Baitong Hotel & Resort Phnom Penh

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to great restaurants, bars, sky bars, and many of the city’s top tourist attractions. The facilities are excellent, and I especially enjoyed spending time at the pool. The staff were absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made my stay even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location with excellent facilities and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

Beautiful and stylish hotel with very atmospheric rooms and some genuinely unique touches. The Samsung AirDresser and air purifier in the room were fantastic, especially while travelling. I also really liked the juice bar, steam room and the small service touches when arriving at the hotel. Breakfast had a good mix of Asian and Western options, including made-to-order dishes. A special mention to Kosal at breakfast, who was incredibly attentive, remembered my name, regularly checked whether everything was okay and always made time for a little conversation. She really stood out and made the stay more personal.

English proficiency among the staff was quite inconsistent. At times, even relatively simple requests or modifications became frustratingly difficult to communicate, which I would expect to be better at a hotel in this price category. I also upgraded specifically for a room advertised with a jacuzzi and steam room. While the steam room was great, the “jacuzzi” was essentially a cold bath with relatively weak water jets and no temperature control, which I found misleading. To their credit, after some discussion the hotel did make an effort to compensate through other services. The breakfast pancakes and waffles were also extremely dry and did not taste fresh.

This was our favorite stay in Phnom Pehn. The room was very clean, the location was walkable to many restaurants or an easy tuk tuk to anywhere, and breakfast was outstanding. Really, stay here because of the beautiful pools. That was a highlight.

Nice design with lots of greenery. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

The front desk staffs were not very friendly. The security guard and housekeeping staff were much friendlier and more welcoming. They offered a complimentary spa treatment, which was a nice touch, but the spa staff focused too much on selling additional services, which felt quite obvious and uncomfortable.

Beautiful pools, beautiful room. Lovely to have a "clothes refresher" machine in the room!

Baitong is in a great location for exploring Phnom Penh with some great locations a short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel was like an oasis after exploring in the heat and business of the streets. The forest pool was a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy a cocktail. Gym had enough equipment to get a good session in. Staff even fixed us a beautiful packed breakfast for an early checkout. Highly recommended.

Stayed only one night, rooftop cocktails were great and the breakfast was great. The pool looked amazing, wish we had time to use it! Location was also good for restaurants and bars etc.

При оплате ошибся датой заезда. Через 1 минуту связался с отелем, объяснил ситуацию. Деньги не вернули, я оплатил номер повторно на верную дату. Уже в отеле обратился к персоналу. Всем все равно. Некчемный, ничего не решающий персонал. По сути - воры!

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our stay. The room was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, with a great location close to everything. Breakfast was also very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Another wonderful stay at Baytong Hotel! After such a great previous experience, I decided to book this hotel again, and once again everything exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the consistency of the service. Every member of the team was attentive, polite, and genuinely cared about making each guest's stay enjoyable. Their positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The room was always in perfect condition, fresh, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was clean and well organized. The breakfast was another highlight of the stay, offering plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. Baytong Hotel continues to deliver an excellent experience, and it remains one of my favorite places to stay. I would happily return again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at Baytong Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized, and we felt genuinely welcomed. The biggest compliment goes to the entire staff. Every employee was incredibly friendly, smiling, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. It is obvious that the team is very well trained and truly enjoys taking care of their guests. We would also like to give special praise to the housekeeping staff. Every time we met them in the hallway, they greeted us with a warm smile and always asked if we needed anything or if they could clean our room. This level of kindness and attention to detail is something you don’t come across very often. Our room was spotless every day, always fresh, clean, and perfectly prepared. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food, so there was something for everyone. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Baytong Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

It’s beautiful and clean. There are loads of plants which made it feel peaceful and like I was closer to nature and it was an escape from the busy city.

The place is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the room was excellent!

Getting service at the pool was truly difficult, they have a ring for service button but it either took ages for the staff to show up or they wouldn't show up at all. Also forget about having a drink by the pool as the only thing available was the Cafe.

少し部屋が暗かったのと、シャワールームにシャワーを浴びるスペースに段差が無く、シャワーを浴びるとバスルーム全体がびしょびしょになる。

The fact that there seems to be a forest inside the concrete building and that I can hear the sounds of an artificial waterfall when I wake up is such a treat.

The rooms are quite dimly lit and not really conducive to working or reading.

Can’t use swimming pool at evening time. Main swimming pool close at 5 pm. At 5pm! We were asked to leave the pool. It's clear the hotel is understaffed. The working day is 8 hours long, and the pool and its maintenance are open for 8 hours.

the rooms are reasonable big. Staff immediately respond and change another room for me as I complain the first room was too noisy because of the party sound along the street.

The room is not that clean, you can see the hair on the wall in the bathroom. Bedsheets still got hairs stick on it. The room light is too dark when all are on, making the me feel like there are more unclean spots hidden everywhere.

Lovely place for a staycation to disconnect and unwind. Friendly staff and beautiful facilities. Will be back again very soon!

Beautiful Hotel right in PP, outside of property doesn’t look like much but walking in and exploring simply transported into another location where lush greenery and chic fixtures surprises you. upon arrival all staff was lovely helpful and just unmatched hospitality! Loved the drinks and food!

This property is not high rise - six stories. The rooftop and two pools are fabulous. The greenery throughout the hotel creates a calming ambiance. The breakfast provides a wide range of options.

The hotel is great and you will not be disappointed with your choice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The choice of two swimming pools is a bonus! The gardens are very appealing! Great coffee served in their coffee shop!

Steam room controls were confusing to understand. Needed to ask staff to come and show me how to operate steam room. Also needed to request the leaves be cleaned out from the plunge pool!

Great location to explore the city. Very photogenic hotel with lovely plants/forest. Nice pool area (3 pools) Attentive and helpful staff.

Breakfast restaurant should also offer more vegan options. Staff could improve their English skills (they are still extremely attentive and supportive).

The staff need retraining. They make the guests feel like an inconvenience and like we are in the way. Even argumentative over an issue I had, took 3 managers to deal with a $4 problem. Great location, great design but need new management. Stayed here 4 times and this is my last time.
