Excellent emplacement, très belles chambres et petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est adorable, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis notamment par Seth et Visal.

This hotel was amazing from the time you walk in the door - from the friendly doorman to the helpful staff. The room was upgraded to a larger version of the usual ones and it felt huge. The pool area is amazing and the view was awesome as well. Breakfast was everything you needed to start the day. Just a great hotel to top of an amazing trip to Cambodia.

I booked just 30 minutes before arriving, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were spacious with super comfortable beds, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the rooftop and spa were fantastic. Great Wi-Fi, smart TV, and an excellent location. It being our first time in Cambodia, the hotel environment felt so safe and comfortable. I can't wait to come back to Phnom Penh and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed the warm welcome we received from the entire staff. We also enjoyed the swimming pool which is kept clean. Finally, we enjoyed the peace and quiet/respectful behavior from other travelers.

シャワーの排水が少し遅い気がしました。必要な人にはひげそりのサービスがあると良い。冷蔵庫の上の引き出しは熱くなる事を注意喚起しておいた方が良い。

Duong Chan Hotel is a really nice hotel with a great mix of comfort, style, and genuinely friendly service. Our room was massive, and the bed was even bigger! The staff were fantastic throughout our stay and felt genuinely warm and welcoming The food was excellent, and we especially loved the rooftop bar. It was the perfect spot to relax in the evening and enjoy the city views. The location is also really convenient, making it easy to get around and explore Phnom Penh.

There were only a couple of minor issues. The water in the hand basin was luke warm at best. The main annoyance was the tuk-tuk drivers outside the hotel. Every time we walked out, we were immediately approached by several drivers offering rides. Even after politely explaining that we already had transport sorted, some would keep asking. What made it a bit disappointing was that the doorman was usually nearby but didn't step in to help. It wasn't a huge issue, but after a while it started to get a little tiring and slightly took away from an otherwise great experience. Overall, Duong Chan Hotel exceeded our expectations. It offers spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent food, friendly service, and great facilities in a handy location. We'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

Het ontbijt was echt het allerbeste van dit hotel. Daarnaast was het ook nog super mooi qua interieur en het zwembad op het dak is heerlijk! De wijk vonden we ook erg leuk en de mensen waren zo beleefd en vriendelijk! Dankjewel voor dit geweldige verblijf! Ik raad het aan iedereen aan!

The people here treated me and my partner like royalty! The staff were courteous and polite from the moment we arrived. The restaurant/bar and outdoor swimming pool has an excellent view of the city and the hotel itself is close to most of the major tourist attractions including the genocide museum. It was a nice way to finish our trip to Cambodia

I can’t say enough good things about this property. They facilitated an early check in after an overnight flight. The reception area is impressive and relaxing. Our room was huge with a lovely view of the Phnom Penh skyline. The rooftop pool and bar were a great addition. Breakfast was amazing and the staff throughout the hotel were super helpful. There are lots of good restaurants and bars within a short walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nothing. Not much personality to it, not much of a Holliday vibe, felt like somewhere I could stay on a business trip rather than for vacation. With that said still a very beautiful hotel and super comfortable.

The bed mattress’s were very firm and by night three I was uncomfortable. The door man don’t advocate in regulating the tuk tuks demands for money for short trips.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und angenehm, allerdings war es schade, dass man vom Fenster aus nur auf die Wand des Nachbargebäudes blickte. Das Hotelrestaurant und der Pool boten jedoch eine herrliche Aussicht, was ein echtes Plus war.

This place was MORE than I expected. The staff was AMAZING. The food was AMAZING. Everything was so clean and smelled wonderful. Upon arriving, I was given a complimentary ginger, lemon drink... I still think about it.I would love the recipe?

Sehr schöne große Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Bad war riesig mit extra Badewanne. Das Fitnessstudio im 11 Stock ist genau richtig mit neuen Equipment. Danach kann man die Sauna benutzen. Das Restaurant liegt fantastisch und mit einem sehr freundlichen Personal. Alles in allem top. Würde es definitiv wieder buchen.

We liked the look of the hotel online but the reality was even better than we’d expected. As we were travelling with our 16 year old daughter we had upgraded to a family suite. It really didn’t cost that much extra when we considered the quality of the rooms we were allocated. It turns out that larger accommodation is located on floor 10 which the hotel calls its VIP level. We were housed in an enormous apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It was the largest hotel accommodation we’ve ever had, and it was well decorated and extremely clean. The staff in the hotel were second to none in terms of their prompt, nothing is too much approach. All wonderful! Breakfast was good and the hotel is very well located to allow you to walk to many sites in a short time or to get there by super cheap Tuk Tuk. In short, I cannot recommend Duong Chan highly enough. One final welcome touch was that they allowed us to use the spa/gym facilities to change late on our last day as our flight was in the evening. This was most appreciated as it allowed us to have a relaxing last afternoon by the pool prior to our long flight home. Perfect service!

The wonderful staff, beautiful clean property and great food, a wonderful rooftop bar.

The only real criticism I would make is that the room doors when closed from the outside make a crushing noise, so you tend to get woken as people come and go during the night and early morning. Also the internal door to the bathroom also has no cushioning pads so you tend to hear the room next to closing very loudly.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional, and all spoke very good English which made communicating very easy. Easily the best hotel experience we had after staying at several hotels across a five week Vietnam/Cambodia trip.

The mattress on the bed could be softer for western people who prefer this.
