I really loved the hotel but it’s honestly very remote with only a few buses running throughout the day so it was quite difficult to navigate. You have to walk quite a bit to reach the restaurants in the area and many of them have off days. The last bus is also quite early so getting back from dinner can be a challenge. It would have been nice to get more detailed info on the shuttle connecting the hotel with Gotemba station beforehand, especially, because there aren’t any on Mondays which is when we arrived. From the description, it sounded like there are shuttles every day throughout the whole day. I would recommend staying there if you have your own car. Otherwise you end up with quite a bit of additional expenses when taking taxis.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026We stayed in the Japanese style room with onsen and Fuji view. It was a beautiful, huge set of rooms with a fantastic view. The lady who checked us in was really helpful and made our futon beds up for us while we went to dinner. The hot spring bath was amazing! We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and breakfast (both charged extra but worth it). There is a shuttle bus available to the hotel from the train station but we used taxis which were not expensive.

Le petit déjeuner est de façon française et délicieux. J’ai cru comprendre que l’eau de l’onsen est naturelle, en tout cas, c’est très agréable et très douce.
Un peu loin du centre de ville ( commerces), mais ce point a été récompensé largement par son entour très naturel et la belle vue magnifique sur le mint Fuji.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025All the hotel facilities were build to face the amazing views of Mt. Fuji. You will be mesmerized of the room views, relaxing Onsens, and Breakfast and Dinner options. The hotel is regularly visited by locals and few tourists reach this gem. Highly recommend!!!
