sit and enjoy a drink etc. Lovely staff generally.

Snack bar could be better, evening entertainment could be shorter but better, our first evening there was live music in lounge, this should be more of a feature..

Personnel au petit soin, assiette de fruits dans la chambre, pension complète avec des repas à la hauteur et variés. Rien à dire, l'hotel est vraiment super au niveau rapport qualité / prix.

Spacious and comfortable public areas, and lovely well-tended grounds; good sized pool and plenty of sunbeds; very nice private beach with sunbeds and bar. All staff were very friendly and excellent service from the front desk especially Hamdi who organised tours and taxis for us.

The restaurant is a rather large and impersonal dining room.

De uitgebreide keuze van het eten en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel beviel het meest. Daarnaast waren er altijd voldoende ligstoelen bij het mooie zwembad. Er was daar zelfs bediening. Als kers op de taart kregen we ook nog een upgrade.

Het entertainment 's avonds was niet helemaal mijn smaak maar veel andere gasten genoten er wel van.

Es un hotel enorme con mucho turista, no tiene encanto alguno en ese sentido. Es un hotel un tanto antiguo en cuanto a mobiliario y le hace falta reforma en las habitaciones. Tiene una bañera muy alta, no sé cómo entran las personas mayores a ducharse.

C’est un très bel établissement, bien équipé très complet avec du personnel très à l’écoute et d’amour rapport qualité prix. La nourriture est très variés.

Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres très agréables et propres, le restaurant est très bien, le parc est agréable. Une mention spéciale pour la sécurité qui a pris immédiatement un sac oublié sur la plage et pour Monsieur Habib de la réception qui nous a bien aidé.

Having stayed in nine different hotels over the past eight weeks, I can confidently say this one stands out as my absolute favorite. The service is exceptional, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail truly sets it apart. Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié, c’est le changement de chambre sans préavis, effectué en raison de travaux. La nouvelle chambre n’était pas de la même gamme que celle initialement réservée : elle était isolée et située juste à côté du chantier. De plus, le dressing ne contenait aucun cintre, la housse de couette était brûlée par une cigarette, et les tiroirs de la coiffeuse étaient sales, avec des déchets de cigarettes. La chambre disposait d’une simple fenêtre au lieu d’un balcon. Il n’aurait pas été approprié d’attribuer aux agents une chambre devant être concernée par des travaux deux jours plus tard. Enfin, en cas de force majeure nécessitant un changement de chambre, le client doit être informé au moins un jour à l’avance ou au moment du check-in, et la nouvelle chambre doit impérativement être de la même catégorie que celle réservée.

Nous avons séjourné à cet hôtel du 20 au 23 décembre 2025 (suite 317). Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de l'hôtel Occidental Marhaba Sousse pour l’accueil chaleureux et le service irréprochable durant mon séjour. Tout était parfait : le confort des chambres , la qualité de la restauration et l'emplacement magnifique. Un grand merci spécialement pour le sous directeur Mr Hamdi. A bientôt nchallah

Tout est adorable

Grande chambre et prestations de qualité pour ce type d’établissement « all inclusive ». Personnel très sympathique. Très grand choix de restauration à tous les repas.

L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée car on entend beaucoup les bruits de couleurs (mais c’est aussi le fait de gens très bruyants)
