Location was adjacent to our destination. Enjoyed breakfast.

We were hoped for a larger bed. The doubles were too soft and small. The pool was closed while we were there.

Staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The pool was very good.

The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear and needs some updating.

Overall, things are acceptable. Breakfast is not as good as other customer's rate. Sofa bed is not comfortable as expected. It is better to have two double beds of bigger sizes beds for 4 adults.

Our room was clean but dated. The rugs really need to go. We were at the back of hotel and Friday am there was a lot of noise from garbage trucks banging away

The breakfast options were plentiful and the Americanos a most welcome addition to the coffee bar.

We prefer glass or plastic cups in the room. Cardboard cups of ice water don’t hold up overnight.

Dit was een hotel met alleen ontbijt mogelijkheden. We kregen een luxe kamer met bubbelbad, hoewel we dat niet geboekt hadden. Het was een prima kamer. Het restaurant naast het hotel serveert lekker eten. Dit is een aanrader.

Loved the convenience and location. Room was very clean. But carpet in room was a surprise. These days most rooms are not carpeted. We wore slippers in room. So all good.

Our ac wasnt working, it was just the batteries needing replacement in the thermostat, but housekeeping should be checking that sort of stuff when cleaning a room. It took almost an hour to have someone come and give us batteries.

Clean facility but staff at front desk wasn't helpful enough to me

I asked to pay for my room when I arrived. As requested on Booking.com. So when the front desk tried to charge my card before arriving it blocked my card from using it to pay for my room. Because it thought it was being used fraudulent so I wasn't able to stay the night in your hotel room

Good location and nice to have Kelsey’s next door when we didn’t feel like going out. Clean rooms, housekeeping were great as was the lovely lady at breakfast who was always so cheerful & kept the breakfast room spotless. The shower was great, really powerful and the beds comfy. On this occasion we didn’t get to use the pool as it was out of service when we went down.

The TV’s really need updating in the rooms. No on-screen channel guide and very few English channels (a lot were French speaking). We came over for my sister’s funeral so really would have preferred a decent tv for some distraction. The rooms are quite dark so after a week it felt a little oppressive. The view from our window was of containers in the carpark.

Floor in room was damp. Pool was too small. Breakfast was terrible.

We found what looked like blood on one of the pillows. The staff said there wasn’t anything they could do about it as we booked through a third party. My in-laws had problems with their room as well and got the same excuse

It was a good stop off for the night and was fairly quiet despite hen nights and such staying there. There was an electric car charger next door at Nissan which was good.

Dated for the price. The breakfast was basic and the rooms were tired. Apparently they are going to have a refurb

The beds were not comfortable. It felt like you were sleeping in a bouncy toy. To unlock the door with your key card was not working very well. The shower head was too low for people who are average height.

Great spacious room. The rooms were clean and the breakfast room was nice. Bed was comfy, and bathroom was clean.

The breakfast room was a bit small. But I loved the whole place.

Clean, comfortable, great value. Looking out the window we saw the tops of green trees, which was nice and it was quiet so everything was perfect! I especially liked the long bureau/desk in the room.

Location is good. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Convenient for our purpose.

Two weeks ago when we stayed here, we had a King Suite and the bed and bedding were amazing. It felt like you were lying in a cloud. This time the king bed was hard and the covers were adequate. The panel under the fridge was missing. When the heat came on during the night, it would blow cold air for a few minutes then become warmer.

The king size bed was so comfortable!

I like the location. Close to most areas of Peterborough plus there is a Kelseys attached so if you dont want to drive for food it's all good

I noticed the beds are quite soft, to the point of being past the useful life of the mattress. That is my only complaint

Shower door and tiles had black mold. Room is a little dated (wallpaper, carpet, etc).

I booked a room with two queen beds but was instead given a room with only one queen bed and a sofa, which was disappointing right from the start. The most concerning issue happened late at night. Just as we were about to fall asleep, the room phone started ringing. I didn’t answer, and about five minutes later there was a knock at the door. As I got up, someone began using a key card to enter and actually opened the door. When she saw me, she quickly apologized and said she was housekeeping and had tried calling first. I told her it was the middle of the night and questioned why she was attempting to enter an occupied room. She seemed flustered, backtracked, and left quickly. After that incident, I did not feel comfortable sleeping. Breakfast was also disappointing. Within the first 15 minutes, most of the food was gone, and we had to wait quite a while for it to be replenished. In the end, we decided to leave and get breakfast elsewhere. Overall, this stay was quite frustrating and unsettling.

The staff was amazing!! Seen lots of staff working together...maintenance, booking reception, cleaning staff and breakfast cooking and cleaning staff.

Needed more towels available at pool. There was 2 available Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning there was 1 towel available. I realize and understand it was March break and lots of children. Wish hot tub was bigger.

All the staff were very friendly, and courteous. Clean facilities, great room layout, and breakfast was delicious. Pool looked nice, but didn't get to use it. Excellent location, near many restaurants and shopping, on 'Lansdowne Strip'. Awesome to allow pets too, with my young cat from LAWS. 🥰🐈‍⬛

The availability of a microwave and small frig. It allowed for special foods that had to be a part of our plan because of health. Thank you. I also really enjoyed the beautiful breakfast. Being so close to Kelseys was also great as we were able to gather for a fun time with family during the dinner and evening.

We had no complaints. Everything was wonderful. We will do it again when we are in the area. Thank you.

The furniture was not very comfortable, for anyone to sit on. Couch to love, the chair at the desk was uncomfortable.

Many amenities, night light, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, ice, clock, pool, jacuzzi, breakfast but not much for GF, and parking. Plus, self-serving laundry facilities not too expensive.

No gluten free bread for toast. They could keep in the freezer and take out 2 slices for guests. Shared toaster is, ok. Heat of crumbs destroy toxicity.?

You need to significantly upgrade the entertainment by providing access to movies… the jets in the bathtub were very weak but the deep tub was a nice convenience… the toilets need to be upgraded to convenience height
