The pool is gross. There is a literal dirt ring around the pool

Breakfast was really good. The best we had on our 4 day trip.

The sign outside is not lit enough. I drove right past it. The driveway into the property is not clearly labeled.

The Staff is very sincere to their work. Amazing

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for getting around Peterborough. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Pool area was quite dirty but I was in there the morning of the last day of a long weekend, shortly after checkout time and I know the pool was used a lot that morning.

The breakfast room was crowded and disorganized. Some food items were missing but did get replenished about 25 min later. The bread and eggs did not have much taste.

The bedroom was fine however we heard some creaking noises most of the night. The TV had limited channels for sports. Otherwise quite clean and comfortable.

Front of desk staff very helpful. I had booked 2 room and the first room was not ready at all - bed a mess, piles of garbage - not sure how it got put on the list of "ready for guests" However, the front desk staff took care of that right away, assigned another accessible room and brought the keys to the other room (a ssusite) instead of me having to go back down. Breakfast had lots of choices and lots of room. The manager, Lawrence, made sure we could check out late. We were in town for a family member to have surgery and we weren't sure if we would need another night or not. Lawrence was very king and assured me that they would find us another night if necessary, although not the suite, since they were all booked.

Location right on Lansdowne made getting in and out of the city perfect. Check in was quick, efficient and the front desk staff were wonderful. The room was a very good size and the temperature of the room was easy to control from the thermostat on the wall. Very comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. The wifi was strong and consistent throughout my stay. Free parking and a great morning breakfast.

Not the fault of the property but unless you are on the top floor, the people above you might be an issue. Very loud.

La literie était catastrophique, les enfants qui dormaient dans le canapé lit ont dû dans la nuit glisser le matelas à même le sol. Quant au matelas de la chambre, nous avons passé notre nuit à remonter du centre du matelas… beaucoup trop mou et usé.

Location was good. The breakfast wasn’t that good. I appreciate there was some choices, but the scrambled eggs on both days was not very good.

I stayed here for two nights, and the room itself was perfectly fine. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I really had no complaints about the room. The rest of the hotel, however, feels very tired and overdue for an update. The hallways were quite humid during our stay, and there were large fans blowing air through them, which made me wonder if there was an issue with the HVAC or ventilation. The common areas in general just felt dated and worn. Breakfast was also frustrating simply because there wasn’t nearly enough seating for the number of guests trying to eat. Overall, the basics were good — clean room and comfortable beds — but the hotel itself could really benefit from some updating and improvements to the common areas.

Easy to get to. Good eateries hearby. A breakfast is included and quite sufficient to start the day upon departure. Lots of parking.

Confirming arrival a day ahead should translate into having a room available by 4 pm on the day of arrival. Our assigned room was still bring cleaned and hadcto have reception find another. Not a big deal but most annoying having done all the payment and confirmation a day before.

The coffee machine in the lobby kept throwing a "needs cleaning" error - which became a joke for us - because it was clearly a machine malfunction - not that it needed cleaning.

Breakfast was great, our room was awesome, we were in a very quiet part of the hotel on 1st floor. My bed was soft and comfortable.

The pool was filthy and in needed of cleaning desperately, only used it once. I usually like to have a swim first thing in the morning like around 8 am, but in our three day stay, I wouldn't go back into that dirty water after the first swim.

We rented two rooms for a one-night stay after our family reunion to help break up the long-distance travel. We rented a King suite and a double queen room. Both rooms were clean and well-equipped. My daughter did say the pullout in the King suite was slightly soft; however, the bed was comfortable. We stayed on the fourth floor, which I believe is quieter since there are no overhead neighbours. The only complaint was that they ran out of seats at breakfast, so some guests needed to eat in the lounge area.

The Super 8 experience typically offers value, so I expect a few things to be slightly less plush than other places. The pillows are small and offer limited support. This location was installing new heat pumps, so the hallways outside the rooms were VERY warm. It's comfortable for a travel night and good if you're looking for value.

The hotel is pretty basic but the staff were helpful. It was just a room for the night so our expectations were low.

Staff are very accommodating, they made sure I had GF options for breakfast by the 2nd morning upon my request. The pillows and beds are in great shape and comfortable. I just wish the parking lot here had charging for our EV vehicle.

Only issue we had was breakfast. Crowded and coffee machine never worked properly on either day.

