Great location and good facilities. Great view on Mt.Fuji. Fun breakfast and cool extras like bonfire and s'mores. I really liked my stay and I would come back for sure. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick. Car parking in front of the cabin. They had a little projector in the room for movies, that was super fun.

We arrived 1 hour earlier than the official check-in time, we asked if the cabin is ready. They said yes but if we check-in in immediately we have to pay a % of the fee. as we were tired from travelling we just paid and didn't complain, although I do find this a bit ridiculous as the cabin was ready, nothing that had to be changed. I suggest to alter the policy here.

The location and views for us were perfect as it was a clear day and we had perfect views of Mt Fuji. There is plenty of space to wander around the grounds and in these cabins you have a fully self-suffiencient little hideaway. The dome tent that we stayed in had a seperate private toilet unit, its own decking area, bbq and fantastic views of Mt Fuji. Food for dinner and breakfast is provided, and really exciting to cook in such splendid surroundings. Plenty of space between units give you a relaxing peaceful stay.

It is possible to arrive by bus/taxi and we were fine with this, but some people may not be so perhaps this location would be more recommended to those travelling by car. There's no shop on-site, so snacks, milk, etc is something you need to bring with you or go without!

When we arrived we were expecting it to be good but we were blown away! Staff were amazing and the whole site breathed some much needed tranquility into our hectic trip. Great facilities and the food was amazing - be prepared to cook using the best local ingredients and even a half decent cook can rustle up restaurant quality meals. 100% recommend.

到着が、遅くなりましたが、丁寧に対応頂きました。

いろいろな設備（お風呂等）·機器（プロジェクター等）の取扱いの説明案内が不足しており充分に利用できなかった。

Our stay here was absolutely amazing, and we would truly recommend it to any couple, family, or group of friends going to visit Gotemba + Mt. Fuji. The view of Mt. Fuji is absolutely breathtaking, and being able to wake up to that view was such a privilege. The "glamping" experience was so thoroughly & thoughtfully considered, and we loved the nature-filled break from hustle-and-bustle city life. The fact that we could reserve a time in the private onsen, complete with a view of Mt. Fuji at sunrise, was truly a highlight of our entire trip to Japan. We would definitely come back to stay here and would highly recommend it as a truly special experience!

貸し切り風呂が1組４０分と短いのに 毎回掃除してないからかシャワーのお湯が詰まって流れず床にたっぷりたまるので汚くてゆっくり入れなかった 朝ご飯も自分達で作るのはいいのですがゴミも自分達で捨てに行かないと行けなくてできたら11時チェックアウトにしてもらえるともっとのんびり過ごせていいのにと思いました キャビンの扉を開けると部屋の窓がふさがれて見えなくなるのが残念でした

値段の割に夜ご飯が少ない、TVがない、1番値段の高い部屋に泊まったが1番値段の高い部屋感が全くしない

No shuttle from the accommodation to the train station, doesn't want to order us a taxi, and is really close to the road so you can hear the car passing by. Additionally, we asked for a room for 3, the third bed wasn't done at the arrival (5pm) and dinner was forced on you at 5.30 pm

The property allows guests to BBQ and cook their own breakfast. Because of the cold weather, it wasn’t ideal for us, although the kids enjoyed it, and it would likely be a great camping experience in summer. They also provide games like frisbees and badminton rackets, and there is a campfire area near the beverage station, but the cold and wet conditions during our stay made it hard to enjoy these activities.

It was raining during our visit, so unfortunately we couldn’t see Mt Fuji. Visiting in winter may not be ideal as it was extremely cold. Dinner had to be completed by 8:30pm, and since we are not early dinner eaters, it was a bit challenging to finish in time.

It was magical. We stayed in a dome tent. It was SO cosy. The best sleep of my life. It was cloudy most of the time but we saw Mount Fuji first thing in the morning with our fresh-ground coffee. Truly magical stay. We stayed 2 nights which was perfect.

I'm vegan and my partner has a nut allergy, and they don't cater to either. Bring your own soy/oat milk and tea/coffee. Nearby restaurants have very limited vegan options, but there's a 7/11 with rice triangles and basics. If you're vegan, just pack snacks and oat milk and you'll be golden. It's the kind of place you only stay a couple of days anyway so it's not a problem to just bring your own food. Also, I didn’t love that they charge 4,400 yen to use the BBQ, so we skipped it.