The location is great, very accessible to all stores. The hotel and rooms are amazing, clean, quiet, and affordable. The washroom is pretty good, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts are prepared hot and fresh every day. Definitely coming back.

This hotel has seen better days. The furniture in the room was well used and dirty. The fridge in the room did not work. There was only one ice machine in the hotel and it did not work. The breakfast had the normal buffet variety but the coffee was in carafes and not hot, the toaster didn't work and the hot food was not appetizing at all.

Price was good value, booking on line was easy and clear. Check in was quick and friendly. Car parking free. Continental breakfast quite extensive Only negative was noisy neighbours til midnight dragging furniture around and running up and down corridors

Having a suite was great. It was very clean and the staff were great.

There was a problem with getting air moved into the second room of the suite....the bedroom needed to be cold in order for the sitting room to be a comfortable temperature. If this were remedied, it would've been a 10!

Bathroom needs updating. Door wouldn’t close without a good push. Some water damaged drywall, worn paint, etc.

The breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles various juices, coffee, yogurt, cereal, bread and bagels to toast, cream cheese and jams

The pool was cloudy and the pool area needed to be repainted. The ceiling was leaking. The edges around the pool at surface level were a bit grungy.

I guess like always better coffee would pay more just for coffee usally all hotel even high end so perfect but coffee always poor would love to find a hotel that has fantastic coffee so far being years travelling not one got to run to tim lollll anyway thsnk you

The beds were super comfortable. Very clean. When I checked in at 9 o’clock at night, it was a guy working. Very polite very quick at his job and very professional. I will stay here again in the future. PS the beds were awesome.

Entrance should be much better and easier, wider to enter off of Lansdowne Street. For the size of the Hotel the Dining Room was too small; should be much larger. Other than that things were fine.

I have stayed here 3 times but last night and this morning was horrible! There are visitor(s) above my room who reminded me of watching Jurassic Park when the T rex dinosaur started to come around. Last night I had to sleep with my headphones and watched a movie to block out all that heavy feet that kept stomp walking above my head. At 6:48 in the morning, in started again and beat my alarm clock! all the concierge said was that he heard nothing. So I told him, how will he hear anything from the same floor when the noise was coming from above me. I told him, he should have come down to my room and listen from here! The only resolution he offered is that next time, I should choose a higher floor and apologize that the construct on the floors are not insulated. He is right since it is my first time here to oft for a room on the ground floor. I am very displeased as now I have to attend a business meeting and drive 2 hours after that withOUT proper sleep!

I was so looking forward to a quiet, clean and relaxing room as I have experienced from the last time I stayed here ( 2nd floor). This time, I requested a main floor to avoid the elevator ride, but realized that evening it may have been a big mistake. There were occupants above me (I’m at room 108) who walked like a dinasaur all night that I have to keep my headphones on and flooded myself with the movie to fall asleep. This morning at 6:48am, it started again! By around, I finally called front desk to check what could be happening upstairs with all the nonstop pacing with heavy feet across the floor above me. Thirty minutes later, the front desk called and nullified my claim about the noise so I told him he should have come to my room and listen from there. Whatever it was, it did stop after his inquiry, which I did informed him. His smart resolution was to stay at higher floor next time as the floors in between are not insulated to muffle the noise from above and the line went silent. I am very disappointed since I was satisfied with the last two stays I did in the winter here. I stayed at Best Western, Quality Inn, Holiday Inn and Peterborough Inn & Suites, and prior to last night and this morning’s experience, I may have to bring my business and my relatives business somewhere else. I stayed here the previous 2 times because my nephew belongs to the Pete’s hockey program and the relatives encouraged me to stay despite the lack of hot tub, I stayed and got a room with the hot tub the last times I stayed. VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME.

Room and building were seriously out dated. The air conditioning in the main lobby and hallways wasn't working and it was so hot it took your breath away. The room air conditioner wasn't much better. Set it to 68° and the room didn't get lower than 73° but the air conditioner clicked on and off all night. Jacuzzi tub only had 3 jets that barely worked. Mini fridge smelt like burning.

Dance recital Kids running rapid through all the floors,hallways all evening..every evening with no adult supervision. All parents nicely nestled in coffee/breakfast area completely ignoring any responsibility for children or the noise and disturbance their children caused to other guests. At 2am a loud bang work us from the floor above. No idea what broke or would cause such a loud noise. Exhausted for our 4 hour drive home.