Abbiamo pagato circa 200 euro a notte è abbiamo dormito li 2 notti , a mio gusto personale la colazione non è stata eccezionale sempre per i miei gusti di fare la colazione salata , nei giorni precedenti ho alloggiato in un hotel a kyoto , con 100 euro a notte , li i comfort erano al di sopra della media .

We were able to see Mt. Fuji on a clear sunrise in November. It was red due to the autumn colors and was stunning! Our stay was amazing. Service, staff, food, and the entire glamping experience was memorable. We opted in for breakfast and dinner, and found it heavenly. Food is prepped by the staff, delivered to our geodesic dome, and the staff even turned on the bbq. We grilled the meals, dined at our campsite, and texted the staff when we were done so they could pick up the dishes. Really! Beds were a bit firm but not uncomfortable. Bathroom facilities were fine, amenities plentiful. One of our most memorable stops on this trip. Highly recommend.

This glamping site exceeded all our expectations! It was our first time in Japan and we knew we wanted to get away from the loudness and craziness of the cities, and this was the perfect place to relax. The campsite was quiet, the staff were so attentive and kind, the meals provided were all delicious! Even with our limited Japanese, every employee and staff member made us feel very welcome. We couldn't have asked for more. We got extra lucky and were able to see Mt. Fuji our entire stay. We used our hot tub every night, which helped with sore muscles after 13 days of walking through Japan. I highly recommend adding the meals to your stay, they were absolutely delicious and so much food was provided! We also purchased firewood every night, which staff brings to your room and starts the fire for you. It was a wonderful stay and i couldn't recommend this site more.

Beautiful and unforgettable. We didn’t see Mount Fuji because it was cloudy, but we had the best sleep. It rained, and the dome tent felt cozy and warm. We did day trips during the day and enjoyed a delicious dinner in the evenings. Simply wonderful.

This place is amazing!! The unit has everything and they thought about every little detail We loved every moment of it Also in place purchases prices are very reasonable We had the best experience and we cant recommend it enough!

A very special congratulation to the who team working at the property; real hospitality, very friendly and very helpful. Also a special congratulation for the quality of the meals served. We were concerned initially but must say that the food was amazing.

Obviously running a hospitality facility means to stay ahead of the wear and tear needs. The outside deck, the outdoor chairs and the jaccuzzi do need to be renovated soon as the wear and tear shows. I suggest that you put it on your to do list.

Almost everything was great, the location was perfect for us and the place has all the facilities needed for great glamping.

The hours of the dinner was very strict, even if you make it yourself.

初のグランピングでしたが、最高すぎて幸せでした。スタッフの方の親切なご対応から始まり展望風呂や焚き火、ウェルカム焼きマシュマロ、食事、部屋、ジャグジー風呂、などなど、全てが良かった！また行きたいと思います。いやぁ、でも1番はスタッフの笑顔かなぁ。癒された。

台風の通行止めで大幅にチェックインが遅くなったが、快く受け入れてくださり、とても気持ちよく滞在することができました。ありがとうございました！

チェックインが少し遅めで、夕飯の時間直前だったがスタッフの方が柔軟に対応してくださり、丁寧にいろいろ教えてくださりました。

特に嫌な部分は無かったですが、強いて言うなら建物の外壁がなど特に木製部分の塗装がくたびれてきている感があるので定期的に塗り直すだけでもだいぶ見違えると思います。

スタッフさんの細やかな説明や施設も綺麗で食事も美味しく快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました！

The amenities are extremely oversold. The breakfast you pay separately, more than you should, it is not satisfying and you make it by yourself (you cook it). Bathtub/jacuzzi was very dirty with leaves and dirt and some rain water(?), we couldn't use it (it is left in "outside space" without any care). Worst part was the loud noise of the tent that you couldn't adjust, and it kept as awake. Everything you see as an amenities you have to clean,fix and prepare yourself, which is not specified upon booking.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a hike up Mt Fuji scheduled, and they did everything they could to help call + reserve taxi’s, provide early dinner, etc. Everyone was incredibly nice. And the property itself is beautiful!!

Genuinely the best place I’ve ever stayed, the view of mt Fuji was incredible. Being able to see me fuji from bed. The food from the bbq was varied, high quality and a good amount. Breakfast was also delicious. The hot baths were great and the staff were very helpful and explained everything via google translate.
